I bought a rear axle from LKQ through them in 2018 with a 3 year warranty for $1800. I bought this only because of that whining noise. The rear end I received also nade the noise. It was sent back and another one was sent that slso msde the noise. There was apparently miscommunication between Muffler Man and LKQ at this point because Muffler man opened it up and LKQ said muffler man voided tbe warranty.After that LKQ said the rear end had to be sent in and tested and that LKQ would only send out another one until tbey received the old one and tested it.This put me in a terrible spot as I lived in North Dakota and found out that few shops would deal with this. Last august of 2020 I found a shop in Alabama that would deal with it and the rear end was sent in. LKQ called several months later and said they lost the rear end and would send me another. It was eventually sent and put in and that one was also making the noise and also the axle was leaking as well. LKQ only reimbursed me $170 out of the $ 700 dollars to replace it and now I still have a bad rear end thst leaks as well.Never let them sell you a part or anything from LKQ. LKQ has a 1 star rating ( low as can be) and tons of complaints nationwide. They are a terrible company that no shop should do business with. I am screwed and out of$2500 and was without a truck for 6 months. Dont buy any warranty from muffler man or LKQ. I am screwed out of a lot of time and money because Muffler man sold me a worthless LKQ part with a no good terrible warrantyFont let it happen to you.

Brian was awesome! He not only told me what my options were, but also took me out to the garage and showed me what was happening. We started, by default, with the easier, cheaper option even though I had already agreed to do the other. I saved money, time, and precious sanity! Its rare for mechanics not to take advantage of women. I appreciate him. God bless him and his family!!!

We love muffler man. They were ALWAYS honest and fair with their work and prices. Finding a good honest car mechanic is a rare thing. UPDATED ON 7/18/19 - We have gone to muffler man several times, we have referred family and friends to their business, but after today that will no longer happen. My son needed a $70 part installed but was said it would take all day to do it and quoted nearly $700. He went somewhere else we have used in the past for AC work and they repaired it for $250 including part. That is a huge difference!!! Was he quoted a ridiculously high price bc he was younger?! Something definitely smells with that quote and shame on you for trying to rip someone off. We called another place and they quoted $300. What has happened to your honest prices?! Sometimes when businesses expand they tend to rip the customers off to pay their overhead. Is this what’s happening now with your business? Truly disappointed ☹️

They quoted me a price got there to have my exhaust done and they backed out on quote so we finally come to a price agreement and so I left not a hour later got a call saying they couldnt do the jobs that my studs were badd and my manifold was cracked so I get there my truck was still in on lift I check it out and nothing was wrong they could have done the job they just didnt want to do the job for the price quoted

Very exceptional & proffesional work! My brakes went out on my Buick (which was definitely scary) & i called them first thing Sat morning to see what they could do. Brian offered numbers of people he knew to tow my car to their shop, (since my insurance wouldnt!) and they worked on the car and had it running in less than four hours! They even worked an hour or more past their closing time. They repaired ordered and put in a new master cylinder. I am very please with their kind staff & i highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience with already stressful things!

Dont go to Muffler Man.3 months ago I brought my car in and they said the radiator needed to be replaced. The radiator went out again in a couple of weeks and they said it was a carburetor and a blown head gasket. I paid him 1400 dollars to fix the car and it took them a full month to give me my car back! Right away the car wasnt working right when I got it back. I brought it in a couple of times, and told Brian the car started shutting off on its own had no power. He checked and there were17 codes for the check engine light!!! I took it to Honda of Ocala instead. Now I find out that after all the work muffler man did my valves are way out of adjustment, the car is in worse shape than when I first brought it to Muffler Man, and you know what Brian at muffler man says thats not my problem.

Poor quality on dual exhaust. About 1/2 of the connections werent welded. Pipes are uneven and not straight coming out back of truck. Also have leaks coming into cab from areas not welded. Overcharged from quoted price.
