I told Joe that I woke up every morning with lower back pain so he showed me 3 mattresses that should remedy the problem. Then he left me to try them out and let him know if I had any questions. No pressure, no upselling. I found one of them to be very comfortable, but just to be sure, I tried every mattress in the store. Without a doubt, 1 of the 3 he had suggested was the most comfortable by far. That shows me that he is very knowledgeable. I bought the mattress for the guest room and slept on it for 2 weeks and never woke up with back pain. So I went back to buy another mattress for the master bedroom. It happened to be his day off so Amy, who is very pleasant, ordered it and credited the sale to Joe. That shows she has integrity. I am an extremely satisfied customer!

Discovered I needed box springs about noon yesterday. They had one available and told me how to get same day delivery. The person I dealt with was very nice, professional, and helpful. It was definitely a positive experience for me.

Buying a mattress for my daughter was so easy. I was approved way over what I needed and it took about 5 minutes to complete. Amy was amazing, she is very personable and professional, and she got us out in a heartbeat. Jesus and Ivan had come to drop it off and that was even faster of a process. Joe is such a cool dude. He was the sales guy in there. He helped me so much. I had deep resentment towards my previous mattress and I needed something right then and there because I was just over it. The salesperson Monica was super helpful and friendly. She took her time with to help me narrow down my mattress preferences and was knowledgeable. She was the only person in the store at the time and when additional customers entered the store she was very conscientious about ensuring everyone was greeted and asked what they were looking for. Monica also worked with me to do a price match for the mattress I wanted. It was delivered in two days. Overall, I had a lovely experience. 😊

Phil was great. He was very patient with my 88 year old father. He encouraged him to try a couple of mattresses and never pushed for the more expensive one. He walked him through the remote and made sure he was comfortable with his selection. Excellent service and would recommend Phil to my friends.

Delivery service is horrible. We were told prior to purchase that they have no problem getting on base for delivery and that they do it all of the time. On delivery day, my family and I were at home on time and did not receive delivery. The driver got stuck at the gate and attempted to reach me with a single phone call that I missed. When I attempted to call back in less that two minutes with multiple phone calls, he would not answer his phone and continued on his route for the rest of the day. The store then told me it could be a 2-3 day wait to get my stuff and that they could not get a hold of the driver until his route was complete. I scored them a two because a manager was at least able to get us our stuff the following day with a common-sense delivery process and coordination. If you are a military member on base, I would shop elsewhere.

My disabled husband cant stand hard, I love hard, he cant have transfer of motion, Im a big girl and to lose TOM you need latex or memory foam which is hot. I cant stand a hot bed. She found us a Stearns & Fosters that is wicked expensive and at first I was bummed but then she found me one single mattress that was on a special. We are so thrilled!

Had a great experience buying my mattress. Jacob was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to get it delivered the next day. Drop-off of the mattress went well too. Love their price match guarantee- found the same mattress on sale for $100 less and was refunded the difference plus 10%. The associate who helped me with that was very courteous too. Will definitely buy from them again if I need a new mattress.

8 years ago I came here (I think it had a different name then) to get mattresses and pillows. At the time I was shocked at how expensive pillows were, but we went for it and it paid off! After 8 years though, some of the pillows were due for replacement so I came in to get new ones. The gentleman at the counter wasn’t pushy, answered my questions, warned me right off the bat that the pillows had to be ordered and couldn’t be taken home that day. The checkout experience was quick, the gentleman gave me all the information I needed for when to expect my pillows and how to get them, all in a nice highlighted receipt. I still can’t believe I am spending $100 per pillow, but a good nights sleep is well worth it for quality that lasts

After several minutes of trying out beds, I explained to him that I was sleeping on the floor and wanted to take something home with me that evening.I found a mattress I really liked, but quite a bit out of my price range. Even after a mix up with the 3rd party delivery service left me without a mattress, Merrill went out of her way to locate another mattress for the same price and altered my order.
