The GM is the person who helped me. She was super kind and friendly. I made a reservation, picked up the truck moved my washer and dryer and had it back within a few hours. The GM and the other person on duty were amazing professional and efficient. Best experience I have ever had with Uhaul.

Scheduled a hitch installation online. When I arrived for my appointment, they didn’t have me in the schedule or the hitch in stock. They blamed corporate. I called corporate who said it is the store’s responsibility to call the customer and reschedule or notify them if their hitch is not in stock. Will do all my business at the 39th st store, where they took care of me in the past.
Can I choose ZERO stars? What a completely horrible experience. My vehicle was rear ended in the parking lot by an employee backing up a Uhaul truck. I highly recommend never renting from this location. The manager is not stand up or professional and neither are the employees that work there.
Call U-Haul 1-800 number and ask them if they had a car carrier available for a day... They said yes theres one available at their Northwest expressway location. Quoted me a price around $50 for a day plus tax. I placed a deposit of $100 and rented the carrier... I get went to get my change to the next day for the deposit after using a dolly for 10 hours in total the lady at the U-Haul dealership informed me that I was only supposed to have it for 6 hours and they didnt have any available for 24 hours so she had to charge me a second day Totaling $97.66.... which would be the price for two days for only having the car dolly for 10 hours. she stated that she let us know that she could only rent it to us for 6 hours instead of the full day that I was quoted originally when I talk to the corporate office and they said that they had one available for 24 hours they have like 10 car dollies in there like none of them being us and she only can rent them out for 6 hours at a time for $50 / 6 hours... That rate comes out to $200 per day which is not advertised. Oklahoma law states that you are only allowed to charge they set daily rate for rentals per regulations buy Oklahoma State. this U-Haul dealership is more than happy to charge you for 5 days for a single days use by splitting the day up into 6 hour periods... UPDATE THEY EVENTUALLY CHARGED MY CARD $134!!! THEY WONT RESOLVE THIS I ONLY HAD A $50 CAR DOLLY FOR 10 HOURS TOTAL AND RETURNED IT WORK NO DAMAGES.

Our first experience with them was great but we went again and we got screwed. broken dollys and trucks that have been in accidents so the axels make the whole truck go side ways. do not go to this one unless you have to, some disrespectful employees as well.

Not the most jovial of employees, as others have said you feel like an inconvenience instead of a customer. The $3.81 per gallon seemed very high, but they charge what they charge. I dont mind paying if I feel like my business is appreciated.
This is the second time l have used this U-haul location. Everyone is kind and professional. Thank you Brandi for making a stress-full day better. We will be back soon for the next big Move.

Gentleman behind the counter gets 5 starts. He was very helpful and even offered to help me get the boxes in my car. The experience was thrown off by the lady behind the counter having a screaming match with another employee in the middle of the store. Most unprofessional thing Ive ever seen

Overall had a good experience with returning and storage here. I wish they were more clear that I wouldnt be able to access my storage unit after 7pm since its advertised as 24/7 access. Check out was easy and quick.
Honestly, Ive been to several different uhaul locations over the years, and this one definitely deserves the five stars. Pulled in when they first opened and noticed they had at least 20 trucks that were dropped off from the night before. That being said, they were right there in no time to help me. They explained everything and guided me through the whole process. When I brought back the truck it was the same story. Very friendly staff, helpful from the time you pick up to the time you drop off. Only complaint I have is that there is no sign telling you where to park your personal vehicle, which really isnt that big of a deal. Overall great experience.
Horrible service, they some how managed to charge my card $355 for using a truck for 1 day! I let them know I would be late returning it and to go ahead and charge my card with no problem I understand the rules and that is perfectly fine, not only did they charge my card they called and asked me to return the truck by noon because they had it on reservation for someone else and they would get me a different truck. So I did that not only did I not get another truck theyre going to charge me for another truck and for half the tank of gas I put in the truck will not come back to me although I put half a tank in to finish my moving the said they would extend but cut short due to their mistake.
Went in this morning to get propane and a woman by the last name of Norman came out. She was staring at her phone and did not say a word. Never acknowledged our presence. She attempted to hook the propane up and said it wont work. She couldnt get the hose attached. It was explained that we had gotten it there before. Asked if someone else could try and she put the hose up and said we could not have any propane. We asked for the manager and she said she was the manager while sticking out her shirt with name tag. Bad bad customer service. Maybe what was on her phone was more important than her job or her customer.
This is a real U-Haul location, not just truck rental stop. They have everything you might need for a move; boxes, tape, protective wraps, etc. They also have just about anything you might need for towing a trailer. I purchased all of my tape and boxes here for my last move. Very fair prices for that. Of course you can rent trucks and trailers at this location. Their hours are pretty good and you they do have a key box for after hours truck returns. This location also has storage and propane refills although Ive never used those. Staff is generally fast and efficient but weekend mornings they will be busy.
While Uhaul is a well known name, the person on the phone at this location wants to take your money and put you in the highest priced unit available. Sorry man, you never got an agreement from me to use your storage facility. and you should not get mad and hang up on me if I dont want to give you my credit information.

I’ve used this location many times over the past 3 years. Staff is always helpful, trucks are always clean, and they always have the truck I need to do the job. Easy to use reservation app and after hours drop off!
There was a little mis understanding concerning my rental however, I still received excellent customer service. Mrs. Robin was very helpful and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. She made my rental experience great overall.

Ive returned a rental here but not had to make a pickup. While I didnt have any issues with the return it seems like there is always a wait inside to pay or get a receipt for something that you have returned. This is typically where I go to get propane refilled though as they are one of the few places that will refill your own bottles instead of exchange them. Ive got no problems with that but last time I went I had to wait 15 minutes just to pay.
Went to purchase boxes for glass and llates. Employee exceptionally helpful. She told us the boxes come with the dividers, i thought they were sold separately. Only rated as 3 star because i have not rented a vehicle so have no idea about quality. But boxes were outstanding!
Terrible customer service. If you call you will be on hold for 30 minutes. If you walk in you will be in line for 20 minutes. While one person is behind the counter with 2 computers and 2 other employees walking around. Gave me a truck and told me the tank was full but really was a notch above a quarter of a tank. I drove 27 miles and put 10 dollars in to almost a full tank and they charged my 6 more dollars to fill the truck up. Luckily I took pictures before and after. If you have any other option choose it do not come here.
I was blown away with the customer service I received from this location in particular. As a loyal Uhaul renter in San Antonio, I expect great things from great people. The entire staff of the NW Exprsway location did not disappoint. I rented a truck for a one way move as well as taking advantage of the free first months storage that goes with the truck and was well taken care of at every step. I wish I could remember all the names, but Robin in particular deserves mention.I will certainly return when next I require their services and encourage others to do the same. Five Stars Well Deserved!

I was trying to rent a 10 foot truck. I work full time and my storage units gates are only open until 7. I was trying to rent 7 to 7 the next day. They told me this was not possible and I would not be aloud to have the truck for two days. The man and lady working were very rude and u willingly to work with me. If you have friends with trucks, Id suggest you just pay them to help.
Deceptive deceptive deceptive!!!!!They do not do what they advertise.$19.95 a day cargo van rental? Better read the fine print!!! Comes up to $79 a day plus $.69 a mile!!And then gave me attitude when I had a problem with that.Avoid them at all cost!!!!

Great place to refill propane tanks. Notre, the law has changed on tank age. It used to be 12 years and has been reduced to 10 years. Tanks over 10 years old cant be refilled. Friendly and helpful staff.
Easily the least organized, most inefficient operation in the history of hauling. I spent a half hour with two csrs trying to check in an appliance dolly. One rep was rude and the other couldnt navigate the computer system. The U-haul in Yukon is always the best choice in the OKC metro area.
I will never be a customer of U-Haul again because of this NW Expressway location in Oklahoma City. Forever long lines and I ended up paying over $300 due the manager stating they never received any messages from the call center when I called several times during my rental to explain need to remove insurance. Had the most horrible experience in picking up, calling store to have directions on what to do on insurance since truck will sit for 2days, trying to drop off truck and malfunction system submitting return and photos, and so called miss reading fuel on returning when on my end stated I fueled over. I will never please note ever use uhaul again. I was a valued customer and I will surely misdirect anyone who uses them.I explained to the manager my whole issues over the weekend and all she could tell me and we cant take off any insurance, we never received any messages from the call center, and you would have been better off getting the free 5day storage for free to eliminate fees. I was extremely furious even more when told this and I had already been quoted $69 a day store from her store. It seems U-Haul system is fraud, either the call center is in, and this NW Expressway store is horrible trained with horrible customer service. Remove me from your fraud emails I will never use you again.

Customer service is exceptionally bad at this place. I had two experiences and both were very painful. Everyone’s so frustrated with there job at front desk I drop the keys the lady said I send you an email or text with your receipt its been couple days still havent received.

Their storage system is whak! They limit the time you can access your stuff! I get up at 4am to get my tools for work and cant get in. If you want 24hr access THEY CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY! Straight WHAK!

Made a reservation online at this location as a pick here and drop off in Edmond online. I get a call the day before my pick at 7p.m. saying I would have to bring the truck back after I use it or pick one up from Edmond and take it back to them. I was not offered any compensation since I had originally ordered it as a one way trip. Shady tactics to get people to bring them the truck back and charge extra for gas.

They tell you you have to buy a lock there, this is a lie you do not have to buy your lock for the storage unit there. They also try to sell you insurance and tell you it is a requirement. DONT take it! Its a scam!
They charge me $400 extra and they were totally lying even I had the receipt for my gas but they still charge me for it and two extra days they’re just bunch of liars, if you like surprises on your moving day you pick the right place
