This is the best cookies n cream milk shake in OKC. If you want to go get some dessert, then you should definitely go try it out. The inside of the restaurant is very nice, and customer service is also very good. Just so you know the bathrooms are temporarily out of service.

My first marble slab experience and I was very pleased! This place is super clean, has a lot of flavour options and they’re very kind! The black dude that helped us was super nice, professional, friendly, and great at his job! The milkshake was delicious ✨

We were downtown for a Pokemon Go event on an extremely hot day when we decided we needed an ice cream break! We decided to stop by here, and as soon as we got in line a HUGE group of people walked in. The two ( maybe three) workers looked instantly flustered and overwhelmed, however they quickly got a system going and handled it!! They got everyone taken care of, the line stayed moving, the workers stayed pleasant and kind even under the stress. If you download their app you get $5 off your first visit. I didnt have time to download the app, but will take advantage of it next time!Definitely enjoyed it and will be returning. I cannot say enough about the staff and how impressed I was with them!

We decided to get ice cream from here as a reward to the kids for a great school year. We asked for a banana split and one of the workers scooped the ice cream into a cup and then told us they were out of bananas. We decided to change the order but they told us we would have to pay for the ice cream from the banana splits anyway because it had been the previous shift who set up the lists they have of what is in stock, not them.We asked to speak with a manager and were told there were no managers. We asked for a phone number to call a manager and were told there was no phone number we could call. We decided to get ice cream elsewhere. They should have told us when we ordered that they were out of bananas and given us the opportunity to change our minds. What is a banana split without bananas? Wont be coming here again.

Large portions, great ice cream, and tasty combos. They had a lot of unique flavors also. Its not just a place to get ice cream its also really cool to watch them make your order. You can get cones, cups, shakes, and sundaes. The only downside is how long it took them to make our order this last time. We have a family of 6 and by the time the last one got their ice cream 2 were already finished with theirs. We definitely recommend though!

Always a favorite, the double chocolate with heath bar, chocolate chips and fudge topping is always amazing. Our son loved the blue cotton candy ice cream with marshmallows.

What sticks in my mind the most, is the unusually personable atmosphere the workers maintained even throughout the busiest portions of the day. Before I could even inquire of her, the cashier asked me how my day was going, not like it was just her job, rather like she cared to listen. Probably one if the worst ice cream experiences I have ever had. The had about 8 people in it and took an HOUR to move. The workers were not too interested in getting people served. The ice cream was also mostly melted by the time it was on my cone and dripped all over me immediately. The flavors of the ice cream are great when frozen, not as good melted.

If you are looking for a super tasty treat to both cool down and enjoy as you stroll along the Bricktown Riverwalk this is your place! The prices are reasonable, and they have a very wide variety of flavors and items! We went on a busy evening with a super long line, but service was really quick so it was like a 10 minute wait. They actually roll the non ice cream ingredients in (i.e. mints, candy, etc.), so its literally just ice cream and its associated flavoring to start. I got their double chocolate waffle c9ne and it was so good! Lots of sugar of course but hit right on the spot! Definitely reccomend!

BIG portions... I saw the pictures on a Google review and I thought the little cups look small in the cones didnt look that tall so I thought it was little bit. So I ordered a waffle cone but it was 4 times bigger than I thought it would be. Prices are not cheap but not super expensive either. The service was nice. The place was clean. The place is a little bit small if youre going with the big group. And we tried to go in during a weekday night and it was packed a line out the door. So we came in 10 minutes before they close and we actually got in.

WARNING TO AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD HOLDERS: I wanted in a 20 minute like while only one employee served customers, ordered my item and got to the register to pay, only to be told they will not accept the business of AMEX card holders and was turned away empty handed. Not a single sign saying they will not accept one of the most issued card types.

You really can do whatever crazy ice cream thing you want here. I personally really enjoyed the red velvet ice cream. Wasn’t too crowded when I went in the fall but it gets very crowded in the summer months

I always get it delivered because I can’t stand the parking over there but this is my favorite ice cream place. It’s the only place I can get my smores ice cream creation. I wish they were open later like when I get my cravings at like 8:30 pm. But marble slab has ALWAYS been my favorite.

The ice cream was good ig, but the store was incredibly dirty, I went into the bathroom and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. We’re in the middle of a pandemic for gods sake. There were AT LEAST 6 flies landing on the cones that were out. Definitely not coming back.

Heads up: they do NOT have any sugare free or no sugar added options for diabetics. Servers seemed a little scattered with the busy rush when we walked in but they recovered promptly. They moved quickly, smoothly, and were professional.

I went today with my Marble Slab blue stamp card ready to redeem for a free scoop of ice cream and was denied! I got the card from that exact location and the employee states they dont redeem them anymore and its not transferable to new system. Not too much of a big deal unless you want to do business with a place that doesnt honor its own documents!This place boasts being locally owned and operated too.You dropped the ball on this one. Wouldve been nothing short of good business to redeem for the last time and explain new procedure. 🙃

As a delivery driver, I hate picking up orders here. They dont make the order til we arrive and its bad for when we have other peoples food and have to wait.

What a HORRIBLE experience. The staff was super rude. They had NOTHING in stock. They had sticky notes on some stuff that was out of stock but on other stuff they didn’t, figure your system out or don’t do it all. The staff also had no name tags on so I’m not able to report how terrible they were. We stood in like for an hour for them to not have anything in stock. Will never return back here. The price was outrageous, I would think with the cost of their items you could hire more staff. Could also really use a good cleaning, could’ve easily been done the time they were shut down due to COVID19.

Ice cream tasted good. But store was hella dirty flies was flying around. There was dead bugs inside the ice cream cooler. The cabinets was dirty as well as the floor. Staff was not washing hands between taking payments and making orders. And it was to many people in the store not standing 6 ft apart.

The bathroom was out of order. I had to change my order three times because they were out of almost everything, (it seemed like), that would be needed to make what I wanted. Ended up with a shake due to the lack of supplies the store had. The floors were disgusting. The air in the shop had an odor of cleaning solution. The staff was not at all happy to see me. I walk into the door to silence and had to ask if they were ready for me to order. Water fountain was out of order. Tables were wobbly and need replaced.Overall experience: Great product, horrible store etiquette.

Ice cream is good. Little pricy. Place was clean. They help seemed like they had maybe had a long day or something. Just kinda sent people thought the line. Which I guess they are there to serve ice cream not to make friends.

We had a long line, which is expected on Saturday night. This can be solved with better management. Just schedule more people to work. I dont think they should have a problem covering cost considering how much the ice cream costs.My 3 single dip cones costs 22.21! Which is outrageous.The customer service was bad as well. The guy helping was not polite and we had to repeat our orders several times. When we paid with the card he asked us to fill out the receipt and when we handed it back with no tip he looked at us like, really, no tip?. Cmon man... Why would I tip, the menu has the prices listed and that is what I should pay.The placement of the ice cream on the cone was terrible. Literally falling off the sides. Also the floors were super dirty.I give it two stars only for the reason the ice cream tastes good.

This sign was in their building today (6/23/18). I downloaded the app and the employee said we had to wait 24 hours....she even called the manager and the manager said the same thing. I politely told the employee that they need to take down the sign then because its false advertisement if theyre not going to honor it. She said thats above my pay grade.

The line was so slow without many people being there and I had a pickup order. When I got to the front they went to the back area and brought an already made and now melting back. It was wet and started tearing, and I mentioned it wasnt in good packaging. The girl rolled her eyes and then grabbed another brown paper bag (with a rip in it) and tried to give it to me while the icecream was litterally ripping through the bag. She finally took it back and put it in that bag. No apology, nothing. Sad. 19 minutes total when only 4 groups were in line ahead of me, none with more than 3 people in them.

Nothing too spectacular, but it still had good ice cream. I loved the charcoal mocha ice cream and the add-ins were tasty, but the ice cream was melting and spilling out of my cone too quickly - runny ice cream! The bathrooms are located towards the very back of the building through a long hallway. Only one was functioning and the bathroom was a bit dirty. Some decor would do them some good because, right now, it looks a bit sketchy towards the back! Good ice cream, though, before it started melting!

I come to this location, at minimum, once a week. I like my ice cream in a chocolate dipped bowl. Whenever they don’t have them, which is most of the time, I always ask them if they can dip one for me, which they typically do. Today however, the manager on duty, told the employee she couldn’t do that for me. So, I will start taking my business elsewhere. You’d think, for as much money as they charge for ice cream, they’d do whatever the customer would like...apparently not. So, I’ll take the $40 to $50 I spend every week there, and go to Cold Stone, or somewhere similar. I’m sure their customer service is much better and they’d appreciate the business!!!

I actually enjoyed this place and the ice cream it had to offer. I have no complaints about the service or the desserts they had. For this reason, I give it a 5-star. Pricing was alright for what I got and the people were nice, I guess.

Well what can I say, the two girls working for this place had no customer service skills. Literally no communication with there customers seems like they were upset that they had customers and had to work!! Especially for this side of Okc lol We’re from Tulsa and we really wanted to try this place but we were wrong.

This is a great place to stop for a quick treat. I thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream and it was easily the best I have had in quite a while. The only con I found with this establishment was that their cones weren’t as good as many cones from other places. Overall, a good experience.

Worst staff ever. They are rude and do not uphold the standards set by marble slab. The place was atrocious, the wait was an hour, an it looked as if the employees couldnt have even bothered to care less.

They have a bigger problem than huge waiting lane. Employees do not use gloves and they touch your ice cream. I mean REALLY touch.If you want to eat ice cream with huge fake blue nails, go ahead. Their motto is “originality in every scoop.” They make original ice cream, nail flavored ice cream.

First time to take my children here. This was the worst ice cream shop we have ever been to. Not to mention the kids that was making our ice cream was stoned out if his mind. Blood shot eyes and all. He had to ask 3 times what we wanted and then still managed to mess it up. Then proceeded to laugh about it. 40 minutes in line... The little 18year old manager they had in there was standing around chatting with other workers and the line was out the door!! Bunch of kids run the place. Dont recommend going here at all! Never again.

This is a great place to get ice cream. And you can get it and make it into any kind of concoction you can think of. You can add nuts, gummies, syrups, all kinds of stuff. The ice cream is great, all the toppings are wonderful, and if you cant have a good time here, theres something wrong with you. Come on in, I think youll like it.

It was fine, nothing spectacular. Seemed overpriced for what you get. The guy at the register seemed to be annoyed that I was causing him to operate the register. The counter was sticky and the floors were nasty. The ice cream was pretty good though.

Came to marble slab for a quick ice cream on the way home. The ice cream was good. But the service was awful. There was a line almost out the door with only 2 people working! Not only were they short staffed they worked as slow as humanly possible. Not only that one of the workers were not serving the long line of customers for half the time I was waiting. I don’t know if it a working problem, or a management problem, but something needs to be fixed.

This was the worse experience ever. There was three workers and only one of them was actually working ( Janet ). The cash register didn’t even try to help, the other lady just ignored people and stocked inventory that wasn’t necessary. This was the worse experience ever.

I had a $5 off ice cream coupon. I visited the store and tried to use the coupon yesterday . The cashier told me that the coupon may or may not work because the system is unreliable. Turns out it did not work. Her explanation was This happens most of the time and we dont know why. There was no apology. I was not given any discount. If the $5 coupon is unreliable then this is unethical from Marble slab side to provide false ones. Very disappointed.

The ice cream was good, but the service was terrible. It was my first time there so I walked up to the ice cream display on the left to see their selection. There was no one behind or ahead of me, so I didnt see a problem not getting in line right away. Then the girl with Red colored hair rudely tells me to get into the other line. I told her I was just looking at their selection, but she repeated I needed to get in the other line. I was caught off gaurd by her attitude and asked why I needed to get into the other line if I was looking at their selection. I wanted to walk out immediately, but Id promised my daughter some ice cream, and felt bad not following through. Definitely not returning.

Shrewdly mismanaged.They are understaffed for their rush, exhausted, and filling the store with waiting customers. The door gets held open as customers stack up and the ice cream ends up being messy and completely lacking structure as the air conditioner fails to keep up. The person filling my cone was scooping the stuff and essentially pouring it on top of and over the edge of the cone i chose and i needed a cup before i even finished paying.The store is full and a grand total of 2 people are helping customers.Clearly im just reinforcing bad behavior by waiting over half an hour for a $8 slurry of cream but i at least know for sure i wont be returning.

Staff wasnt helpful, almost let a man cut me in line. They didnt communicate with each other at all, and the ice cream was bleh. I felt rushed and we ended up throwing our cones out down the street because it just wasnt good, and we are not picky ice cream eaters.
