My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with William, the store manager . He was extremely knowledgeable with all the Tempurpedic beds and asked us several questions to determine which model would be for us . We only were interested in that brand ( although he did show us something else, just in case ). We actually weren’t shopping with the intent to buy. However, after leaving the store, we decided there was no reason to shop anywhere else and the sale was ending Monday . We already had the bed delivered today ( less than 48 hours ) . They set everything up, removed the old mattress and it was a great experience! I highly recommend William and the Oceanside location .

My sales rep (Howard Rosenberg) was professional, knowledgeable and did not high-pressure me. He allowed me the time I needed to ask a lot of questions, try as many beds as I wanted (Including going back and forth between a few several times) and was extremely helpful. The selection was good and the delivery was next day.

No pressure, to-the-point guidance on the product, certainly helps when sales are on. First time purchasing a mattress in 10 years, the guys helped put things in perspective. I worked with one gentleman initially, closed with the help of the other on another day, and didn’t feel taken advantage of. In fact in the scheme of things, things like a price reduction on product and delivery fee waived helped move the needle. It’s nice to have a place in town to get this kind of thing taken care of, especially when you feel like you’re being worked with - it’s a local feel. I definitely recommend stopping in and getting the treatment we all deserve.

My wife and I are (were) in the market for yet another mattress after years of bad backs, big dogs and wear and tear. Luckily, Mattress Firm salesman Greg was working when we walked in today. His expertise, knowledge and personality were more than we could have expected. We tried out no fewer than a half dozen mattresses before choosing what will hopefully be our last mattress for a long time. Greg took the time we needed and exhibited the patience necessary to help us make the right decision. A great mattress store with fantastic sales people made this an enjoyable experience for us both.

Fantastic experience, especially with the service provided by Greg Ryan. Greg was a true professional and extremely knowledgeable on all matters related to mattress brands, adjustable bases, etc. Because of the helpful information he provided, we were able to select the perfect mattress and base we were looking for. However, perhaps the most important detail for me is that Greg was a heck of a nice guy! No pressure, easy to talk to and had all the answers to all of our questions. I highly recommend that you ask for Greg if youre shopping at this store. You will understand what I mean.

Howie searched for the particular models I need and reviewed all the bells and whistles while I laid on the floor examining the mechanisms. After an on/off year of mattress shopping I’ve finally pulled the trigger on the new Beyond Mattress and eagerly await its arrival. I feel very comfortable with the return policy (which I attempt to avoid using) and the warranty that Mattress Firm offers. I hope you will be soon reading a gleaming review on the mattress as well.

My boyfriend and I had a horrible experience with Raymour and Flanigan! They pushed our bed delivery back twice and were trying to do it again because of the snow, so we canceled it! I called Mattress Firm in Oceanside and Howie helped me over the phone and had all the knowledge we needed! We made our way down there that night and he got the delivery setup for 2 days out! I felt that the sales rep were not prepared. The stores equipment is out dated as are their policies. Processing a businesses order for tax exempt required forms be mailed to Houston, TX then approved and then applicable to the purchase.The product wasnt St my store but at another location. They had no means of communicating with the other store to let them know to prepare my purchase. I just felt the entire experience was outdated.

I went into the store and compared prices on the mattress I was interested in and the manager Howie, provided the most amazing service. He was patient as I was comparing competitors, and explained the product differences, and helpful in guiding me to make the purchase.Naturally I bought in the store, Oceanside Mattress Firm. I think the Howie experience and product knowledge and competitive pricing was something I didn’t see in many years.

We had bought a mattress in October 2020 that failed. Without issue or problem warrantee agreed that the mattress was defective and told us to go to the store for replacement. At no charge they replaced the mattress but charged $100.00 for delivery. The failure of the mattress was a defect, to charge for delivery of the replacement was a money grab and exorbitant.

So helpful and appreciate all the knowledge shared. Nothing like a good night sleep. Bed and adjustable frame at a great price. If you need a bed I recommend talking to Howie in Oceanside. Thanks Howie!

I walked in with my wife at the end of June and was greeted by a salesmen named Howie he was very helpful we purchased 2 mattresses for a day bed and were very satisfied with our purchase. We told him we would be back in a few months to purchase a King mattress for our bed. We went in to the Mattress Firm in Oceanside and the staff could not have been more helpful. We were walked around by a really nice woman named Rhonda and they got a feel for our preferences and within 20 minutes we struck a very fair deal. In the future if absolutely come back if I needed another mattress.

Came to get a new box spring since mine broke; we were unsure if it was still under warranty or not but, Rose really went out of her way to help us get what we needed.
