Never have i been to such a nice, friendly, transparent shop in NY. From the front desk to the mechanics everybody was great and there were no bad or funny vibes. They did such a great job on fixing my car and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Eyes got watery when i came to pick it up and saw how good of a job they did not gunna lie 😭. Complimentary detail was the cherry on top. Definitely recommending everyone to this place.

Great place and great staff. My mom had some damage to her car and needed to have it repaired, the team worked with her insurance company and handled all of the details from assisting her with the paperwork and rental etc. They were caring and attentive to not only the needs of the vehicle but of her as well. They did a great job and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for all of your Body Work needs. They even assisted her with their sister company (All City Tire & Auto couple of miles down Sunrise) with getting her needed inspection -- thats what I call and all around service. Great job.. A ++

We were recently rear ended. I contacted the dealer, and they recommended All City Auto. I was contacted by Graham, and after explaining the situation Graham said, Dont worry. Ill take care of everything. At that moment, I felt calm and grounded. He then went over what needed to be done and provided a time frame as to when we could expect the car to be completed. He got in contact with my insurance company, and then went to work on the car. During the entire process he kept in touch with me and kept the lines of communication open. They were always there to answer any and all questions.So, we got the car back and it was Awesone!!! Fully restored and detailed. He explained everything to us and what to expect moving forward. All City Auto was on time and on target!!! You can see the attention to detail that was applied to our car. We are happy with the results.... but its just a car. I have no others words but AMAZING to explain the work on my 2015 Toyota Rav4. I had gotten into a bad accident that left my right fender and bumper in a horrible state. It was so bad the weight of it hanging off my car started to dislodge the left side and my mechanic had to do a temporary fix until I could get the repairs done. Not only did All City do an amazing job making my baby look brand new again, the detailing of the car has it looking even better than when I bought it AND he was so KIND to recharge my AC for me as well because the weather is getting warmer. Friendly service, great communication! Hopefully dont have to be back because that means I had another accident, however they are definitely my go to for all future body work! All City did a wonderful job on my vehicle. My car was vandalized so I brought it to the guys at All City and Graham and Arthur made my experience so much easier considering the circumstances involved.
