An outstanding organization. All of the crew was very respectful and attentive. There was an urgency to complete the job in a timely and effective manner, but they did not rush us when we hit roadblocks. George, Robert, Chuck, Junior, and Maria came out to do a household goods move for us today. We literally feel so blessed to have had this crew pack and move our things. The original company that we had booked, cancelled and we were not notified of that change until the day of the move. This company accepted the job on short notice and we are thankful they did. They worked hard to get our house packed up and moved the same day! This job was going to take the other company 2-3 days, so you can imagine how hard working they all are. Even with it being short notice, the crew came ready to work and were all very polite. We appreciate all of them and would HIGHLY recommend and would be lucky if we had a crew this good every time we had to move. If we could use them every time, we definitely would.

This place is fantastic. Customer service is second to none. Not only in moving and storage but in general, second to none. Robert and his team made me feel like i might want to go hang out for a day now and then. They helped us forget all the other headaches associated with other parts of our move.

Wonderful movers! Both gentlemen were very friendly and personable. George and Robert took excellent care of my things when moving them into my new house and also were very careful with moving my items inside my house. George, Robert & Micah were outstanding today. In 20 years of moving with the military, this has been the best move! The men were polite and worked very fast! George was the team lead, and he led his crew every step of the way. He frequently asked them if they needed assistance, and asked me if I needed him to do anything different. They ensured that they organized our household goods properly and did not throw items into boxes without care. George was also very polite and respectful to my kids. George, Robert and Micah were so diligent and professional! We had kids running around and my grandmother in the home and not once did I see their frustration. My grandmother was in fact treated like a queen! The children loved them as well! They worked so hard to ensure all my belongings were properly packed. I’ve never experienced service like this ! Very respectful and hard working! Alpha packed our belongings and another company was supposed to pick up the next day, after that company not showing up or contacting us, we reached out to Alpha. They changed their schedule and were out picking up all our belongings and storing it for us the day we called. Robert was very helpful and went above and beyond to get things figures out for us. Today, Alpha Moving-N-Storage helped my family complete our last military move to Lehi, UT. As Im transitioning to military-retirement, we wanted this last move to be seamless and uneventful. I can candidly say that after 20 years of military service and relocating all over the world, this is by far the best moving company Ive encountered - period. I would be remiss if I did not extend gratitude to George and Robert for their support. Together they moved 15,000 of household goods out of 13 crates... all in one day! Their professionalism and willingness to ensure everything was put together correctly is much appreciated by my family and helps make this transition process far less stressful. The care they took to ensure no damage occurred on my door-ways/walls/floors, as they were transporting furniture in, is also much appreciated. My military move from Korea has been quite stressful, however, Alpha Moving and Robert and Jerrod were true professionals. I was contacted promptly to give me a window for their arrival. When they came they had all the tools they needed. I thought it would be too much for a two man job but they executed like a well oiled machine. George and Chandler were awesome! They hauled all my furniture and things to the 3rd floor of my apartment and even put it all together for me. They also unwrapped everything and removed the rubbish so I’m not stuck with a house full of packing materials. They were also very polite and a joy to have over. This place will take care of you!

These guys are the best!!!! Ive moved quite a bit the last handful of years. My last two moves I finally hired movers. Im a single mom and really couldnt do it without help. I hired all my sons moving the first time. It was awful. It cost me nearly 1300 to move my stuff from a 900sqft apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. So I was nervous to use a moving company again. I gave alpha moving and storage a shot and the difference between this company and the other moving company I used was enormous! It cost half what the other place charged me AND I had more stuff. I had an extra bed and a washer dryer which the other company did not even move. The movers were super respectful and hardworking. (unlike the other moving company as well) I was beyond impressed with this company!!! I cant say enough good things! I couldnt have done it without them and didnt feel like I got ripped off like I was by the other moving company. They took great care of my stuff and got the job done fast. I will use this company again if I ever move again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. You wont find a better place to help you with your move. Thank you alpha!

The military is moving my husband and I from UT to MS. My husband is already at our next station in MS so I knew I would be by myself for some of the key aspects of our move. There has been so much stress that goes into moving that I’m SO GLAD we had Alpha Moving take care of all of our belongings. Our movers were two of the most genuinely kind, trustworthy, fun individuals. Immediately after meeting them felt so much more relaxed about this aspect of our move. They treated our valuables with attention and care. In a few short hours they had packed everything up and swept out our storage shed. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this experience. Jorge, jr,Robert,Micah,Jesse, and Zach were a fantastic team. They moved our office quickly and effectively. Two days and our entire office was moved and they made sure to move what made us able to get up and functional first.

Jared, Robert, and Alex did a great job uploading and placing furniture from two vans. Everything was accounted for, and everything was in wrapped after unloading he crates, which had come from Italy. They cleaned up all the debris,, and left he worksite cleaner than they found it. Great team, excellent results. We would definitely recommend them.

George and Robert were our movers. They were friendly and professional the entire time, and worked well past the quitting time of 5pm. They were also very understanding and accomodating of our particular requests. As a military family, we move a lot. This was definitely one of our most pleasant moving experiences.

Seriously worth every dime. Also my husband was at work on moving day so I was a little worried about being with strangers all day but they made me super comfortable and not worried at all. Do not use this company. I received an estimate that my move would take 6 hours, it took 12 costing me double what I anticipated! They are paid hourly. Movers damaged walls and paint in my home then denied doing so. Robert Nunez, manager is extremely argumentative and denied all responsible saying his movers are professionals and he believes them when they say they didnt damage anything.. Movers did not cover mattresses, which are now dirty. Cords and hardware from electronics missing. Forgot my mattress and had to go back for it at 9pm, didnt finish till 1130pm. Found one of the movers working out with dumbells on my time. I have nothing good to say about this company and would look for another company if you are planning a move.
