Very helpful & friendly service. They offer and modify AR-15 rifles and other firearms. Have a small selection of knives as well. Very cool military atmosphere. Great place for veterans and military who are looking to upgrade their firearms.

Poor customer service, will not answer the phone, took my gun in for cerakote and received a sub par job, took it back for a “recoat” and received my gun back assembled incorrectly and not functioning properly and still a sub par cerakote job. I’m thoroughly disappointed with my purchase. Wish I would have known to use someone else.

I’m having a hard time with anyone who says these guys aren’t great..... I walked into Black label about a year ago and everyone in the shop treated me extremely well and fixed a minor issue with my rifle. I actually just hopped on google really quick to locate their phone number so that I can have them do some cerakote work for me. These are the good guys.. A+ service and extremely respectful!

These guys rock! I spent 8 months searching all over town for a very simple item. A single screw for a 1911 to hold the grip on. Nobody... I mean NOBODY had them in their store. I tried to order them through multiple dealers and was just plain forgotten about.I walked into this place for 30 seconds and left with the exact screw I needed. They were friendly and helpful.My only regret is not having found this place sooner and wasting my time at so many other bigger stores. These are the local guys, the ones you want to buy from because theyll treat you like a customer they want to keep. Im moving soon, and wont be able to give this place years worth of my business. That is regrettable... However, I hope this review is able to generate them some business because this is what a gun store should be like.Do yourself a favor, go here first for whatever you need. Dont waste your time all over town like I did.

These guys are top notch. I do and will continue to highly recommend them to everyone in need. Honest, reasonable and have never tried to make me feel stupid, no matter how dumb my questions were. There is no other gun shop in town that I can say that about.

Do not answer the phone during advertised business hours. Do not return phone calls. I guess they do not need business that bad. Only amateurs exhibit these signs. Next!

Poorly run, anti-american company. Sad to see one of the supposed conservative gun companies attempt to silence users with differing opinions.Be careful around these dudes. If they dont like what you say or how you feel, they will steal your intellectual property and resort to using very important photos of you to make memes calling you trashy.
