Despite being burnt like an overcooked marshmallow a couple of months ago. The staff seemed real friendly and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. As of right now this is probably the best used car dealership in Central Florida.

Sold me a Frankenstein. Two different calipers on the front, an 04 and an 06. Every tire was a different type and went bad on me right away. Which was my one stipulation with Shane, was that I wanted good tires on it before I bought it. He wouldnt do anytging about the tires. All in all, ive forked out about $1200 so far on repairs and have had the truck 6 months, still making them payments.. Horrible customer service!

I put a 500 deposit down on a jeep. I found out that day, I could not buy the jeep . Good sams gave me a run around about my money. Now they said they are not giving my 500 dollars back.

Was I in fact correct on my idea of this was a hot spot. Under the ground of the building which cause a charge that when at that very moment all leads in ground all the way up to sky through that establishment that unfortunately cause an fire that was of natural chain of event.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I found a hybrid Tahoe at this dealer and was sooo excited for it, then I got to drive it for a month and a half before THE MOTOR BLEW, then we replaced the motor twice, had to replace the transmission AND the hybrid battery. We paid $9800 for the car and then had to immediately put over $12,000 to get it running. Now we finally get it back and it’s finally running, come to find out the motor mounts are rusted out, point is they sold us what had to be a totaled car without inspecting it at all. Would definitely not recommend.

Do not buy anything from this company. My grandaughter had to have this 2011 hybrid Tahoe from this company. Bought it February for $9,800.00 in 2020. Took out a loan at bank. I am cosigner. 41 days later, the Hybrid motor blows. They said sorry. Had to buy Used Motor approx $3500.00 and pay for installation. Then find out Hybrid battery went out. Sams Motors did ask we bring the battery in and would replace. They did and we learn it also was bad. Made multiple calls. No help. Had to buy a new battery and pay for installation. Only to learn the transmission also went. No response no help or call backs. Had to buy a new Hybrid Transmission approx $4500.00 plus installation. Took us from March til August to pay out over $11,000.00 on vehicle. Still owe the original loan. Oh they said will get back with you. NOT. They will not stand by their product. Still no calls to work with us. We have the receipts. Takes money to hire a lawyer which we are trying. Linda Osteen and Taylor Myers hear to tell you stay away from this company. Still no response from this worthless company. No call back as promised 2 months ago. No mud riding was made with this vehicle as the company stated. No family member advised we were pleased with this POS truck. Stay away from this Company. No call backs to Linda Osteen or Taylor Myers. Worst used car dealer ever. Scams. 12/31/2020 Update. Please go to a Reputable and Reliable car dealership. Still waiting on this company to call us as they posted they would 4 months ago. They do not return calls. We are in Jax and this horrible company is in Ocala. Good Sams has no intention of calling me or my grandaughter Taylor Myers about the $11,000.00 we had to spend on a $10,000.00 POS vehicle we bought. Only had it 41 days. Worst company ever. The first van we bought loved it no problem. The second van we bought OMG. The day after we put a down payment on it the starter caught on fire. Told them oh sorry about that. Then we told them a out the clicking noise and granted they said the put a new arm control and struts. But it NEVER ran right. The last straw was when my van would not stop a d I almost got into a accident because they would not fix a safety problem. So I will never go back nor will isend another person there. On a good note Chad is awesome

Bought a suburban around tax time and within days the radio failed and within just weeks alternator battery and fuel pump failed. Played them to replace fuel pump and a week later it broke down again due to fuel pump being improperly installed. The only work they done that hasnt come back to bite me was replacing nock sensers. Now Im ready to tell them to come get the suv since it has spent more time in garages or sitting in the yard than it has being drivable

I personally haven’t had any experience with this place but I have friends who have and All I’ve seen is Shane do all he can to help them out in their time of need. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an affordable car and GREAT customer service. Keep up the good work!!!

Bought a 2003 Dodge Ram its had numerous problems still has they fix the brakes on it which I do not think the brakes are fixed right the compressor on the air-conditioning just went Ive had to dish out over $1,000 for this at the time of the purchase I asked them if they would be willing if anything major went out if they would stand by their product when I told them about the air conditioning going out Sam told me you better have that looked at that his mechanic really didnt do good and air conditioning when I bought the vehicle I asked them if I could make payments weekly bi-weekly monthly they said whatever way you want to make it so I was make I made a payment at one time for 150 which was 2 weeks of my payment they called me told me they were going to repo my vehicle that I was 20 some days late even though they have accepted my 150 had to come up with the other 150 and a matter of 3 hours I truly believe these people are dishonest out to get you I would not ever buy another vehicle from there when I bought my vehicle also and had absolutely no oil whatsoever in it I dont think they check their vehicles I would not recommend going here at all

They were really good to me I bought a dodge charger from then and I absolutely love this car I did have some mechanical failures after having the car for over 90 days but they fixed the problem for me with no issues. And they were fast about it had me back on the road the next day. I would definitely buy another car from them. All the men and the women in the office are so nice.

Great customer service. Easy financing, and stands behind their cars and repairs what they sale.- Addendum: I had my nice 2005 Dodge Ram truck for two weeks and the water pump and thermostat went bad, however instead of Good Sam telling me Oh Well like so many buy here dealers would have, they repaired it free of charge. Then when the head gasket blew out because I drove it while it was overheated he not only replaced the head gasket but sent the heads out to be redone. I now have a beautifully running truck and didnt have to pay for the repairs and he waved the second month payment since it was in the shop being repaired instead of me driving it. These are really Christians that dont need to advertise the facr because they walk and talk like Christians. God bless Good Sam!!!!!!!!!!!!

I consigned my vehicle 1997 Ford Ranger because I travel and did not have time to meet buyers. I spoke with Trevor who is the manager and a really good person. He asked how much I wanted. I signed the title and a few weeks later it was sold! It is a family business and they are honest. If you go in, ask for Trevor. Also, I posted on Craigslist and Autotrader for more publicity, but put a price of 1.00. It is that they work on commission and try to sell at a price depending on financing, etc. For people that post negative reviews with problems with car, it is not their fault, its a mechanical thing and repairs happen. Ive purchased new cars that needed to go in the shop after a few months. So, if you want to buy or sell a car, highly recommended!

The people that own this business are purely after you for your money. After over $2,500, 6 months and 2 different vehicles (both of which had MANY mechanical issues) we were left with no vehicle because they refused to fix the second vehicle. The first vehicle, that was a 97 and very overpriced, the fuel pump went out after 2 months of it dying on us at stop lights, in drive-thrus and slowing down for a stop sign.. they then gave us another vehicle, upped the monthly payment and price.. within 8 hours of picking the vehicle up it overheated and left us stranded. They were very rude, were not helpful and not considerate of young people trying to make a good start. If you want a good running vehicle with a decent price go ELSEWHERE! I will never go here or another buy-here-pay-here ever again after my experience with Good Sam Motors.

I called in the morning and talk to chad lloyd tell him what im working with financially, came in and drive away with what i want it...they help me a lot and they dont charge so much for tittle and registration like other place that will charge for sales tax...

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!!!Dont even waste your energy or money with these scammers. Repossed my car for being 2 weeks behind on a car they refused to fix. The owner and his sons are horrible people. One would tell you one thing while the other would say something completely different. Im surprised theyre still in business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR DEALERSHIP.

Got a car from them. 4,999. Put the 1,000 down. When we got the car it had aftermarket rims with the low profile tires. There was a loud hum when you drove. Sales man told us a story that its the tires and that all low profiles do that. We believed it. Later on come to find out both cv ceals were leaking. All 4 wheel bearings were bad (why it was humming*) and the front end was messed up so you hit a bump it would clunk really loud. Come to find out the transmission was leaking 2 quarts every 2-3 days, also come to find out there was oil leaking in 2 diffrent spots, there was an exhaust leak. And they said they would repair 4 of the problems at no charge. After I got into a argument with them in the office, trying to compromise about just switching to a diffrent same priced vehicle on their lot, They told me that you cant buy a used car and not expect it to be perfect. Or not expect to put work into it. We scheduled thr day for them to fix it. I was out a whole day without my car. They fixed one out of the 4 things. And then there was a shake to the car when I got it back. And found tools under the hood. Decided to give in paying the money to do carfax. Found out the car had 200,000 miles in 2007. The next time it went in the shop in 2008 it had 167,000 on it. So whem i got it at 180,000 so when i got it there was almost 250,000 on it. The sales man also over the phone told me it wasnt his fault me my girlfriend and grandmother have dementia cause we didnt hear him explain about the fee that would later come about the tag and registration.... Then I quit paying on my car. So the company they paid to repo it came and got it at like 10pm. I was talking to them while they were hooking it up. And telling them the situation and why I quit paying it. And be said that Im not the first person to have problems like that. Theres been a few people that hes talked to. Ive even talked to a few myself and they had very similar problems. Being 18 going for a first car. Working 2 jobs. While going to school. Doing everyhting on my own. They completely ripped me off and screwed us over without a care in the world. I would highly recommend going anywhere but this place.
