Will definitely be leaving Sprint as fast as possible. Upgraded line and got a Galaxy Watch earlier in the year. When doing this I was told what the bill was supposed to go up to but when I received first bill it was a lot higher than I was told so I called Sprint and they said well we had to put insurance on the watch that you purchased because your paying it monthly and we had to put a line on the watch which also raised the price. I accepted that. Fast forward to now my watch gets stolen so I call and go to the Sprint store and they tell me that there is nothing they can do because I do not have insurance on the watch???? How is it possible I had it when I upgraded earlier in the year but now its all of a sudden gone when I need it?
I only give them 1star because I cant give them 0. They are the slowest group of people or have the slowest equipment. They dont follow the appointments they say to do online,they will take other customers that just walk up first. The sprint techs are the worst. It took me multiple visits just for them to order a speaker for my phone.
