We scheduled our move with Smooth Movers three weeks prior to our move. We have been anxiously waiting to move and so excited for our new home. It’s the day of the move and we have brought all of our boxes out to the front room, garage and driveway.An hour after our scheduled time, we still hadn’t heard from the movers. They still hadn’t showed up. So we started to call m, with no answer. Two hours later, no answer, three house later, we finally got ahold of someone - just to tell us that they don’t have a moving truck to use for our move. They said they’re booked all week so to call another company.No one tried to call us and let us know in advance. No one tried to accommodate or squeeze us in. Such awful customer service. A heads up or a simple phone call would have made all the difference. Thanks for nothing.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

LOVED the service I got from these guys yesterday (08/27/2020)! They gave a very fair price, got the work done quickly, and were very professional about everything. There was clear communication throughout the entire process, they moved me with only two days notice, and they made sure nothing was damaged. Granted, I only hired them to move a fridge, washer, and dryer, but another company charged me nearly $600 and refused to move those things! Definitely calling on them again when we buy a house and move again next year.

We moved my parents from their mountain home and used Smooth Movers to move the furniture. Ethan and Ryan were kind, friendly, professional and efficient. The price was reasonable. We could not have had a better moving experience .

These guys were on time, quick, polite, professional demeanor and had an affordable rate. I would not use them again and wouldnt recommend them to a friend. A very critical part of moving is doing so carefully. I have several broken panes of glass on picture frames, Boxes that were placed upside down, a broken corner of an antique dresser that was dropped on each stair using the dolly instead of gentle and carefully. Moving into my new home, damage to the drywalls. I presume this is a isolate incident so i wont beat a dead horse or sandbag the business.

Brett was amazing! I’m so sorry, I didn’t catch the other guys name. But they were fast, respectful and on time. Helped me set up bed rails and couches before they left too! I’ve never used moving companies before but you guys have my business for life! You guys made the move so easy and stress free. Thank you guys so much!

Hands down best movers. I bought the wife a sectional couch for our anniversary to surprise her with and the person who was supposed to deliver decided to cancel last minute. I called a few others and they said can’t do it last minute, and everything looked hopeless. Then here comes Smooth Movers, they tell me they are booked but then without hesitation tells me we can do it it’s not a problem. Happiness and shock overcame me as they were able to help me out. Delivery time- 2 young men come out of the delivery truck but don’t let their age fool you, they were extremely professional, courteous, and careful. When I speak of careful I mean careful we got hung up on a section while brining the couch in and I told them “ram the couch through it’ll be fine” they told me no we’ll figure it out and they did. Will definitely use again and recommend. Thanks to everyone over at Smooth Movers.

Horrible service!!!I called Wednesday to get a quote to move a safe two miles down the road. My Dad has back problems and I need knee surgery so we were in need of this service. They quoted me $275 to move it Friday at 5pm. I told them I had to get one more quote and make sure that time worked for my Fiancé and our schedule.I called then the next morning to confirm the appointment and they didnt answer. Called back several times during the day and no answer. I even left a voice mail...no answer. I texted them (as suggested by their voicemail greeting)...guess what? No answer!!!Here it is, Friday the safe needs to be Moved and nobody answered any attempt to call, any voice mail or any texts.By the state of their 4 and 5 star reviews they all seem similar in wording and based on the experience I had with them I cant see how it is possible for them to have the rating they do unless they had friends and family write those reviews...Ill take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of more professional businesses out there that need the money and business in covid country...if there is anything i hate it is moving so when My fiancé and I move with our kids I WONT be calling smooth movers to handle it. There are other more professional companies out there that deserve your business more.

Great experience. The movers showed up right at the requested time and were friendly and extremely helpful. They took great care of our belongings. They brought the truck, moving blankets, and tie downs to secure our belongings while being transported. They were very helpful in maneuvering our washers and driers into place. Very fairly priced for the services provided. Would highly recommend them.

Kyle and Luke did a great job! They kept busy, worked hard, and helped move all of my big furniture promptly. This also included having to disassemble and reassemble three beds.

Wouldnt even think of using another company to move us! They are absolutely the best. Very organized and get the job done quick !

Smooth local move- they showed up on time, flat hourly rate including blankets and hand trucks. No extra fees like some movers that charge for gas. The flat rate started when I signed the paperwork, not when the truck left the office like other movers.

Absolutely TERRIBLE.. Called 1 week in advance and set up a complete move. They agreed and set the time. They no showed the day of. Wouldnt answer any phone calls. Still never heard a thing from them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Awful awful

Very friendly guys. And extremely helpful. They moved everything quickly which was a blessing. The problem is they were very careless with my in-laws wood furniture. And with boxes that were clearly labelled breakable, glass, and fragile.. that the only reason I gave 4 stars. But they were very respectfully men! Which was a blessing
