I buy small amounts for my small personal projects. Ive even been a one bolt customer and have always been treated great. These guys know there business and have been willing to help when I have a question.

Id recommend always coming here before anywhere else. The guys help you find exactly what youre looking for and direct you to the best option, even if its less expensive! They are quick and very helpful.

No problem with there service and price. You should always go here before big box stores... Im embarrassed of how much more money I spent at Home depot. In and out in a fraction of time and only pay a fraction of what Home Depot charges. BTW... I love home depot because of their customer service compared to Lowes. But they can not compete with Bolt & Nuts in price, service or selection. Worth the trip!

I called ahead, in order to save myself 40 minutes of drive time in case they didn’t have what I needed. I asked for a certain bolt, giving all the specs. The guy on the phone looked it up and said that they had it. I was excited, since this was my fifth store I had checked. I told him I needed two of them and that I would be there in about 20 minutes. When I arrived, I was told that this bolt they carried did not actually have the threads going all the way up, even though I had specified on the phone that’s what I needed. I was asked the name of the guy I had spoken to on the phone, but he hasn’t told me his name, even after I told him mine and that I was heading there. I think you guys need to look up who it was I spoke with and then help him learn how to listen better to customers (I called at 10:15am on November 5, 2020).

I remember picking up supplies from this company in Salt Lake back in the mid 80’s. Nice to know that I’m a few miles from this company. Been here a few times and love this store. Always friendly people that work here. Have’t had any problems finding what I need.

Best place to find the bolts and nuts you need hands down. However the personnel that work there can be quite short with you or almost to the point of belittling.

From one business owner to another. Last week we got a quote for $812 worth of bolts and nuts from your store. I changed the order to 1/2 the quantity to see if you guys could fill it. I called and talked to a Jeremy, changed the quantities and got a new quote for $400. He said give them 2 days and come pick it up. I gave him a PO# and 2 days later my employee went to pick it up. No one knew anything nor did they have any info despite us having an official quote printed out from you guys. I then called and talked to a guy and we were told you could only fill 25% of the order. I cancelled the order when after I asked if we could order the parts and was told rudely that we would need to have the parts measured and jump thru a whole bunch of hoops. The guys I spoke with acted like they didnt want to be bothered. I was made to feel like I was a pain in the A#$ so I politely canceled the order. Bottom line we were willing to spend $1000s over the course of the year but you apparently you do not want or need the money based on how we were treated. I am not sure if anyone I spoke to was the owner or not but I wanted to convey this story to you in case the owners had no idea this is going on. You are either doing so well that $800 is no big deal or you are going out of business due to employee incompetence but either way here are the facts. Good luck.

They have most bolts and nuts you may be looking for. Its worth a shot cause no one had what I needed but them.

These guys are great. I can buy exact size, thread, head type, etc. bolts in exact quantities for less than going to a home store to buy one thats the wrong length with the wrong head style. I can buy taps, dies, and drill bits individually. Black oxide fine pitch allthread? Sure. Set screws in 1/8 length increments? Yes, with a choice of tip geometry. I have no idea how much they have but Ive yet to show up and ask for something and have them tell me they dont have it, right there waiting for me.

They have almost everything you need, but you better not be in a rush. They have the slowest customer service around.

Very happy with my experience here. I came in for a small job for some oddball screws, and the staff was able to help me within a couple minutes. Just from a brief look, he knew what he had in stock and what we might have to go for a similar but not identical screw. Happy with the price and with the service - I will definitely be coming back for my bigger jobs from now on.

Rude workers with no terrible customer service. They dont even try to help you. Filled out several credit applications for our business and we dont fit the criteria. When we asked what we can do to fit the criteria they just say you cant. Thanks, John for 0 help. Rude workers are still the main problem here, way too avoid the main complaint. Your competitors will be quite pleased when we give them more business. New companies dont usually have a credit score yet by the way. If you would have asked if we send in a new application Im sure a year later we would have had credit score to the business name.

I love this place. You can walk in with any bolt, screw, nut, or anything and they will find it. I paid $1.50 for a bolt for my bike at honda. I bought the same bolt at nut and bolt supply for .25 cents. They are awesome.

GOT GREAT SERVICE. They had what I needed when no one else did. I had the choice of going to Fastenal and having to buy 100 nuts when I only needed 50. Kent was very helpful and ordered the oddball product in. It was there in 2 days a promised and I was in and out in under 2 minutes
