Just bought a 14 WRX and every tuner I called In the area referred me to subie shop, and now I know why. They are definitely subject matter experts when it comes to anything subaru, unfortunately a compression check showed my WRX engine was not in the healthiest condition and they went through the next possible steps I could take in a rebuild as well as the condition of the rest of the vehicle. In a few months I’ll be pulling the trigger on a rebuild and some other parts to prolong the life of my car with subie shop. Thank you for the excellent customer service and experience!

I went in there to ask a question about my WRX. Immediately as I opened the door was greeted by a young lady at the desk. Soon after she called over a gentleman who was able to answer my question about my headlight within minutes of checking it out! Not only was I out of there fast but he referred me to a shop that could help me with my issue. The fact that they didnt try gouging me for an hour of labor as other shops do was impressive and very kind of them! I will definitely be taking my car here when it needs something! Subie Shop is the place to go! My husband and I were having difficulty diagnosing what was going on with my Subaru, so my husband brought it in. He spoke with the owner of the shop, and he was nothing but generous with his time and resources, and was more than fair. I trusted the shop to install a clutch for me. They provided the parts of my choice and installed it with quality. During these rough times (COVID), they took extra steps to keep me and their team safe by covering every contact point in my car with plastic.

Took the wifes 2014 Forester XT in for Check Engine light warning. Subie put the vehicle on diagnostic check and advised she should take the vehicle to the dealer for a free Oxygen Sensor software update from Subaru. Subie Shop No Charged us for the diagnostics. What a FIRST CLASS outfit!When we need future service will definitely be taking the Forester back to the Subie Shop. An honest repair place!

Love Jose and the team at Subie Shop. Scheduling our next maintenance work - 75,000-mile maintenance. First they confirmed that we indeed had our 60,000-mile maintenance performed (a bit over a year ago in WA State before we moved to Oceanside). In addition, I explained that we get our tires rotated at American Tire Depot where we bought the tires so this 75,000-mile maintenance work does not include tire rotation. Then, they explained to me that this basically is an oil change. They did not try to make it into more work than it needs to be. They will perform the oil change and any other minor maintenance work required at 75,000 miles. Honest. Trustworthy. Dependable. Thanks Subie Shop. Friendly, honest approachable and they are not offended when you tell them youre going to do your own work. They even offer advice on doing your own work. I love this place they are always here to get me out of a jam, where I screwed something up.

This place is simply the best. Super honest about their work. They nick my radiator while changing the timing belt, they called me, apologize and changed the whole radiator instead of patching it or trying to fix it.
