My Okidata 320 would not lite up, called Results and a tech walked me through a trouble shooting procedure and said the repair cost would be higher than a refurbished 320. Ordered the unit at $89 on Wednesday and back in business by Friday. New Okidata is $499.00, they Saved me 400 bucks.
