This is a full-service Firestone Auto Repair and Tire Service. They do full inspection and inform you of work that needs to be done. They are detailed about what they do and they work hard to help many customers. They are very busy. Best to make an appointment but many customers just walk in. Very busy location but they have their customers at heart. They figure it out why 3 batteries died in 2 years it was my alternator. Now with a new alternator and new tires its great the car is running better than ever. I highly recommend them.

AWFUL WORK.Took car to have breaks inspected, according to them breaks were good but needed adjustment. They supposedly adjusted them and about two weeks later the car started making a noise by the front tire and when I checked it, the break pad was loose(VERY DANGEROUS). Besides the fact the quoted 2-3 hours and returned my car 4.5 hours later they didnt do a good job. THEY ONLY HAD ONE JOB, AND THEY SCREW UP!Will see if they make it right or make excuses and try to charge me for something else. Will update Ina couple of weeks.

Do not take your car to this place! They are unorganized and unprofessional. I had an appointment and dropped my truck off to be serviced at 12am. When I went back at 5:30pm after work to pick it up and they said they didn’t get it done. They never called to informed me that the truck wasn’t ready, nor that they couldnt finished it on time. Rene lied on my face saying that a technician had to leave! Terrible customer service! Absolutely disappointed with the service received. No wonder why they have so many bad reviews.

Dropped off a wheel to get a new tire. Took photos of the wheel as I was there, because you know, its Firestone, and they shouldnt be trusted with anything nice. As I expected, they scratched the wheel. They denied that they caused the damage, when it was a clear cut case of the tire machine leaving a perfectly circular motion scratch, one that was not on there when I dropped of the wheel. Ernesto kept giving me excuse after excuse as to how it wasnt possible that they couldve caused that. I literally showed him the picture I took right before I dropped it off, time stamped exactly to my appointment time. Still more excuses. They eventually took care of the situation by not charging us for the tire, but Ernesto would still fail to acknowledge the damage they caused. This review is solely based on the fact that they did not admit to damaging the wheel. Its all I asked for. Wouldnt have left this review if Ernesto had just told me that they caused it, no big deal and well take care of it. Below attached are the 2 photographs. 1 geotagged and time-stamped all their location right before I dropped it off, and the 2nd is the damage they claim they werent responsible for. Id advise for anyone who actually cares for their car to avoid this place.

Great manager and counter ladies very knowledgeable and helpful, had my tires in stock, got me fixed up quick and back on the road while I waited. Bought 4 new tires, would have got a lifetime wheel alignment but their machine was down.

These guys are con artists! I brought my car in and it was diagnosed with a blown radiator and some other components needed to be replaced and was told the car would be fixed by the end of the day. I come to pick my car up and they tell me the engine is blown, but I was still going to be charged for the work they did on my car. Being that any further repairs would be not worth the value of the car I would need to junk it. I basically paid them $800 for them to play around with my car for the afternoon before it would be scrapped. Thanks.

Tried charging me $860 for a master cylinder replacement, it cost me $60 to replace it myself. Do not go here, they will overcharge the hell out you.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change THREE days in advance. The day of my appointment they said someone messed up and my appointment was not scheduled. Not only was the gentleman that I spoke with EXTREMELY rude, with no customer service training, he hung up on me in the middle of me speaking to him and didnt provide his name. Absolutely disappointed in the service received. My company frequently sends our service vehicles to get maintenance here and I will no longer send them business. Not even worth 1 start with the customer service I received.

I went there last Sunday and it took two and a half hours. To fix a flat tire. Ernesto who took our information and was supposedly going to take to our service said it only take an hour and then he called me back an hour 30 minutes and then took an hour and 30 minutes so total of 2 hours and 2 to 30 minutes to fix the flat tire. So for waiting all that time it was a courtesy that they repaired it for free. He quoted me for $20 to fix a flat. Then I called this morning at 7:45 asking if he could fix the front tire of my Ford flex for the same price of $20 then he told me no maam its going to be $30 to fix a flat.he told me the $20 was just a courtesy for the first time and after that $30 or more. Then I called discount tires this morning and its free to fix a flat theres not going to charge me anything. so I recommend if you guys or you anybody you know has a flat and theyre tire its free at discount tires to fix it. I will not be coming to this place anymore for any other services at Firestone. I recommend for any tire repair or brakes repair going to discount tire in the future.

Do not take your car to this place! They are unorganized and slow. Great service. Was on vacation and got a flat on the way back home. Ernesto helped us to get my tire replaced in timely manner. Very helpful and courteous. Great service.

I showed up on a Monday morning needing new front shocks, tie rods and tires so that I could drive home the next day. I dont know any names but the manager, Todd but would like to say that everyone was great. They fit in my vehicle and got all the work done by the end of the day. Thanks a lot Firestone. 5 Stars!

$400 to fix a leaky oil pan, the oil pan costs $13 online. No, they did not install a new oil pan. This place is criminally expensive they will literally rip you off.

Was looking to buy a car at the dealership across the street so I brought it over to Al at Firestone and his boys did a complete vehicle inspection for $9.99!! The best 10$ I’ve ever spent in my life. They were extremely thorough and spent about an hour and a half with the inspection. If I lived in town these would be my go-to mechanics for services, tires, etc.

Ive been with Firestone for over 15 years and have used them in 7 different states. They have always been on point and honest and work completed was stellar.

Enrique, the manager is just plain mean, and has no idea what good customer service is. I will never use Firestone again. Big O Tires, a couple blocks away, fixed my simple problem for FREE! I had purchased six new high end tires from Firestone, with the added warranty, and valve stem extensions. The tire valve extensions leaked, which was dangerous, and cost me a day out of my holiday, and Enrique would not even put the spare tire back after I fixed the problem myself. Big O did it for free. Firestone is the worst for customer service. Learn from my mistake, go somewhere else.Update: while getting service at Big O, they found that Firestone had installed the wrong valve stems on my new tires. ‘This error was potentially dangerous, and just one more problem caused by Firestone. Terrible business.

Tyler helped me with an issue with my tires within five minutes of arriving despite his extremely busy schedule. I was in and out in ten minutes and he was super friendly and knowledgable. Great service!

They did a diagnostic and removed a couple of engine covers. The plastic retaining clips broke when they removed them (not their fault, they get brittle over time) but they didn’t tell me about it and just left the engine covers loose under the hood. I took it back just a couple of hours after the work, and they said they knew about it but didn’t have any more retaining clips. So I drove 50 yards to O’reilly auto parts across the street and bought some. Not a good way to do business.

2 hours and 30 minutes to install new tires and do the alignment. Then tried to sell me 343$ in recommended maintenance, all unnecessary. All the work done in the last 15 minutes when I asked what was taking so long. And they didn’t put the air caps back on the tires. Never going back.

Trust and support Firestone, Coast Hwy, Oceanside CA. Todd is the new manger. He moved over from the Hacienda Firestone. As I will miss Al I was excited to see Todd move back to the local area!!!

Very Stellar Service, Mr. Tod and Ms. Bee were very profesional and not only helped me schedule multiple appointments at convenient times; took very good care of my vehicle and broke down recommendations and avoidable issues regarding preventative care for my vehicle.

As a medical professional whose livelihood relies on integrity I am shocked a place like this is in business. I paid for a full vehicle inspection including an engine oil dye that was an extra charge. Then I paid for them to fix the oil leak 700 dollars. I asked them if thats it and they said yes. The next day the vehicle is still leaking. I bring it back within the week to tell them that the job is not done. Now they say its a different leak which was not caught during the first assessment. Its going to cost 1067.00 to complete the repair this time.Why did I pay for an inspection if not everything was caught? If it was JUST the oil pan gasket before as stated by the technician and manager, how is it now the rear main seal? I brought the truck in to get an oil leak fixed. I paid to get it fixed. The job is not complete.

Manager Al is always courteous and tries to find ways to save me money but still gets the needed work done.

I sent my g/f there to get an alignment. It was not my preferred shop it was close to her job and I made the appt and instructed her to only get the 1 service that I got the estimate for. Im realizing--after she was tricked into signing up for a credit card and after a very hard sell on tires and basically a complete powertrain overhaul--that I greatly underestimated their pressure sale tactics. I fed her to wolves. Wont make that mistake again. Making honest recommendations is one thing. Overselling and deceit is altogether different.

Tried calling To set up an appointment for an oil change and the salesman tried to up charge me and make me buy things I didnt need. I dont need to be pressured to buy stuff. $60 for an oil change is rip off.On top of that I tried telling him how much it would be with out all the extra stuff tagged on, he said it would still be $60.Do not go here.

Terrible experience, they said 45 minutes for oil change and we have to wait for 4 hours.I went to eat and they didn’t call, so, when I came back, the person that was taking care of my car was on lunch.It’s going to be the last time that I come to this place and I don’t recomend that anybody come here.

This is probably by far the worst place I have ever been to, wouldnt be surprised if a problem I payed to get fix never did, or if false problems were reported in order to make a little money. Take your car else where while you can, and save yourself from the terrible costumer service.

Brought a company truck in for a oil change. Al the manager took it upon himself to call the enterprise fleet and got approved for new tirea that i didnt need. Came back 2 1/2 hours latee still no oil change done. I told Al that i didnt need the tires and to not put them on. He told me it doesnt matter what i say and is still going to do it. If you have a company vehicle with fleet service dont come here until they get rid of Al the manager. Sketchy business practice

The slogan shouldnt be complete auto care .sounds good but not true, when they cant do a job related to tires. The word complete doesnt apply to this firestone shop.
