Got. Trailer there had a mishap with him hooking up the trailer as he didnt tighten up the hitch we tried to load the car on the trailer it tipped up. We fixed it but it could have been bad if we lost it on the freeway.

The gentleman that assisted me was great!! He was super nice and had loads of patients too. I would highly recommend this u-haul place, very friendly service.

I really needed a trailer to start my new life and move a few things to my new home. I pretty much just randomly picked a uhaul office, and boy was I satisfied at this place. Apparently the manager was away for their wedding on the day I was picking up, but a wonderful gentleman was running the office that day instead. This guy was awesome, relatable and helpful. Tugging a trailer can be very stressful, but this office was a joy. My favorite part was their friendly cat, Juno, who came to say hi to me. She was like, “Hey I’m a cat! Want a protection plan?” I was like, heck yea!

We have had our things in storage here for over two years. They have always gone above and beyond. They give military discount. Luke and Jacob have been very respectful and promptly help me with any situation. I give them 5 stars for sure!!

Rented their largest unit for six months as we marketed our home and moved out of state. From start to finish the customer service we received from the young man in the office was outstanding. At a time when quality customer service is waning in so much of the retail sector, it was refreshing to be greeted warmly, listened to, offered assistance without asking, and receive accurate and timely communication. I’m not a person that writes reviews very often. This individual’s performance inspired me to take the time.

The owner is very welcoming, and takes the time to get to know his customers individually and works well with you, grounds keeper as well they go above and beyond to accommodate you however they possibly can.. They make you feel so welcomed that when youre leaving; you feel as if youre leaving your families Sunday dinner get together.

The guy working was extremely friendly and helpful. The van we rented worked perfectly. Couldnt have been happier with my experience.

Used their website to ask about availability of a 10x20 unit and price. Never heard back from them.

Well voicemail says closed between 1 and 2 daily for lunch door says closed till 3....its now after 3 and still not open ....drove from winlock to make my payment ...not so happy customer right now

Reserved a storage unit but when we showed with loaded trucks the office was closed. Sign on the door said be back at 4:00. Waited way past 4:00, almost till closing time but no one showed. They had my phone number, knew I was coming today, why not at least give me a heads up before stranding us with no options on a Saturday.
