Huge inventory so chances are good they will have whatever size you need. One staff members doesnt seem to like her job. Talks too quickly and sounds like a recording instead of having any personality or voice inflection. Got so tired of asking her to repeat that when she gave the last instruction I did not even ask again. Could not wait to leave.The Ogden phone was busy could not get through after making reservation with the 800 number.Return was with a female whom is a new employee and all things considered she did 100% great!I like that they have after hour returns too.

These folks are freaking amazing! They have been awesome helping me diagnose and fix trailer lights, and they are great about putting customer service first. Byrdie and Gabe have gone out of their way to make a great experience and the Manager (I did not catch his name) just took super good care of me again this morning! Love this place.

Ordered a hitch for my Honda Odyssey. They installed it a few days later. Very good price compared to the Honda dealership. Took about an hour to install.

The girls behind the counter are the rudest and most miserable employees. If you hate your job that much go somewhere else. Dont take it out on customers.

Very courteous from the get go. (From the phone call to the tech).Going cross country and my PA. Installer spliced the wrong wire, so didn’t have left blinker. Was diagnosed very quickly and fixed and back on the road within 30 minutes.

Not very friendly. I had an incident and the lady was very rude and wouldnt even work with me on getting the truck back without extra charges.

The lady with bad teeth could use a class in Customer Service.. she mean as hell...

They couldnt even give me 5 minutes to eat and use the wifi for a sec. Plus same U haul my mother had trouble with...
