Spoke with Roxanna on messenger. Then went to look around.. she was understanding of the limitations set by the park and is trying to locate the perfect home. She was amazing . Cant wait to hear from her this week. The only thing i did notice is that looking at homes isnt handicap friendly. I have RA and getting in and out of the homes was hard. I actually hurt myself worse that day.. but everywhere we looked wasnt very accommodating for someone with limited mobility. Still.. we really enjoyed Roxanna.

Chose house before Christmas, closed January 5th. Still not in house and it is March 12th. If you like waiting and you have time on your hands, this is your place.Let me add this update...Got in house around Easter, toilets not working, Stephanie not answering us about that. Having to replace our refrigerator with Whirlpool because they have been out twice to try and fix it.

Do NOT BUY. Bought one a year ago and it’s been nothing but issue after issue. The warranty is horrid! Stephanie never calls back to fix stuff. My floors are literally falling apart after a year and palm harbor won’t fix them. Seriously I would not recommend them at all!

My husband and I did some extensive research while trying to decide what route we were going to take in becoming a new build owner. After much deliberation and shopping we decided to go with a brand new singlewide. While there were some lots that had nice singlewides, it wasnt until we walked into Palm Harbors selection that we felt blown away. The quality and floor plans were beautiful and we found exactly what we wanted and stayed within our price range! Our salesman, Al, went above and beyond to ensure that all of my many, MANY, questions and concerns were addressed and kept us informed throughout the financing process. I would highly recommend that anyone looking stop by Palm Harbor and ask for Al! Thank you for our dream home Palm Harbor!!!

Very disappointed!! Went here yesterday and had an appointment. The guy who we had was awful! Treated us like we cant afford a home from here etc. Even sent us out to look alone why everyone else had a salesman with them. We had no way of even knowing a price We! He then had the nerve to tell us we can check the website for pricing!! Seriously!! Is that nit your job?? We had way better treatment and a better deal down the road so our buisbess definitely went elsewhere!!! I do not recommend this place at all!!

OKC palm harbor was nice and great.... however, the main office in Texas is terrible. We bought our home in July, moved in end of August beginning of September. The front door was completely off, there was a 3 inch gap in the bottom of the door and tight at the top, the back sliding door didn’t even have a hold to lock it, the paint job was meh, and the part that got us; the two back rooms have zero airflow. I immediately got ahold of Ashley Perez August 24th and had zero success getting someone out to fix these issues. September 2nd I still had no success, so emailed them a reminder and September 10th they finally emailed me back assuring they have not forgot about me... then they forgot about me... I emailed them back October 6th and Simon decided to chime in on the 7th, finally got someone to come around the 10th to fix the doors. We spent 2 months with no security.... ok, so he told me the technician that works on airflow issues was busy and he will get me on the schedule.... DECEMBER 15th I finally got someone to come look at the airflow, he moved some vents around, added plenum to my bathroom, kitchen, and back bedroom to try and help push the airflow to the two rooms that have zero airflow..... welp, it’s still 66 degrees in their room and nothing has changed except now it’s super loud in the house when the heater comes on..... if you buy a home from them, just hope you have zero issues or else you will be waiting MONTHS with no results. 2/10 with customer service.2/10 with their technicians they send us as well. He was a nice guy, but nice doesn’t fix my problems.

Terrible customer service. A condescending general manager that belittles his customers, and take quite a long time to settle their own agreements. I do not recommend using Palm Harbor, and if you are seeking a solid reputable home experience in the mobile/modular home world, I would recommend Solitaire or Clayton homes. Far more professional than the people in charge, especially at this facility. This GM in particular is completely unprofessional and talks down to you as though you are incompetent all while trying to diminish your integrity.If you do deal with these people make sure you get everything in writing. Everything. They will not honor it by their own word, as that holds no weight in this Palm Harbor located on Shields in OKC.

I dont know where to begin. My husband and I decided to down size after living in the same home for 30 years. Not only was it scary leaving whats comfortable, but we were not up to building. We decided to take a look at Manufactured homesThe moment we walked through Palm Harbors doors we were greeted like family. Our salesman, Tyler Wells took us under his wing and walked us through every step. He was thorough explaining the important qualities their homes had, that others did not. We had a preconceived Idea about manufactured homes, and we were so wrong. The homes were beautiful!The entire process was so easy..... Car buying is more work!Thank you to Erica and Kevin, they were patient, and answered every question with importance.Thank you again for our new home!

Palm Harbor is the absolute best place to go to when purchasing your new home. They had the best selection of homes, the best quality of homes, the best warranty on their homes (3 warranties) and also the best sales staff. My husband and I worked with Tyler Wells to get our purchase done, we just closed yesterday. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service we received. There were times that I had given up on buying a home but when I first contacted Tyler, I felt at ease and assured it COULD BE DONE AND WOULD BE DONE. He did it! When no one else could have possibly pulled this deal off, Tyler did. He is amazing at what he does. He kept me in the loop the entire process and Im just excited to have closed our deal yesterday, which just happen to be mine and my husbands anniversary, what a gift that was!! Now we cant wait to see our dream come to life. I highly recommend Palm Harbor Homes, go see Tyler!! Tyler is the MAN!!

The people at the sales lot were friendly and helpful BUT thats where it stopped.DO NOT BUY A HOME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Our home was made in a rush and has lots of problems.Can NOT get anyone out to fix anything. Trimming is falling off, seems where the two halves meet are separating, box vents leaking from poor installation (they are stapled in and not sealed) bedroom door trim was to be replaced and the worker Sonny has the stuff but does not answer his phone or return any calls.The whole manufacturing/assembling of the home on our property was rushed. The set up people never showed us that the home was leveled.Three loads of dirt was dumped to raise the home a bit and was charged $1000 for that, and it was three small loads of dirt and one load would fit in the back of our pick up.SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL!!!!!!DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY AND NOTHING WILL BE CORRECTED IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rick was so helpful and answered all of our many questions. We felt very comfortable, and when we are ready too purchase it will definitely be with Palm Harbor.

I went to Palm Harbor today after visiting Titan across the street and I will say it was day and night. I didnt have a pushy salesman and was able to look around by myself because they were so busy. Palm harbor OKC. I was a first time home buyer. Palm harbor made my husband and I feel like a part of the family. Our sales rep. Tyler Wells knows his stuff. If we did not understand he would breakdown every aspect of buying a home. I highly recommend palm harbor. Very friendly staff and general manager. Everyone helped me even though we were not there customer. After we closed on or new home in three days they delivered and set our home.

The house was built before final signing so when it arrived it had the wrong countertop island. We had a signed paper stating the change and that was not honored because I signed one at final signing stating otherwise. This was my first house or large purchase ever and I was overwhelmed with the amount of paper work so I over looked it. When we brought it to the attention of Palm Harbor OKC we were given the runaround and when we finally made our way up to OKC from Lawton we were told in a round about way, tough luck. Was not given any kind of reimbursement in any way. I do not suggest this place to anyone. The house itself looks great and the product is sound but for OKC branch they are horrible in customer service for customization to homes.

On Dec 31,2015 we lost our house in a fire. On march the 20th 2015 we were moved into our new home thanks to Palm harbor homes. They arranged everything for us including demolishing the old house and clearing the lot hooking up all utilities all we had to do was move in. Thank you palm harbor Homes words cannot express how we feel about you!!!!!!! would recommend them to anyone!!!

1. Thomas is literally the best salesman I have ever dealt with, the biggest reason we came back to Palm Harbor after looking around. He was VERY patient and not pushy. He was extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. We also had the pleasure of working with Tyler, the sales manager. He was fantastic. Both Tyler and Thomas are class acts.2. When you visit the other competitors you will not get personalized service or vital information about the homes you need as a buyer researching a potential home. We went to every large dealership along Sheilds.3. After walking through the competition you will see why Palm Harbor receives such high ratings. The homes feel solid and high quality. At one competitor we found tiles falling off and mold. It makes a person wonder. You wont see this at Palm Harbor. Palm Harbor has electicity to their homes so you can every detail.4. While researching other home companies we couldnt find any that offered the extensive warranties that Palm Harbor does.5. We have been able to customize this home down to very minor details. I am looking forward to seeing my new home.6. From what was explained to us the set up and finishing process is unlike other companies. It seems to be very detailed oriented.

Michael at Palm Harbor Homes 8335 S. Shields Blvd OKC. Made a deal with them yesterday on buying a home and now say deal off. Sold it to someone else. Not men of thier word or they would tell the other person.No way anyone else could have even looked before or after the deal.

We happened to stop by on an open house day. Spoke with a couple of sales people. None were pushy, gave us several options we did not know about, gave us some infomation to take home after asking if we would like it. Havent bought yet (we were not planning anything fof another 6-12 months) but it was the best sales experience I have had. Will be returning

My husband and I started our search for a new home in February of this year - it wasnt until we got to Palm Harbor that we finally knew we had someone who was committed to helping us reach that goal. We had been to 2 other dealers prior to Palm Harbor so when we walked in the door we were very hesitant about trusting another company. Tyler, our sales representative was Awesome! We were up front with him, explaining our concerns and he was equally as honest letting us know what he could and could not do. It was awesome to work with a company that did not mislead you about the status of your house or anything else. Not only was Tyler great but the other staff members who work with you through the process were extremely helpful. We have closed and our house will be arriving on Tuesday - I am so excited - we just cant wait - I know that we are going to love the house. Thanks so much for everything! - Had to change the 5 stars to 1 star. They sold us a Fleetwood home which is a lemon. Not only that but you do not work with Palm Harbor on problems you have to go through Fleetwood in Texas with issues with the home. It is suppose to be a Palm Harbor home made for Fleetwood but that is really not true. Worse mistake of our lives was buying this home from Palm Harbor.

I wont deny it--I look very young (as I should, Im in my mid-20s), and my partner looks a bit rough around the edges. Nevertheless, from the moment we walked into this business, we were floored by how poorly we were treated here, and we absolutely felt 100% judged by the employees.The customer service is severely lacking, especially from the manager. When we returned to the store from touring homes (where, by the way, no representative offered to join us, though the older, more affluent-looking couple had someone helping them), the manager came out and asked if we had been helped. We said no, we were only told we had to sign a waiver before touring, and then the man disappeared after we signed it. The managers reaction was completely unprofessional, and we felt like he was being very sarcastic and mocking us. Then, the financial person came out, Christa. She asked if we had any questions... uh, yeah! Lets talk pricing??? We came to buy a home! Its as if they thought we came by just to kill time, like we were browsing Wal-Mart or something. Its like they didnt care to try to sell us a home. Or like our money wasnt good enough.It wasnt until the second time we told them we have land, a large pre-approval from the bank, and our high credit score that we ever felt taken seriously. It was at that time that we got into some of the details of purchasing a home. Finally. Before we left, I took Christas card. Later that day, I called and left a clear message with my name, number, and a brief question about something we had discussed. I never received a call back. Its been weeks. I know I wont receive a call back. I dont ever leave reviews, and this is my first negative one... we felt so discriminated against that I had to write this review.If youre looking for good customer service along with finding your dream home, look somewhere else. I refuse to give my money to someone who doesnt treat me like a decent person, no matter how nice their homes look.
