The employee was so rude to me and didnt help literally at all. He argued about the existence of an item I knew existed. So rude and will never go back. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Desco has been great to work with. We bought a house that they originally wired for a complete home/ visual audio system, costing tens of thousands of dollars. The system was about 10 years old and was having some age related issues. Desco helped us fix many of the problems, and never tried to upsale or make us feel inferior for wanting to downgrade some things. In addition they covered the costs of a couple of expensive items that were outdated. All of the employees I have dealt with over the past 2 years were professional, helpful, and courteous. I believe this is a direct reflection of Jeff the owner who has always been willing to help with our change to modernize our system. And even though we downgraded some things he never made us feel little or inferior. You would have thought I was just as important as the guy spending $100,000.00.

Not very organized. It seems like theyre too busy for their own good. I am sure theyre good at what they do but the communication between the staff is average at best. Find a smaller place that will provide better attention to your service or sales needs!

Bummed out! They seemed to be helpful when selecting products, but provide no help when equipment is faulty after the sale. Said my only option was to deal with the manufacturer. I bought from them specifically because they are local and expected they would support after the sale. Should have bought from Costco. Lesson learned.

Repairs on my antique record player took months, I was charged double the estimate, and they only fixed half of what they said they fixed. The needle arm has never worked properly, despite the $150 they charged me just to repair the arm. I have never regretted spending money with a business more in my life.

By far the best at what they do south of Seattle. Their showroom is really cool - homey and set up to demonstrate the differences in things. These guys know music and movies, and how to bring that experience into my home.

The sales staff here are very knowledgeable of their products which is extremely helpful when shopping & buying a product they carry.The techs are super helpful and have expert knowledge on ALL audio/visual products whether or not they carry particular brands. I am sure they can fix and/or repair any AV product.BEST place to shop for all your AV needs.

Jeff, the owner, really took a lot of time to show us the features and benefits of the various Control 4 features and he explained Surround Sound systems with great clarity. He earned our business for sure!

I LOVE DESCO! My Dad is in his 80s so nervous about a new set up. We went in, got excellent service and DESCO was out the next DAY.Kyle Cain installed our TV/BLUE.RAY and in a half hour we had everything in place!! SUPER SIMPLE!! THEY ARE GREAT. WE STARTED WITH DESCO 20 YEARS AGO AND HAPPY EVER SINCE. AND NO, I DONT KNOW THE OWNER.

This is one of the last opportunities to shop with a local, independent seller of electronics. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about providing the best gear (and setup) that can be found. You cant find anyone better in Thurston county.
