I’d just like to say after meeting with a few sales people at other mattress stores, meeting Robert the 1st time I really liked his honest approach and no BS attitude...Willing to hear your needs and make you feel like your not being pushed into a choice your gonna not like later but it sounded all so good in the moment.. buying a bed is investment for your body, your health let alone just the sanity of knowing that you’re gonna have a space where you’re gonna feel comfortable going into and out of every day.The most important in is not being able to get out of it...so to say the least just go stop by say hi to Robert and lay on a couple of bedsWho knows you may walk out with one and for sure a smile and a good laugh. Although I couldnt pass up a half price open box deal at another store for the same mattress, I was oh, so close to buying from Robert (Mgr) at this location. He was absolutely fantastic. He listened to my disabled husbands needs and my heavyweight needs (very specific and unique to our lifestyle) the helped us find the perfect solution.My husband and I are jokesters and he rolled with it. Frankly I hate shopping and shopping and my husband has a 5 minute stamina. His pain was so bad that he wasnt having fun but Robert was still able to give us the information we needed to choose the perfect mattress.We left to get our finances organized because it was 3x more expensive than we planned and I decided to go tell the woman at the other store we were going to buy from Ortho. Turns out they had the same mattress. It would have been ~$100 more but then the woman said the music words, let me check to see if we have any open boxes in stock because it would be around 50% off. What, what?!Soooo, they did have one. Not in a king but a queen. We sacrificed and went for the queen. The price was just too good. Had that mattress miracle not happened, wed have purchased from Ortho hands down. Im kinda sad Im gonna have to tell Robert were not coming back. But its not worth $1500 ish just because hes a super great guy.Go to Ortho. They will help you find what you want. Mattress miracles just dont happen. Really.

I can be a difficult customer in that I know what I do and don’t want, but not exactly what that looks like when it comes to the options available. Robert was patient and actually Listened to what I was saying/looking for, rather than pushing what he wanted to sell.After we had the mattress delivered and set up, my Partner slept pretty much the entire weekend! Now, Months later, he still comments on how well he has been sleeping and how much he Loves the new Mattress. I love the adjustable base for the nights that the snoring is a bit much, he loves it for comfy watching of TV.This was my second time buying an Ortho Mattress, and when the need eventually arises again, I’ll be back for a third time.Excellent service, Excellent product!

We had a very pleasant experience. Our sales rep, Robert, was very friendly, professional and very informative. He helped us get the mattress we wanted and stayed within our budget. We purchased 3 mattresses and all were delivered the very next day. Communication for delivery was amazing, they texted in the morning with a time frame and then called 45 minutes before arrival, so I did not need to stay home waiting around. The delivery guys were professional and friendly and were quick to remove the old mattresses and put the new ones in. I would totally recommend them!

I have been suffering from lower back pain for years. I have tried everything to help alleviate the pain: chiropractic, acupuncture, and exercise. After visiting my family for a few weeks sleeping on an air mattress, I realized my back pain went away. Then on my first night sleeping on my bed after visiting my family, the pain came back. That’s when I realized it was my bed. After doing some research, I learned the Tempurpedic is an ideal mattress for those suffering from back pain. The next day, I went to Ortho Mattress just to check out the mattresses, and within an hour I purchased, no, I invested in a Tempurpedic mattress.Robert has been so patient with me. I was indecisive after my purchase questioning myself if I made the right choice. Rather than Robert telling me ‘yes’ to make a sale, he answered all of my questions and I concluded that I did make the right investment. I admit I was a high-maintenance customer and Robert was calm, polite, patient, and went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute requests/changes. We knew we were going to get a mattress but we didn’t know we were going to get an experience that made it all worth it. My husband and I just purchased our king size mattress and box spring from ortho mattress. Robert was a huge help and took his time explaining the difference between every mattress. Robert didnt rush us nor did we feel he was rushing to sell. He was genuinely intrested in finding us a mattress that would last us a long time & something we would be comfortable sleeping on nightly. We ended up going with a memory foam, cooling king size mattress and its awesome! We bought at 7pm on a thursday and it was delivered at 1pm the next day! We are very happy!!!! Thank you Robert!!!!

Charlie, our sales representative was patient, professional, caring and knowledgeable of all products. She made a difficult expensive decision about as stress free as one can. Visited the store on Saturday evening and was back Sunday afternoon to make our purchase. The professionalism and care shown by manager Bruce Murray was the deciding factor in our decision. He listened to our needs and showed us the options on both ends of the price spectrum. I highly recommend this store and will do business with them again!!!

They sucks. The person who help us is Bruce. All they care about is money, not customer service.We ordered a mattress and the 9 bed board. We was not realize that after set everything with the bed frame, it will be really high.The delivery guys came to the house around 6:30pm, after set up everything it is almost 7:00. The rush is to get a signature to leave. We look at the time, it been late, so we decided to call they back for exchange the next day.We called Bruce today, what he said is he can not do exchange but he can sell us bunkey board with another delivery fees.One day after the delivery, they refuse to do anything. They just want you to buy more, but what are we going to do with the extra bed board? They do not care at all! We never going to come back!Do not go there, you worth somewhere that have better customer services.
