Just picked up my second car after the first deal was not a good experience..Must admit, this time it was more that just super. They made it up for the first time and more!Rich Stager, manager, personally managed the whole deal and made is easy as a breeze. I personally believe I got a very good deal.Special mention for Tilda Basett. She had moved all the stuff from old vehicle to the mew one, before I even came to the store! Within a 12 hour notice I call and asked to speak withPat and told him that I was in a time crunch and needed a particular vehicle. He was very prompt and called me back within five minutes with information and the vehicle that I was looking for.He had all the paperwork ready for me by the next morning. As long time Lincoln vehicle owners we recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Lincoln of Ocala. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Chisha Burns was especially welcoming, answered our questions and assisted us with our decision during the process. Chisha made the process easy and relaxing. John Oyola in the Finance Office was very well organized, welcoming and professional and fully explained the financial aspects of our purchase. After the paperwork was completed, Pat Candelora, the Sales Manager met with us to make sure everything went well and to thank us. Drove an hour to test drive a car I saw on-line, chatted with a robot about it and than called to be sure it’s still there. I was told it would be out and ready for me. When I got there It was not ready. Price was over 2k higher and dirty inside. Trash in the side pockets in the door, stains on the leather. Salesman was unprofessional and when I argued that it wasn’t clean and not the stated price other salesmen standing around laughed. I would not buy a car from here if it was half price!

2 appointments to verify my car and 2 times they dispatch me because no loaner car.. vehicle need major repairs and is under warranty and they no care waste my time..(appointment was 2.5 weeks one from the other) never come backThanks for nothing
