I had a terrible experience that was the last straw for me. I am a plumber and a regular customer who has purchased thousands of dollars over the years and the way I was treated this day was unacceptable. I noticed Darren was just standing around fiddling with his pocket knife while everyone else was busy working and so I asked him if he wouldn’t mind getting a water heater for me while I filled out some paperwork for a warranty form and you know what he says? He looks up at me and says “I’m busy at the moment, you’re going to have to wait” with the most condescending tone, then he went back to doing nothing and pretended like I wasn’t even there. What makes this even worse is the store manager was right there and didn’t say anything to him. I was so angry I wanted to walk out and leave all of the supplies I was buying but I wasn’t going to make the visit a complete waste of my time. If you notice all of the other one star reviews that reference “horrible and poor” customer service, they are talking about Darren. He is even the reason why two really good employees who worked there in the past asked to be transferred to other stores because they could not work with him anymore. I honestly have no idea how someone like that can treat people like garbage and still have a job at the end of the day. It’s sad and frustrating.

Went in asked where l can’t find an item I had to wait for two employees to stop talking before they even acknowledge me Then he just points and said down there after finding it on my own I asked them if they had any more than what I saw he looked at me and said what I got is what I got. Horrible customer service It’s sad how Home Depot and Lowe’s have better customer service than a small company I hope they squash them like a bug

When i told them what i wanted, they made sure that i got the best product to suit my needs. They care about their customers. That is why i will be back the next time i need anything from their store.

The manager Mike is amazing he runs a great ship! I’m a plumbing contractor out of Farmington and often have to drive all the way to Ogden to get parts that other supply houses don’t have.

Gentlemen at front desk acted very put out and rude when I asked about a toilet flange kit. He proceeded to be rude and condescending for the remainder of our conversation. Honestly not even one star as far as the customer service.

Worst customer service ever. They were rude, not helpful, and yelled at us when dumping off old water heater even though the gave us permission and instruction. Didnt even help a senior citizen. We will go elsewhere with our business.

What a Horrible Experience! I wanted to buy a 3/4 Galvanized pipe 2 inches long, and a 3/4 Nipple, They tried to charge me 6 dollars for the nipple and 7 dollar for the pipe, I ask him why so expensive, those would cost about 75 cents each at lowes. WOW He Freaked out on me.So I went to lowes the two parts costed me 1 dollar and 35 cents. Not 13 dollars like they wanted to charge me.Last time I go to Standard Pluming.
