I made arrangements with Sergei the owner before I moved and he was extremely nice and helpful. Then when I arrived I was greeted like an old friend. I was extremely pleased with their assistance and the cleanliness of the entire building and grounds. I highly recommend them.

Clean, secure and well cared for. Excellent, helpful staff. No maintenance issues which is unusual for storage locations. Definitely a cut above.

So I called ahead of time which at that time it was about 10:30am because for some reason my gf ordered a truck from this place which is considerably far away. When I called they gave me directions and I explained I was in a time crunch and had to have the truck at the location before 12:00pm which the lady told me no problem at all so I got there at 11:15 maybe closer to 11:10 but rounded it up. When I arrived the door was locked and it said they would be back at 12:45pm. It would have been so nice if I didnt have to drive there for no reason or someone could have called back considering its probably the regular time they usually go to lunch. Needless to say I did not have further contact with them besides to cancel the truck pickup and the lady was super rude to me at that time. I dont recommend this place only based on my own experience. I believe everyone has bad days and maybe I caught someone on their bad day. I wasnt rude at all I was frustrated but at the time I called I already worked out another place and everything was good from there. I apologize for the bad grammar and my lack of experience on description but Im taking classes to be a better writer . Well to learn how to properly write I should say. God Bless and be safe . Everyone has bad days and just based on mine would be unfair to judge a place unless anyone else has had horrible service there. Wash your hands and take covid seriously!

I went to Olympia Armor Storage today to see if they had a large outside storage available. They did not have any of the size I needed but Sergeydid put me on a waitlist. I appreciate him taking the time to assist me rather than just telling me Nope, we dont have any. The office area was very clean, organized, and welcoming.

I have stored the Original Tumwater Fire Engine 1, a 1928 REO Speedwagon, at this campus for nearly 2 years. I cannot say enough good things about the high quality customer service I received while at this storage center. I was there nearly everyday working on restoring the Fire Engine. Management and staff were always making rounds and insuring the campus was clean and safe. A smile means a great deal to me... even under the COVID mask they wear all the time. Being a retired firefighter I felt very safe and that my Fire Engine was protected with the Fire Sprinkler system. I plan to use this facility again for my storage needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

I stored at this place for a few months. Dottie was very nice, attentive and helpful. The The facility was very clean and nice. I never had any issues coming or going from here. I felt that my stuff was very safe there.

We stored here for over a year. At one point we had 2 units. The man who works here was always kind and helpful and provides great service. The older blonde woman is not very friendly and is quite rude.

Renting of the storage space was extremely easy and I credit all of that to Megan who was the representative who set everything up for me. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions even though there were many of them. I had another storage unit reserved at a different location but as soon as I talked to Megan I switched and am very happy I did! The facility is very clean and seems to be very secure. The person that signed us up for the storage unit took time to show us around so we could easily find the unit in the future. Was very friendly and gave us a good deal on boxes. The units are clean and we feel safe leaving our belongings here.

I just started renting space here however I already feel like my precious family things have found a safe home. The staff worked very hard to make an overwhelming move less stressful. They were great listeners, knowledgeable and considerate during the while process. The spaces are well lit, clean and come in a variety of sizes including vehicle storage.

Great place to store your wears

I feel confident about my experience with Armor Storage. Its been over a month and Ive had a great experience with the facilities, such as the security at every door, the ease of getting a cart, using the elevator, and I love that there is a clean restroom on the property.

We have been using this storage unit for a year and a half. We have never been late or had any issues. Today we checked our bank account they increased our rates and never informed us. When we went to the office they said they mailed out letters and had our correct address on file but we never received them.

Easy to rent a unit. Loved the half off rate for a few months and the easy access to the storage units. The dollys made it easier to move things to and from the unit. Units are brand new and roomy. Easy to lock and feels secure. Love the location for me. Just off I-5. The only thing I might say that would make things easier is a bit bigger dollys and a handicapped door access to easily move things without having to open the door when you are steering the cart.

Services was excellent i call in advance and the lady on the front desk Dotty was very patient they reserved my storage so when i got there everything was quick thank you

I have just rented a storage unit from this facility. I have paid my fee but havent had the time to see my unit yet or get my keys. Today, I had called as I wanted to know the hours that I would be able to access the facility once I have my keys which as stated I do not have yet. I had called for the last 30 minutes (starting before 4:00 pm) to try to reach someone before they closed. I was hoping to get this done so I would be able to access my unit this evening and get some things moved into my unit. When I finally did reach Megan at the facility, she had told me that I needed to get there within 5 minutes to get this done as she needed to leave at 5:00 pm. I mentioned that their customer service needed some work. She proceeded to tell me that my paperwork has been there for three days. Well, in all actuality it should have been ready and accessible since the 1st of the month. Today is the 9th. She then proceeded to tell me that she was the only one there. I do understand what she had said about being the only one there but maybe that is an indication that Armor Storage may need to rethink their staffing needs to fulfill their customers needs adequately. I a giving a three star rating as a neutral rating as from what I have gathered so far from this company has not been too pleasant or highly recommended. Upon finishing my conversation on the phone with Megan, I told her I would come tomorrow and thanked her. She then promptly hung up the phone on me without another word. Customer service needs some work at Armor Storage, Olympia.

My experience was great vanessa was so friendly. She took time to listen to what I need and helped me choose the right unit. She walked me thru each step while filling out paper work and made sure I understood everything. I enjoyed the tour of the facilities and was glad she showed me where to go lol. I just called Armor to find out why I was charged an additional $10 today, on my debit card (my account is always paid well before the due date). The woman at Armor who answered the phone did not know. I also called to find out why it was charged to my debit card without my permission. The woman did not know. When I tried to ask the woman questions about this, she would not allow me to ask and became increasingly loud. When I asked her to let me finish my questions she told me I was speaking over her--this after she began talking every time I started to ask a question. I would wait until she was finished, and then try again. She yelled this at me about three times in a row. I waited for her to stop and asked again. She seemed to be unable to allow me to finish one sentence or one question. So here are my questions: 1. Why was this account charged $10 today? 2. Why did Armor charge my debit card this $10 without my permission? I do use this card to pay the monthly storage cost at Armor, and I do so online. But I have never given Armor permission to: 1. Store this card; or 2. Use it automatically. I was trying to say this to the woman, who apparently is unable to withstand someone asking her questions. I seriously question this womans suitability for this job as I am a professional person and it is extremely unusual for me to have such a horrible miscommunication with anyone. Anyway, I use credit and debit cards routinely for online purchases. I do NOT allow anyone to store my credit card numbers, because online systems are too often hacked; because of that Ive had to have my credit card numbers changed, more than once. Therefore I no longer store my credit information in any online retailer, so that hackers wont find it when they do their hacking. My experience doing this has taught me that once I use my card, IF the retailer provides the option for them to store it, after my purchase then I go back and delete my card number. Armor does not appear to provide that option, so there is nothing for me to delete. Today it appears that Armor stores my payment information without my permission? If so, this is not okay. And if so, I will make a complaint to the Attorney Generals office because this is a fraudulent use of my credit information. I left a vm at Armor and hope that someone who is knowledgeable and professional (not the woman I spoke with) will return my call so that I can find out what has happened here. Thank you.
