Costumer service was really good. Store layout was pretty helpfully. However, both comferters I bought had quality issues. Fortunately seems like they have a fairly good return policy because they did refund my money back to my card.

First time shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond. Nobody offered assistance. Numerous items without prices. When checking out, I had a very rude experience with a Cashier named Aidan. He scanned my item, left it upside down and on his end of the counter. I then had to reach over and pull the item and flip it to properly carry it by the handle. When he was giving change, he left the cash on the counter and drop all the coins on the counter as well. While trying to pick up the coins and cash, he was rushing me and repeatedly mocked saying “you have a good day” as I was struggling to gather the change

I looked for a long time for the right type and color of bedding and bath towels on Amazon. Then finally realized that it would be best to actually see and feel them in person. Sometimes I have found that the color doesn’t match what shows online, and the description of texture is worthless. The obvious choice was Bed Bath & Beyond which I hadn’t visited in awhile. I hadn’t remembered how extensive their stock was in those items. In every conceivable color. They also have an impressive selection of kitchen items. With COVID their were few customers and the staff carefully maintained distance when you approach. It was much better than spending hours online and then getting disappointed. Very polite staff.

Pennies said what I want nobody is making any more. Went over across the street to Bed Bath & Beyond. Guess what. they had all kinds of what I was looking for. Kind of says it all.

Dont shop here. If you pay cash and loose your receipt, they wont even give you in-store credit. It does not matter if they clearly sell the item in store. Even if the item looks brand new. Target down the road has much better customer service. I just dont see any incentive to shop here. Would not recommend.

Upscale from Target, so expect a price increase for some of the same merchandise. Well stocked with major name brand items. Friendly and helpful staff.

Tons of home goods. Got the bottle brushes we needed this time with no hassle. Store is loaded with merchandise, but is clean. Recently the checkout area has had physical barriers put in to corral customers to the registers.

Almost Always has what I have come to look for, BUT it is not easy to navigate the store. Better signage or consider a better grid pattern to locate items efficiently.I like shopping I buy more when I find things. Your stores have never been easy to shop at and thats why Ill go elsewhere unless I have to come to you.I think taking these considerations to heart could improve your profit margin in the long run.

Called on the phone to find out they had a pastry cloth and rolling pin cover. The person on the phone said I have a pastry cloth but not a rolling pin cover. I said great, I am on my way over to the store now to get the pastry cloth. 20 minutes later at the store, no we dont have a pasty cloth. What the what???? Guess there is a reason why we shop on line. Not sure I will ever shop at Bed Bath and Beyond again.Update - 8/18/20. Tried to send an email to the company the their link/email address on their website doesnt work. Are they going out of business soon?

Love Bed, Bath & Beyond! Everything is organized so well and their stores are always neat and clean, including this one.

Its pretty pricey here, but the wares are good and there is a wide selection of appliances and gadgets available. Good if youre looking for a specific item. The employees are friendly, but will constantly pester you and ask if you need help and follow you around the store. Its not their fault and Im sure management pushes this behavior but it gets old fast when 15 people ask if you need help in a 10 minute span while you browse. I think a color-coded basket system would go far in preventing that.

The store has done a very good job of establishing social distancing at the check out with clear lanes and floor markings indicating 6 feet. I felt comfortable in the store.

I visited the store yesterday. I was disappointed in the chaotic layout. It was difficult to locate quality bed sheets. The sheets I did find were overpriced. Poor customer service. I wont be back.

I like this store because it easy parking and location as well, the only reason I give 3starts is the shelves are dusty and the girl was very slow and detached, she looked like didn’t want to be there.

Bed Bath has a good selection of quality items. Their staff is really cheerful and helpful. The store is well stocked and if you cant find it in store they will check their website and place your order online to be shipped either to the store for pickup or to your home with free shipping. And if the item doesnt meet your approval, you can return it to the store.

I was looking for drapes and other stuff and are not many there, the same with vacuums, I will shop online or Tacoma store better, I always shopped here but the store looks little sad, the girls were nice, easy parking and access to the store.

I went in looking for a couch cover. They didnt have what I needed in stock. They were helpful in finding what I needed online and ordered it to be sent to my house. While I continued to shop. The staff was friendly and gave great ideas for me with the future ideas I had for my home.

Just had a Very Unfortunate Situation happen. Went in today for some dishes, bathroom decor, ect. Anyhow, we needed more plastic cups for when we go to the cabin. There was a CLEARLY marked display that said the cups were .75 Hey, cheap Ill take 24! Get up to the counter and they ring up to $6.99 a piece. Bummer!! So, seems that the people that had put up the displays had put it in the WRONG place. :( I asked if maybe a manager would price adjust even if just on some. So, a gentleman named Ryan was called and he was so rude. I had explained to him that the lady at the register asked us to bring the sign. He then told me that the sign was located at a different location and he would give me 20% off. What? I can get that off line. Sorry, I have had other companies treat me with some kind of respect. I was appalled by his attitude and by the fact of his lack of belief in me~the customer. I decided to walk out. Not continue with my transaction of $200. I will shop elsewhere. Called the manager. Will be calling Corporate.

Great variety of stuff just like the Name says. Reasonable prices on lots of stuff with great sale prices. We have been in BB&Y for many gift hunts for housewarming, newly weds, and baby shower gifts. The gifts usually turn out great as thoughtful and practical. Wow, I sound like a radio advertisement, must be getting old to be this happy with towels and kitchen stuff.....

Pretty well organized. A little high priced but we got some wonderful shower curtains and curtain hooks and also a new bed set. Sign up for their loyalty program or whatever it is and youll get 20 percent off coupons every once in a while

I love going into the store and checking everything out. Bit higher priced than I prefer to pay most of the time but they also carry items that you cant find elsewhere. My only wish is that the registry printout flowed with the sections of the store. It would make it easier to locate the items. Trying to walk through the store looking at everything and trying to figure out if its on the registry sends you flipping through pages to try to locate the sections, then try to locate items listed. Kinda frustrating.

My wife and I came here looking for a lodge cast iron enameled Dutch oven. unfortunately they didnt have it in store and it was online-only which we should have already known considering that is said so on their website. Oops! They were very kind about it and also very helpful. We went home and ordered it online and it arrived in fine shape.

I swap my Soda Stream CO2 tanks here and then look at the clearance items. If you need household goods without dealing in a crowded department store this is a great place. They also have a lot of clever items that are new on the market to make life easier.

This Bed Bath and Beyond had the best selection of curtains that Ive found anywhere in the Olympia area. And they were at good prices! The lady at the checkout was very friendly too. Ill definitely be going back there to finish buying my curtains.

Thought thered be more options for kitchen utensils. They have at least one of everything but not what I was looking for. Prices can be really reasonable, but some of it youre better off going somewhere else. Front staff was so friendly and helpful but so slow. Painfully slow.

The staff was awesome and some of their appliances are legitimate but this time around I was looking for a ladle, a metal one specifically. They did not have a good selection nor did they have anything in stock, gotta have over 20 pizza cutters and 50 sets of salad spoons. But a quality soup ladle was not to be found.

Cashier didnt seem friendly🥺Also I saw worker taking back a clearance item that I came into store to purchase! He wasnt accommodating either! I wasnt in the mood to finish my xmas shopping. Nice items, but poor customer care for the prices on items seem like the bed bath should go beyond to care for their customers. This store needs to integrate more than just white folks into management or shux, just hire some afro Americans.

The Employees here are always snooty, every time I go in this store I feel like I am not welcome here. Never do they greet you as you come in and they never ask if they see you looking around if there is something they can help you find. This last trip in, I found something I knew my husband would love and I had at this time a 20% off coupon, unfortunately, the only one they had was broken ? cracked, so I asked the store customer service if they would discount it above the 20% off and she said no, that because it is broken she is only allowed to offer discount of 10%. Didnt make any sense to me but in the end I only got the 10% off a broken item when I had a 20% off coupon? Strange math there! for the good of this though I was able to glue the item at home and make it look new again and the husband was happy with it!

Great store with helpful staff. Only complaint is how hard to call be to price something as many items dont have shelf prices listed. Theyre in the process of getting price check stations.

Its the go-to place for house supplies and expensive luxury housing items like vaporizers and salt rock lamps. Pricey, but a good selection of mundane implements, decor, and cooking tools and utensils. A great place to window-shop at the least

Bed Bath and Beyond is Wonderful! A vacuum, that they had helped me to special order a year and a half ago, just died on me. I returned it and they gave me in store credit for what I had paid. I bought a new one and it is great!
