Took my e90 335i for carbon blasting, spark plugs and charge pipe. Martin and Nelson were great, very knowledgeable. Took time to explain and teach on what they were doing to the car, great service. Car is running like NEW so happy with the work they did. Note I live almost 3 hours away this is the only shop i take my BMW to.

Martin the owner is a King!!, simply put. The crew at MNC performance finished my car within a short amount of time. I drove 8 hours to get my car fixed and let me tell you it was ABSOLUTELY worth it!!! My bmw 650i now runs like a champ!!! The pricing, communication along the repairs were all excellent. Definitely recommend this place!

I have owned 4 BMWs and have been to many repair shops. In all the shops I came across MNC is defiantly the best. After going there once I never went anywhere else. They are the only people that actually know the car inside and out. I am extremely picky with my car and I always feel comfortable leaving my car with them because they treat my car as if it was their own!

My Mini was still having issues after many visits to fix the car.1. The exhaust blows out black smoke sometimes.2. Transmission is jerky at low speed.I did a carbon engine cleaning, reset the engine light, oil changes, and more but no positive results.At the end of the day, I sold the vehicle.

Great staff who know about BMWs inside and out. They have a proven track record and do excellent work.

Very unprofessional shop. I called for 2 days 2 weeks ago trying to get an appointment. For some reason they hardly ever answer the phone. Finally they picked up and gave me an appointment for 6/26 at 10 am. I got there and an employee asked can i help you? I said yes i have an appointment i made 2 weeks ago with martin (the owner). He then proceeds to say “i dont know why martin would give you an appt, we have no lifts available today.” Keep in he didnt even check to see if i was on the schedule. I understand sometimes automotive jobs take longer than anticipated. A simple call the day before or some type of accommodation would have went a long way. So basically i drove an hour each way to get brushed off.
