I ordered some lighted whips for my RZR and one of them stopped working shortly after I got it. I sent an email explaining the situation and a video of proof it stopped working and they emailed me next business day saying a new one was on its way and apologized for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend purchasing from them!

These guys are awesome, they have prompt service and the best tire combo prices on the internet. I have searched all over the place for parts and there prices beat just about everyone. They have less overhead then the dealerships because they do primarily online, that definitely helps the prices stay lower.

Buyer beware. I received product that was incorrect to my order and contacted them for assistance with getting it fixed. It was a simple mistake and i was fully understanding. At first, they were great and all for helping but never went beyond that one phone call. I have sent 3 emails and sat on hold for 30 minutes with my contact in the matter, Nick, but cannot get anywhere. He refuses to respond to any emails or answer my phone calls. Fortunately with credit card support these days, I was able to get my CC company to reverse charges. I would never consider using this company again and recommend to all, do not give them the first chance.

I bought tires and rims that they said would fit if I carved some plastic. I did it and it was rubbing on the frame. So I tried to return the tires and wheels for smaller ones and they told me to try a lift first so they sold me a lift. After putting the lift on it there was still rubbing. I asked for a refund or even a partial refund and they refused. I trusted their professional opinion that they would fit and they didnt. I spent around $2000.00 dollars with them and have tires and wheels I cant use. Terrible customer service from people that dont know what they are doing. Make sure you check the reviews on EBay before you buy from them. I never would have bought anything from them if I would have seen the reviews.

I ordered a rear bench seat for my RZR 1000 4-seater. The brand advertised was Twisted Stitch. I received a Simpson seat. When my seat got stuck, and couldnt be removed after install, their service department didnt make any effort to help. No offers for refunds or discounts. This was a $1000 mind you. They gave me the regional reps number and I had to work with him for 4 months to get something made right.Ill never buy anything from them in the future.

Very helpful and great prices and delivery. Will use them again for sure...likely soon!
