We love all the guys there, theyre always willing to help us as soon as we pull in. Besides being the best, they have the best prices, guarantee their products (tires) and are the nicest group of men around. We consider them friends, they are so kind to us too and we can trust what they say. We bought a 4 Runner from Cali County Cars (Michael) who is another awesome man who stands behind his cars too. The tires that came on it, all terrain, made a lot of noise, these guys switch the tires for a really great price, by 3 and get one free and it made all if the difference in the world, they were right, thanks guys, Laurel and Garry

I needed new tires for my work van, Jose got me setup real quick with a buy 3 get 1 tire free. He got me a good deal which I was happy about. The only complaint that I have is pretty small… the ride home was a bit bumpy in the rear, checked the psi when I got home and they were all at 40 psi, when the door says it should be 36. Not a big problem, but just something they should know to look out for.

I always take my vehicles to American on n cast highway in Oceanside California. Omar the manager is always courteous and genuinely a nice man. He takes care of both me and my father. If they’re is ever an issue he will personally see to it we are taken care of. I always notice him taking care of his customers. I had a flat tire and drove on a run flat for miles. I was from out of town and directed by a nice man at a gas station to try American Tire depot which which two lights down. I barely made it and was greeted to a full station with people getting tires fixed. I was greeted by an awesome gentleman who assured me he would find me the best tire for my budget. I explained I was headed out to a birthday party and really needed to be on my way. His co-worker got right on it, and told me he would make it happen. I ended up spending a couple of hours on the beach, riding bikes, having a great breakfast. As promised and right in time, they called and said my car was ready. It was a great experience. I’ve taken a couple of our vehicles here. Great quality work by their staff. I do recommend dropping off and coming back once services are done due to the wait time depending on how busy they may be. If anything doesn’t seem up to par, I recommend speaking with Omar. He was polite, professional and personable. He goes above and beyond for his customers, even when it’s not needed.

While researching for a tire service center, I mentioned to a friend my desire to find a full service tire center, he immediately told me about the excellent service he had received at American Tire. I called and made an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival for the appointment I was greeted by name and after a very brief time was called to a customer service representative who was very cordial and professional. My car, a Mercedes Benz C230 was moved into position and work began for alignment. With in a relatively short period of time the alignment was finished. I received a thorough briefing and shown from maintenance data exactly what was completed. My experience and customer service care received was absolutely superior to any I have before received.

I dropped the car off at 11:30 for oil change and overall inspection. Was told they might not get to it for an hour or more. I said that’s fine so long as I have it by 3. Walked on the beach and explored O’side while visiting from Minnesota. At 2:46 I got the call it was all done. Great service, a reasonable price, friendly and straightforward staff. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful as they not only answered every question I had, they got the tires I wanted in less than a day and installed my new rims and tires in little less than 2 hours! The guys at this shop were very courteous and knowledgeable, they replaced my tire with temporary tire when i pulled into the shop with a flat, tire was under warranty and they ordered me the same tire I had. Although the tire took sometime to get (docked somewhere in Long Beach), they were still very professional even when I wasnt the most easy client, so I really appreciate all of them at the Coast Highway shop.

We were visiting our daughter and needed tires for her car so she could go on a road trip. We showed up at 8 am and had a née set of tires on her car at 9:30 am. They were pleasant and professional. As an aside, and to demonstrate the level of service, I witnessed them help a young woman whose battery was dead jump her car at the nearby gas station for no charge.

Bought a new car a while back and went through these guys for some new tires, pricing/customer service isn’t bad at all. But ended up having to replace three lugs on my car because someone over tightened with the impact. Pretty sure I could see a ton of thread Locker on there as well. Won’t be returning here for sure.

Everybody needs tires/vehicle maintenance eventually, so when you do, check this place out!I was very surprised with their punctuality, efficiency and rock bottom prices, I walked out with a set of bfg ko2s (mounted and balanced) a 3 year damage protection warranty, and an alignment job for about $850. That might sound a little stiff, but I believe that quality products and service pay for themselves, that being said, I immediately noticed how much smoother/ balanced my truck handled after my visit, thanks A.T.D oceanside! We showed just after 9am after getting a flat 5 miles north on the freeway. 2 customers before us and we needed 2 performance tires, glad they had them in stock. They took care of us quick in about 40 min we were on our way. Omar, his colleague & especially the installer (sorry I didn’t get your name) was very efficient.

The team at American Tire Depot in Oceanside (Omar and Juan receive special thanks!) made the otherwise unpleasant experience of a blown tire on the freeway into an effortless moment. They were quick to answer the phone while I was arranging roadside assistance, were able to order and replace my tires in the same day and perform an alignment all while I was carrying on with my commute in a rental car. They were transparent about expectations, communicative, and kept all of their promises regarding scheduling. On top of maintaining an excellent level of professionalism, they were kind and understanding. Every client appeared to be receiving the same level of service as I experienced. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone - with or without an emergency need.

Finding a trustworthy auto shop usually requires labor. Youll hear stories of shops that have a history of dishonestly and manipulation. So when I had a tire leak, I asked around to find a shop I could trust. Fortunately, American Tire Depot on coast hwy was immediately recommended. They were able to book me for a next morning appointment, and when I arrived, within an hour they had fit me in, even though 3 other customers brought their car in that morning, diagnosed my air leak, and patched my tire, refilling my air as well. This was a FREE service- I had no history of buying tires here, just came in off the street. Highly highly recommend, Ill be coming here for all my tire needs

If I could give zero stars I would. Dont go here! I went in weeks ago and was told that they would search for the tires and rims I needed and they returned my call once saying they could not find what I needed but would keep searching and call back. Well its been over 2 weeks and no call. I called discount tire and they got me exactly what I needed and on that same day! Dont waste your time or money here! It as the store manager that helped me when I first went in. they obviously dont care about their customers.

Omar really took his time to meet my price range for 4 new tires. He provided me with multiple options. He was very friendly, communicative and professional. I needed a space to study for school final. He gave me a chair and the WiFi password to help me get setup. Will return for future services.

I have a 1968 truck and had ordered tires to be installed from Goodyear. I did not know they were wrong at the time. They guys double checked with me before mounting the tires because they felt it would look wrong and wanted to double check with me. They were right. They found the correct special order tires and ordered them for me. It’s difficult to run across folks that take the time to care about the work and service they are providing. They could have easily just mounted them. Big thanks for the catch and getting the correct tires!

Traveling from out of town and our sons car was having periods of overheating. We stopped in and dropped off the car for evaluation.A couple of hours later we received a call that it was ready to go and the issue was only a disconnected wire. They reconnected the wire, performed a test drive and then they waived the evaluation charge.Great service. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again!

I went in to get new tires for my truck. I called ahead of time to place the order and the gentleman, Jose, was beyond polite and helpful. They were able to get my tires by the next day and got me in on an appointment. They got all my tires replaced and an alignment. The mechanic even walked me to truck and physically showed me his thoughts and recommendations on what he thought should be fixed and why. Just as a courtesy. He even talked me through how to replace the parts if I wanted to do it myself. Their prices were unbeatable and their customer service was 10/10.

Stopped by on an emergency as we were traveling with kids just needed a quick patch from a nail and they refused to help because they had an appointment but first they were taking a lunch break.

My girlfriend and I recently stopped here to get her some new wheels and tires for her 2013 Scion FR-S. She was looking for a solution to her bumpy rides. We did some research and discovered that reducing her wheel size and getting bigger tires would help with it. I ran over a huge peice of metal that fell out of someones car on the freeway today. After running it over, I almost lost control because the alignment got completely wrecked so I had to hold the steering wheel hard to stay going straight. After that my front tire went flat. I knew I was going to have to get it fixed before the end of the day so I called American Tire Depot in Oceanside while on the side of the road because it was 5 minutes from where I pulled over. Omar answered and listened to my story and responded with such a kind response. He said to come when I could and was so nice and accommodating when I got there. The team fixed my car within a few hours. This experience was 5 star service at its best :-)

These guys are great! Ernesto went above and beyond installing my new suspension and fixing the horrible alignment on my truck. I first took it to two other shops before taking it to Ernesto at American Tire Depot in Oceanside. He was able to fix it quickly and it now drives better than the stock setup. Pricing was fantastic and the guys in the shop are absolute pros. Definitely will be back and will recommend this shop to everyone.

My son asked me to pick him up after dropping his car off a couple of years ago. The guys back then seemed very nice & my sons car work fine.Because of that experience, I decided to take my truck to the location in Oceanside. I forgot that they sell tires since our prior visit was for an alignment. I purchased a set of new tires from Discount Tires, then got the name & address for American Tire Depot. I was a little embarrassed because the tires were 8 miles new when I arrived for the tire alignment.Made no difference to the staff at Oceanside. They were fantastic.The alignment guy made sure the Manager let me know that one of my (new) tires was leaking.Without a word from me ... they took it upon them selves to pull the tire, find the leak (valve stem) & fix the problem.This was a brand new tire from a different company!!What a refreshing experience to do business with a team that took the time to fix it right.

I was cruising through San Onofre when the front tire on my BMW starting coming apart. Theres no spare in a 750 so I had to find a tire fast. Omar did some research and found me the right run-flat tire and he was waiting for me when I arrived. Turns out I needed all four and an alignment and they got it done while I waited.
