But they will be there when you want them to be there, and they are very helpful in matching you with the right mattress. Unbelievable experience at box drop Oceanside! I had really bad back problems and trouble sleeping! I purchase a California king for only $600.00! 1month later and now I sleep like a baby and my back feels great! They are the real deal. Don’t waste your money on big box retailers. They had trouble confirming delivery to store and to home. Waiting all day and calls are not returned.

Messaged them on Saturday & they told me they would be available from 1-4 on Sunday, when I called them Sunday no one answered so I left a message, they called me back Monday telling me theyd have to order the mattress I wanted after telling me they had one in stock & had priced it out for me, very inconsistent in my opinion, poor service
