Very slow service with a shady feeling, but they might deserve another star in this review. The man quoted one price, then later tacked on an extra $20. To his credit however, when we called him out on it, he laughed at his mistake and honored the original lower quoted price. Just got the tires yesterday, so I cant speak to the quality of the tires or installation yet. The man was able to find a 4-tire matching set, as compared to the first two companies we tried before him, so thats another positive.

Brought in a brand new M Sport wheel to have a tire mounted and balanced. The wheel was brand new, never mounted. What I got back was a gouged wheel. The technician tried to tell me it was like that before I brought it in, until I showed the before picture. There are two major gouges and several smaller ones. Both inside and out. A tire shop should know how to install a tire without beating up the wheel. Poor work quality. Bummer. (See photos)

Stopped here to get air. They said $5.00. We didnt see one car or customer at 4:30 on a Friday. Guess we know why. They said go to AMPM where its free. We tried here since we were towing a triker. Have shopped here for years getting propane and tites. Zero stars 👎👎

This place is good to go to and is conveniently located and typically not a terrible wait. However I do feel their pricing is done in a racially profiled manner of course that is my opinion but Ive been multiple times and have been charged 25 to $50 each visit I went where there were other Hispanic people getting work done at the same time while going well nobody was there save that 25 to 50 bucks each time always seemed odd to me

Affordable and quick. We purchase our brakes ourselves and take them here to have them installed at a fair price. Conveniently located near shops, fast food, and a few sit down restaurants which makes up for the waiting room not being in great shape.

Absolutely the best!!!! I had serious front brake grinding and they were able to change them out immediately on the same day. My brother being overseas I wasn’t to sure what was really going on but it turns out I needed Pads, Rotors tires and an alignment the pricing was more than fair really the best overall. $30 dollars for a tire patch. Everywhere else is closed on Sunday’s so I didn’t care to lose that extra 10 dollars but will choose elsewhere if I’m ever in the same situation.

Ive always received fast service and at an affordable price. Ive used them several times and for more than just used tires. They changed my thermostat on my work truck and I have purchased tires for my vehicles and even on my daughters car.

Stopped by to get a nail removed from my cars tire. The technician was very friendly and very fast. I was impressed with the fact that it wasn’t a simple plug and go but he removed my tire, did a full inspection on it, repaired the patch and put it back on. I can’t speak for the other services they provide but their customer service was great

Good service in the past but this time they over inflated my new tires ruining them within a week uneven wear and ballooning on side walls swapped that set with an identical set at proper psi no issues so far went else where though because of unprofessionalism and wanting to see things done right

The workers are pretty nice and they do good work but the owner is rude and hard to talk to. Also they dont have window stickers for oil changes, they didnt check my other fluids until I asked, and they didnt reset my computer so even after an oil change my car is telling me it needs an oil change. So I will come back for other work, but it needs Improvement and I likely wont come back for an oil change.

I have gone there for 10 years. They do tend to get cheap skates that expect the world with no money. Just see Ivan or KP. They are honest, fast, and reliable. I have even priced them out before. Always cheaper and you arent paying the rent of some overpriced white establishment. These guys are pros! Ive taken at Least 10 cars there! Get a quote. They give you options. Dont listen to the broke haters.

I went to go change my tire and before I got to the shop I had to put fix up flat to be able to get to the shop. Once he took the tire off he noticed the foam from the fix up flat that had leaked from the hole and gave me a quote of 25. Once he took the tire off, he changed his quote to 35 due to the fix up flat and having to clean it. After going back and forth with him about change the price for just rinsing the foam he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to rinse it my self. **this guy had to nerve to also charge a lady 3 dollars to fill up her tire with air**

Quality service at a fair price and stuck the quoted time to complete. Had some extra work come up and they were able to accommodate accordingly and keep the same time frame. Helped me get my work truck back on the road without missing a day of work!

Literally rolled in from the highway with low tire pressure and by the time we got to the tire shop we were on the rim. They had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes! Highly recommend.

Want to give 0 stars. went in with my own tires to have put on my car. the guy tells me $40. this would include the tire disposal fees, right? i tell him I will take the old ones with me cause one will be used for spare. they still charge me $40 and I still have to get the old one put on the rim. NEVER AGAIN!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Took it in to get my fuel pump replaced charged me $800. Then a couple days later it started leaking gas. Charged me $300 to fix the leak.they said they bought a new filler tube for the car and I look to see if it’s new and the just taped it up with duct tape. Not even a day later the tank started to leak again they wanted $100 more dollars to fix something that they f’d up.finaly get it back without it leaking and I happened to get under the car to look and they use rubber line to fix my fuel line that’s supposed to be metal line.

Recommended by GMC Truck Roadside Assistance on a Sunday. Thats how I found them when I had a flat.Since then, Ive used them to buy used tires, had two brake jobs done on two cars, had a starter installed, and had a few other repairs.They dont really advertise, so if they werent good, they would be gone in a few short weeks.The proof is that his stuff just works. If youre looking for someone to think out of the box, theyll do that too (like when I came in with a punctured tire and rather than selling me four new tires which Im just about ready for, they suggested a couple of used ones [since the other tires were used too even though I bought them new a few years ago]. Then he said when youre ready to schedule new tires, call me a few weeks ahead of time so I can shop the market for you and get you the best deal).

We stopped here on a Sunday to fill our RV with propane. It was pricey at about $4 per gallon but they served us quickly and we were on our way in a few minutes. It’s only about a mile east of I-5, but getting our 33’ motorhome and tow dolly in and out was a little tricky.

I didnt even make it into the shop because they were rude off the bat. I called because my blinker was having issues and a fuse needed to be replaced when I asked some questions regard thier hours of operation the clerk went silent and I could tell he was ignoring me. I am taking my business to Big O Tires. Besides I always see the police at this mech shop it looks very shady. Call it a bless in disguise but I am glad I didnt take my car to your shop.

Do Not Go Here because my sister called this place this morning and for oil change they said 95 bucks but when we got there another person said it was 75 bucks. They did not change the oil properly.!!!!!!😡😡🤬 They tried to RIP off my sister!

Paid them $435 to bleed and flush my brakes and to replace my power steering pump. They not only lied to my face and said that they completed everything 2 hours after they said they would be done. They only bled the brakes right in front of me, did not flush and replace fluid. And after driving I realized that nothing got any better and I found the same pump in my engine later that night. They should be lucky I havent called the cops on them for robbing me...yet. lets see how they treat me when I go back there. Tell you how it goes.

Ok. Used tires are pretty worn. Usually use a place in Temecula who has better used tires and better prices. But these guys will work in a pinch.

The worst experience you will ever have is here. They steal your money and parts of your car. They also put the wrong size of tires when they change it.

They already gad the brake pads we needed, so we were done after only an hour and a half!Not much of a waiting room (only 3 chairs indoors, a few chairs outdoors), but it suited our needs just fine since the others waiting preferred being outside; we got to sit inside where theres an outlet to charge devices with.

If there was a lower score I would give it these paople are rude and doing something illegal. My brother went there due to bad directions on my part he asked for a smog was confused because nowhere does it say we do smog come on its a tire shop. Once we realized it We told them we had already made arrangement with the company where they had taken the car but they would not release the car. They charged $65 the car did not pass smog and they did not offer a free retake. They did not give us receipt therefore they must be doing something illegal their employees hardly know how to speak English. Stay away from this company.

NO STARS ! PK is a shady guy, after spending nearly $5000 putting a new engine in my truck, he never got it running right and it sat on on his lot for 2+ years. he never tried to call me after a very long time. Suddenly sends me a bill for storage at the same time he puts a lein on MY truck. I tell him that I cant afford the bill and offer the title to him to payoff the bill. I get down there and find that the expensive bfgoodrich tires i had on my truck have been taken off and sold without my permission or knowledge! ! I am surprised that he is still doing business after reading about all the shoddy work. . Stay away

I got a used tire here, in the front of my car. They decided to be lazy and put the used tire on the front instead of swap for the back one. The used tire they gave me has uneven tred which is making my car bounce, and now messed up my alignment. I went back and asked if they could please fix the problem they ignored, and they laughed at me.

Used tires and more. 45$ for a used tire. Not the best tires...some have holes and you have to take it back to get it fixed. 25$ for oil change. Only 2 works and sorta pricy

I recently bought bought tires here, when I was on my way to work I noticed that one of the tires were bad, so I went back and told them and that the tires didnt have guarantee so they couldnt exchange them or anything, and they dont give receipts so theres no way to prove how much you paid and if you even got it there, please dont come here for anything, theyre giving you a bad service so you can buy there services again
