I found appliance outlet online while I was looking for a pedestal for my new washer. I saw where they had a pedestal for $100.00 and then I also noticed the sidekick washer pedestal for only $200. I called them to see what kind of condition they were in because past experience with other companies has been where the items are very damaged. When I called they said they were in good shape so I went to the store about 30 miles away. When I got there Andres helped me out. He was very helpful and showed me both the plain pedestal and the sidekick washer pedestal. To my surprise both were in excellent condition. I went with the sidekick pedestal and it was in perfect condition. Andres set me up for it to be delivered and setup. 2 days later Manuel came and set it up for me. Manuel was very helpful being very careful when installing my pedestal and took his time and never complained about anything needing to be done. Anyway I felt I needed to give an excellent review because I have been used to going to other outlet businesses and all you get is people that work there that there last thing they care about is helping you let alone knowing anything about the product but not here.Thank you to Andres and Manuel for making this a very positive experience. I will be back.
