DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE! THEY ARE A RESELLER IN THAT THEY LUMP YOUR ACCOUNT WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THEN SELL THE SERVICE TO YOU AT A HIGHER PRICE. SCAM!
When a company changes names and then creates a phone menu to create difficulty in reaching customer service, thats a sign that service is being shelved and youre on your own once your contract is signed. This company started out focusing on the customer, but has fallen on really hard times as the company has sold and now the new ownership is working harder to hide from actually serving the customer than they are in trying to run a business.
Dont go to the larger Wireless phone stores where no-one cares! The team at Wireless Works -Daniela, Julian and Kelsey alway look after me. Whether its upgrading a phone quickly or answering any questions. They give me the best service at the right price. If youre considering using them dont hesitate - (Ignore the 1 star reviews - they must be fake) Wireless Works offers a MUCH better (and great value too) experience!
I have been a client of Wireless Works since they opened in the 1980s. I have always admired the family-owned business for their outstanding customer service, their knowledge, and help when we need phone advice. In particular, Kelsey and Andrew are excellent techs. They have even provided loaner phones when I had my phone repaired. Quickly and efficiently. Great people.I have referred many friends.
My wife and I have been customers for many years and spend well over $300 per month with these people. . My wife had a major problem today as the images on the I phone screen were too large and overlapped the screen. I called Wireless Works spoke with Danielli who could not work out what to do and said they could not keep current with updates and I should go on line to find an answer. I asked her to do this. After a while she told me she did so but could not find an answer so I should go on line.I am eighty years old, not very computer literate but I did this, found the answer which was a very simple fix and I solved the problem.I then spoke to a supervisor Cathy? and received an apology but no explanation for this complete lack of service.I will be checking our contract and reviewing options as although I know real service is a rarity today maybe it does exist elsewhere.
I bought a brand new Samsung S7 phone from here on 9/26/2018 and was told that the phone had a 1 year factory warranty. After around 3 1/2 months the phone was not working correctly and I went in to Wireless Works and asked them to replace it. They told me then that I had to go through Samsung to get anything done about it. They then told me that the 1 year warranty on the phone started when THEY bought it from Best Buy on 2/10/2018! So my brand new phone now supposedly only had a 5 month warranty which supposedly would be good until 2/10/2019 according to what Wireless Works had told me. I contacted Samsung on January 22, 2019 and asked for warranty repair, and they told me that the phone is out of warranty! So now I have a phone I purchased 4 months ago that doesnt work right and has no warranty! The least Wireless Works should do is get it repaired and pay for it! This is deceptive business practice and very poor service to me! Michael Rhodes.
The best shop in town. The best customer service in town!
I cant give them zero, or else I would. Despite being on auto-pay with this company, my phone has been shut off for lack of payment for 4 days now. Without even so much as a response from Wireless Works. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY WITH THESE NEW OWNERS!!! HORRIBLE ALL AROUND!!!
Been with these guys for years, even when I worked for the City I used theirservices, great service and professionalism.Had to change my opinion of Wireless Works was told they have no CP in the store to look at I find that very strange!
Always a great help, efficient and friendly !
