If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my car here for a tune up, cost me $500. My friend reviewed the receipt because he said it sounded expensive. He brought to my attention a lot of things that seemed off, like not replacing the air or fuel filters. I went back the next day to have it replaced. A few hours later, my car’s sensor starts going crazy, and then my car just dies. When I call them back their response is the expected, “I hope there isn’t something else that’s wrong with it.” Randy had to come give me a jump, and it didn’t work. He started getting rude with me for being upset about the situation, so a nice neighbor standing by stepped in to help me. Randy left at that point, not even caring to leave me stranded. I got lucky that this nice guy happened to be an honest mechanic who had all the tools to help me. Long story short, he was able to figure out what was wrong with my car and fix it, and didn’t cost me $500. I feel duped and would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else. The other photos are of the original receipt for $500 tune up which seems ridiculous especially since they did a bad job on basics like “cleaning” my battery. The other receipt is of what it cost me to actually repair something, which was half the price. The guy in the photo is Joe fixing my car. In case anyone reading this needs a good, trustworthy mechanic, last photo is Joe’s business card. He stepped in to help me and is a legit nice guy.

Professional employees and they helped me out twice. First time was to do my brakes and the 2nd was diagnosed/fixed an electrical issue. Im coming back every time and highly recommend.

My first visit to All Tune and Lube was a few days ago. Had an oil and filter change, tire rotation, and the installing of cabin, air, and fuel filters. The next day, there was an Oh No, in that a fuel filter fitting came loose. The problem was promptly and professionally addressed. The real test of a business is what is the response when things dont go quite right!

I love this ALL TUNE AND LUBE!!! I’d brought my cars here many times over the past 3yrs. Terry is awesome always honest and upfront about my repairs. I’d brought my son Lexus here for Alternator and Terry the manager totally help me and had given me a reasonable price for the repaired. I live in la mesa and I don’t mind driving here to get honest and quality repairs in matter of hours.

These guys did a great oil change. That means that they took my car in at the time of my appointment and it was completed quickly. The counter staff was very helpful and super friendly. The price with a Groupon was very reasonable. I will be bringing my car back here when the next oil change is due.

Wonderful and incredibly helpful staff! My truck was making some crazy noises, turned out to just be some bent out of shape parts so they fixed it and sent me right on my way! I cannot recommend them enough, very knowledgeable, down to earth, and above all friendly.

The customer service here is great! Theyre great at explaining whats going on, but will not push unnecessary services. Some services are cheaper and some more expensive than other places, but you can trust these guys.

Came here armed with a Groupon and my 2013 Mercedes ML-350. They were able to perform the A7 service (oil change, brake check, etc) in about an hour. Very friendly and great prices.

I purchased a synthetic oil change on Groupon. The atmosphere at All Tune and Lube is great. They got my car in and taken care of quickly. Theyre nice and respectable. They didn’t try and upsale me a bunch of nonsense, just told me what to lookout for in the future. Also I do love that theyre not afraid show you there Faith in Christ.Good company I say!I would definitely recommend this place and will be doing my car business here from here on out.Thank you for a good experience!

Definitely my favorite auto repair shop in Oceanside. I always get my oil changed quickly and the price is right. I also love their advice that they give far in advance of needing it, so I can know what I need to do before it becomes a problem. Thanks guys.

We went for a scheduled oil change, made an appointment and car was finished in about 45 minutes. The mechanic came to the waiting room to talk about a small oil leak. We will return to have it fixed. They were professional with a clean shop and nice waiting area.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE these guys!!!!! My suv had been dead for a few days. I called them, they said bring it in. It was the alternator and battery. They fixed it in about a half hour on a short notice right before they were about to close!!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

Randy is the man, did a break job for me a few months ago and they quoted me 1/3 of the price that the rip-offs over at les schwab quoted me.

I cant tell you excited and happy I am I could scream my head off. My jeep is finally fixed!!! I was having terrible trouble with it and I brought it in they were amazing, didnt try to sell me other stuff got right down to the bottom of the problem. I have always changed my own oil but I just moved into the area and was too busy to so I decided to purchased a Groupon and came here. 5k miles later I changed my own oil again and found a cigarette butt in the oil filter. Obviously I cant prove anything but I have no reason to think otherwise.

Prices are not that great..infact i know I could have gone anywhere else for the same or cheaper than they charged me. I had an appointment for 10am on a Saturday, which I had scheduled 2 weeks before. When I got there they told me it would be an hour before they could service my car, ended up waiting an hour and a half! THAT WAS WITH AN APPOINTMENT! Never going back.

I got a Groupon deal for an oil change and paid extra for Amsoil oil which means I wont need to get an oil change for another 10k miles. Awesome deal. Also, they have good customer service and performed a thorough inspection on my vehicle. Definitely coming back here again for my next Amsoil oil change!

I went in to have my outdoor handle put on and at first it was fine, the man at the front desk was very polite. Then this old man came over takling a bunch of nonsense about charging me for things I never asked for as if I didnt know anything about cars. I asked how long it would take, he said over an hour and a half which I know to be a lie. I asked how much it would cost over $150, so I left. I ended up going to an auto shop on base and putting it in myself. It took me a half an hour all for $10.

Ive used these guys for the standard oil change and they were okay. Took my car there to have them look at the rear end. Quoted me at 2100 and it would be done in 4 days. 3k and two weeks later I pick up my car and the rear end still whines. Not impressed. Good luck getting a phone call for status updates as well

Even giving this non-automotive repair shop one star ⭐️ is a complete complement, as they deserve NO STARS! I have just experienced the worst customer service in my entire life! Honestly, this guy should be in jail, he’s abusive, has serious anger issues and is nothing more than a common thief! My husband and College Student son replaced my break pads. No brainer right, well after they replaced them my car started squeaking. I took my car to ALL TUNE AND LUBE and they took it apart and said I needed all new rotors, sensors, but the break pads were fine, so I didn’t need those replaced. He quoted me 700.00. Heck, I’m a girl and no nothing about cars, so I called my son-in-law just to make sure it was a fair quote. He told me it was very high. I went through the quote with him, and he price compared the parts online and noticed they were charging me a 100% mark up on all the parts! Wow, he was on speaker phone with me at the time, and told the abusive manager that the same parts were 1/2 the price. The managers reply was where are you looking, online? My son-in-law replied, yes. He then got really weird, and said well you can’t get those right away. At that point my son-in-law knew there was a auto-zone in the parking lot, so he looked them up on there website Wow, 20 steps out the door they had the same items for 1/2 the price of my quote. Now, remember Auto Zone has to make money on there parts so the Auto Shop was attempting to charge me even more than a 100% mark up for the parts. I asked him what he’d charge me just to install the rotors and the sensors could wait, he said $150.00 for the Front 2 and $150.00 for the back 2 fine at this point I didn’t care, I just wanted the noise gone! I went to Auto Zone to get the Rotors and of course received excellent customer service. I did ask them about the Repair Shop and the 300.00 quote. They replied, couldn’t I wait to get them done anywhere else? I let them know it had been a long morning and I really just wanted them done! They asked me who was working I described them Manager. I won’t repeat what they said, but he obviously has a reputation. Needless to say, they were very helpful, and even brought the parts over to the shop for me! I then addressed the Manager again, he said it should take a few hours and since my pads where brand new they wouldn’t have any issues. WooWho. I left received a text 2 hours later and went to pick up my car. Well, 3 days later I drove it, and guess what? That dam sound is back, and it’s worse than ever! Ok, I’ll admit I was pissed! But, not as mad as I am now. I went to the repair shop this morning and received total attitude from the price gouging manager. I explained what happened and he got a complete attitude and starting screaming at me. I told him he charged me $150.00 a hour labor I expected my car to run right! I know he’s not the owner, and the only reason I went there is because I had heard such wonderful things about the owner, and his son. I was told they were Christians and they even attended the Church my son was baptized. I thought this was a place I could trust. I focus on doing business with Locals and have never had anything so unimaginable happen to me. I have a family I love, so a safe car is very important for me. I will never trust this car repair shop again. Nothing, they could do will excuse the terrible abuse that man exposed me to today! My advice would be to coach and train. It’s not all about the amount of money your shop brings in, it’s about Integrity, honestly, and creating a excellent customer experience for your local residents. One last note, when we spoke today about the 100% up charge on the parts he told me word for word it’s California, AND WE’RE ALLOWED TO DO THAT! Okay! Worst experience ever, and the last time I’ll trust anyone except the dealership! Save your money and go anywhere else! You’ll thank me later!

Heavy set older guy at front desk(possibly owner) is a jerk. Doesnt know customer service. Watched him hang up on someone calling in and was extremely rude to me. Then hit me up for 400$ for a rear brake job.that I was already quoted 175 for the same job. Will not be going back and hope karma comes back to bit him in the .....

When I went to this mechanic, after half an hour they said that the cylinder head should be replaced.The repair shop said that I would repair the other four days.It was really ready after sixteen days, because I went several times, why not ready.The first price of $ 1,800 would say, after a few days, $ 2,200, and finally $ 2,600.In addition, they did not repair my car as well as they were damaged in transmation and said that the main problem is here !!!!!!!totally inexperienced and Just look for the customers money.The star rating is zero for this place.
