This storage facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely nice. The prices arent over the moon. They have climate controlled storage. I will never again use anyone else. Hey highly recommendA++++++++

Clean facility, friendly staff. Janna and Mark keep our valuables safe!Now they are offering an alarm called Storage Defender that calls ME when my unit is breached!

I was impressed at how easy the process was. Everything was smooth and the storage was extra clean. Janna also called and went over all move in cost and I was able to set up a time to come in when I was available would recommend to anyone I know needing a unit.

Very secure, clean,well maintained. Friendly attendants, new management requires insurance- 8 bux extra but might be worth it. Reason for 4 stars is this used to be half price storage... with new owners its the same price as everyone else and the maintenance is better.

We were a couple weeks late making a payment, but got caught up. The next time we went to access our storage, which was just a couple days later we had no access to the facility due to being past due. No record of payment, no nothing. We are pursuing legal action. Stay away from this place.

It was good in the beginning. Then the rent started increasing every year (about $15 a year) 😡 Started at $90 a month, now paying $140 a month. Overall the property is clean.

Customer service was wonderful. The staff helped me figure out what size unit could hold my belongings for my move. The prices were cheaper than expected and they had some nice locks too. If I need storage again Im going there thats for sure.

I was happy with the old company that owned the facility. The new company added fees that I never agreed to taking the small storage space out of my budgeted amount. Will be attempting to find a new unit at a company that doesnt want to rape my bank account.

Mike the manager will actually take the time to show you the unit and make sure it fits your needs as well as try and find as many different options as possible. The rates are very reasonable, and the one-time admin fee is minimal.Thanks again, Mike. I appreciate your time.

Obtained unit as unable to access when I needed too due to the young lady not entering my gate code so after 3 weeks of tag they got it! I was able to come 1 time before the bill due then heaven for bit your late....no credit for the 3 weeks I couldnt access due to their incomptance lol so they locked my unit! ...will revise when issue resolved but so far very rude staff and unwillingness to treat paying customers with respect understand frustrations due to the young girls lack to follow through, and if you call and ask for a manager she gives you the run around ! I guess that is why it took 3 weeks before I could use a unit I paid 4 huuummmmm customer satisfaction is not a priority here for sure!
