We were excited to learn about the Sleep Number Bed and, after learning about the system we chose to purchase one. HOWEVER... we were told that it was going to be MORE THAN TWO MONHTS before our purchase could be delivered..

Do not finance through Synchrony, the Sleep Number sales agent will claim 0% interest for a year, but it is really a predatory loan. I love the bed, but Synchrony is a bad company preying on buyers. If you go over a year, the they back charge you thousands of interest for the total cost of the bed. You could only owe $20, and they will tack on the entire interest for the full cost of the bed. This was not mentioned to me at the time of the sale.... Be warned, dont use Synchrony...

I have always wanted a Sleep Number bed since I experienced one in a demonstration 12 years go. The Oceanside, CA store was a wonderful, clean, outlet that enabled us to learn more about the SN experience. John S, our sales person, was the only one in the store at the time because of a previous training schedule. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He handled phone calls and other customers smoothly without interruption to our buying experience. He upsold us on accessories I hadnt planned to buy, but Im glad now that I did. Good guy!!

I didnt know what to expect other than a typical mattress test. I came away with more sleep knowledge and complete bed setup and looking forward to that first week. The store was clean, John was patient and informed. Thank you.
