Great little store. Amazing selection of specialty tools and a better selection of screws, nuts and bolts then big box stores

A bit too friendly, but its a nice change. Great store too much stuff all at once. No wonder I have to go in with one thing on my mind. Get it and get out or you will need a 2nd job. Hardware Stores are Awesome!

I am a huge fan of this location! I have shopped in this store several times this year and every experience has been great! The customer service and helpfulness is top notch! They have a surprisingly broad selection and I have been able to find everything Ive ever needed. The big box hardware stores should adopt Aces customer service practices!

Clean and staff is super helpful the make sure I get what I need every visit this is my go to place when I need any kind of parts.

When I need help on a project someone is always available to answer my questions and even take me to a product I can use and advise me on how to and even alternatives. Never been let down yet! Shopping is fast so I can get back to what I am doing instead of wandering around for hours trying to figure it out on my own and criss-crossing a huge box store. Ace always has just what I need as well. LOVE THE SERVICE!!!

I love this Ace. Every employee Ive talked to has been kind, funny, and helpful. Im not handy in the slightest, so thats been a huge help. Theyve also had everything Ive needed for fixing stuff at my house.

It is amazing to me that a hardware store this size usually has what I need as opposed to that other place that starts with an “L” that usually is out of stock or does not carry as many as you need.

The employees are helpful, but the store feels like shopping inside your average retired elderly persons garage.

Was lone shopper in store and neither of the kids working there offered to help me. Was not happy with selection or prices and left empty handed. Btw, went for can of spray paint but they didnt have it

No one was happy to help, when I was there. I told a staff member I needed help they walked away several others sat around talking to friends, the cashier said good luck when I told him I did not know if what I was buying was the right stuff.

Cool stuff that you cant find at Walmart. Nice break and shopping from Walmart. Ace isnt Walmart, Lowes or Home Depot so I Like It Alot.

I like that I do not have to go far to get something I need. I feel some of the prices are a bit more than Home Depot or Lowes, but not too much more. They are friendly and will help you out if you need assistance, but you do normally have to ask, not very often they come up and ask me. But they are nice and will help. I will still continue to shop here.

Bought $200 in cordless power tools, they discontinued the brand.

Worst service I have ever experienced at an Ace Hardware, I typically love Ace Hardware. The old guy “helping” me had no sense of customer service whatsoever, did his absolute best to avoid helping me. I will never return to this location.

Ace has always been one of my favorite find everything I need, get in, get out quick hardware stores. However, apparently now they are mask optional. Observed several employees and customers without protection. I guess it’s back to Lowe’s or Amazon

Was quiet when I went but the store was pretty well stocked and the employees made sure to ask if I needed help. Good sized parking lot and convenient location.

I like Ace Hardware - I feel like its easier and less overwhelming to find things than it is at Lowes or Home Depot. Also, the employees are always very nice and helpful. The only thing is some items are pretty expensive compared to other places but they also have some items that are a good price compared to other places and they also have coupons which I really like.

It has got pretty much any thing that you might need.

Awesome store, awesome people. Always willing to help find things in the store, and they enjoy a visit from my dog. Convenient, close and well stocked, it’s an easier trip for small stuff than Home Depot or Lowe’s. Ditto for the N Ogden store as well, and owned by the same family.

These guys are amazing! I go there often to get a quick item for my house or yard. They are always so helpful and very knowledgeable. They have copied a lot of keys for me and also fill propane. Ive never had a bad experience and have been shopping there since they opened.

It seemed well appointed for a smaller hardware store. They are doing renovations so you might have to ask staff where to find items, but they were friendly.

Someone always comes to see if you need help and doesnt get frustrated if you dont know the exact thing your looking for.

Best time to go is midweek during the day. There are a bunch retired old fellas who could probably reconstruct the Mars Rover if they had to. This lends itself quite well to helping an average homeowner like me trying to fix a thing or two around my house.Their cashiers are always so kind too. Thank you!

This store has been a life saver many times. The staff has always been very helpful.

I love this store, I do a lot of maintance and they have saved my bacon more than once. So nice not to have to go to one of the big box stores. They are close in the neighborhood. It is small so you dont have to walk a mile and take at least an hour to get one part. I am in and out in minutes and back to work sooner. I am always greeted at the door asking if I need help, very appreciated, if I know what I want, I blaze by and say thanks. If I cant find what I want there is always someone close by to get assistance. Try that at the box store.

This place is close to our house and usually has what we need. It nice to not have to wonder around a gigantic store looking for customer service as well...

Ace is easy access from my work. They have a good stock of most items I like.

Very nice staff. They were able to interpret what I needed by my arcane words and hand gestures. They even walked me to the aisle and retrieved it for me. Great service.

You cant beat their service and standard of products. The prices may be a little high but you get what you pay for, meaning if you want something cheap go to Walmart and good luck finding anyone to help you.

It was a nice visit but they didnt have the grill we wanted so we bought some chairs and that was it was a nice clean store everybody was very helpful.

We went to Ace hardware wanted to buy a barbecue grill but when we got there they only had smokers and not grills and so we didnt buy one it was a nice store and clean.

I looked for a part to assist my brother in his future projects to avoid having to watch him lose his mind and prevent the vein in his forehead from exploding at his next meltdown. I didnt find the part.. but this location was great.

CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everytime I walk in there’s 2 people waiting at the front door and they ask ME, “What can we help you find?” This NEVER happens at Lowe’s or Home Depot. I go here for everything I can, because I don’t spend 15 minutes trying to track down an employee for help like I do EVERYTIME elsewhere. ACE has figured it out, and they do a great job of filling needs.
