Mason made the setup process super simple and had even set me up with a moving van - which saved my life at the time. Davis is an absolute pleasure to work with! He is punctual, very efficient and does an AMAZING job maintaining the security of the lot! They even helped me get into a bigger unit when needed and gave me a couple of days to move my stuff from the smaller one, which was awesome because it would have been impossible to move everything by myself in one day. I’m extremely happy with the service and care I have received from these guys and enjoy the fact that it is a privately owned company. I will certainly recommend Beehive Self Storage to everybody! The facilities & grounds are impeccably clean, well kept, and the security is outstanding (cameras, security gate, fenced). They also sell supplies such as boxes, tape, locks, etc. for reasonable prices.

This is a family business run by the family. When I first moved in they let me use their truck to move. They treat their customers with respect and are always willing to help you downsize or expand your storage needs. They really care about keeping your belongings safe and it shows by the number of cameras and laser beams they have to detect would be theirs. I used their storage for over 2 years with out any problems. I have no reservations in recommending them to my family and friends.

Good experience all around. Friendly and helpful, the grounds feel secure and well maintained, I like the level of security surveillance, the unit was clean, the check in/out process was easy. I fully recommend them.

Unfortunately I have had a negative experience thus far. The front desk help hes not what I would call a people person and customer service is definitely lacking. Being dictatorial and unfriendly with the clientele is not the way to go I went with the online bill-pay pay option and would not let me get out of the insurance which is virtually useless. I paid it out of expediency this time but will change thatPeople tell me Im paying a high rental fee and now that Im not seeing an up side perhaps its true. Oh well live and learn caveat emptor. Addendum:. My situation is unchanged and the management is really difficult to to work with and instead of resolving a simple issue only responds with requests that i take down my review. Very petty and unprofessional.

My husband and I needed a short term unit to store some artwork and fragile items during a move across state. We met Mason. Hes friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help solve storage problems. The initial unit we rented was too big, so he quickly changed us to a smaller unit. Beehive can boast of clean, well-maintained units and premises. I am happy to recommend Beehive!

Won an auction through Beehive Self Storage. 3 months later, they are still battling me over my deposit, even after I paid rent. They basically called me a liar when I told them they charged me for the transaction. He said, well, we would be off on our books and I wasnt. Maybe he cant count because to him $105 is equal to $55

Exceptional customer service!!! So grateful for there can do attitude, doing the right thing for the customer and making a difference. They turned a very frustrating day into a positive experience. Mason continues to amaze me with exceptional service each time I see him.

These guys have been nothing short of fantastic! Ive been with these guys for years now and they have become more like family to me than anything! They have always bent over backwards to help me out especially when I was financially in a bind and they always worked with me! This is a great place and a great bunch of guys! Highly recommend to anyone!

Horrible experience with this storage unit. Overpriced, Poor customer service, Inconvenient southbound entrance/exiting access because of an island in the road with normally heavy traffic. The mananger is extremely rude and unhelpful. The unit itself was that of poor quality especially for what is charged. The unit was extremely hot and so dark and you cant even see what you might be looking for and they put rat poison in all corners of the storage unit. I pay the same price I was for a unit double the size I had at beehive. They claim to have the best high security but having tons of outdated screens and putting up a sign claiming to have lazer beams does not mean you are number one with security..

I like the storage auctions that they have. Their pricing seems a bit high for renting storage space. Especially with their units mainly being outdoors.The price of their storage would be more fair if the storage units were climate controlled.The staff that works at Beehive storage are really nice people.

Overpriced and undersized unites, but they are clean and well cared for. The facility itself is also tidy and professional looking. The free truck is a nice feature, but the cost is just factored into the over priced units.The security appears to be high tech, but nothing is being recorded.The TV monitors are all for show. Their cameras dont record anything!!! Ever!!!I had problems with things missing from my unit and when I asked about the security video, they came back and said, they couldnt find anything suspicious.Dont bank on having your unit watched 24/7. They can put a pin overlay on your lock to indicate if someone has been in your unit, but thats as far as their security goes.All, anyone has to do, is just get past the gate. If they also have a unit, getting into someones storage isnt difficult. Theres no alarms on the doors, nothing to indicate when its opened and closed. The cameras are pointless!!! So once past the gate, whos going to know what youre up too, especially if the office is closed?The manager does live on site, but I dont think he checks up, in or on anything after hours?The manager is very pleasant and friendly. He seems to run a tight ship. He works hard at being professional.If youre looking for a secured, conveniently located, well priced storage unit, dont go here!Theyre prices are too high for what you get in return. They need to drop prices by 20-30%Increase security, without increasing price.Its not a convenient entrance. The market is too competitive now, to take the easy road with security and costs.

Mason & the guys there are really awesome!! They are more then willing to answer any questions. They even worked with us through some hard times. Weve never had any rodents or bugs in our shed. Clean, very friendly & most importantly we never had to worry about our property!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

So I had this originally rated one star for one reason. The management. He even had the nerve to come demand that i change the rating i gave him.I rented out a unit which they advertise as band space. The managers are so nit-picky that they wouldnt allow me to have a refrigerator to keep even water cold. I was told that I was too quiet and that if i wasnt actually playing i needed to leave because the customers see me...i pay my rent, I AM A CUSTOMER. I guess writing lyrics or music doesnt count as practice either as that is what I was doing at the time. Im so let down by my experience here and I hope noone else makes the same mistake that I have in renting a unit from this place.

You will have a very hard time finding a better business to work with.Hands down these guys are awesome, theyll work with you through lifes ups and downs if they occur.Highly recommend.

Ive had the pleasure of installing security for Beehive storage and working with the whole staff! This place has been the one of the funnest locations to work around as everyone here is so friendly and eager to help and ensure that they have a great facility! They are working hard to keep this the most up to date storage location in all of Utah! I highly recommend you choose this as your place to store your important things!

This place is a joke.. Management profiles and are unrealistic. They accuse you for things you have no involvement with! And if they dont like you your screwed.. Management makes you feel really uncomfortable..

They actually let me look, but the person in charge said some very nonprofessional comments to me. I will be glad to be out soon. There are better cheaper in the area. I can wait to get out.

Feels like one giant family here and Ive never felt such an appreciation for a storage unit facility like I have here! Amazing people, amazing security units are also amazing and very very well kept!
