So I was at selectel phone place and I got great service I will be recommending them from now on

Ok. I went to Blair location and got my ebb phone and offered me a tab for $15 more???!! Then was told on the phone after a few referrals that I had a $40 credit which Omaha told me over the phone but did not honor when I showed up!

No bathrooms but very professional service

Select Wireless has called multiple phone numbers in our office saying that the recipient of the call had been selected for a free phone. This cheap sales tactic is unwelcome and intrusive, and it reeks of a scam. I would stay far away from any place that practices sales tactics like this.UPDATE (3/6/18): This company changed its name to Selectel Wireless and has continued its shady practices. We just received another call form them on a line that I have personally told them not to call.

Antonio was awsome he did all he could to help me after my phone quit working because there sales person put my SIM card in wrong and eventually messed up my phone. I think selectel should value there customers and recognize when an employee makes a mistake they should do ALL they can to correct it and make there customer happy because without CUSTOMERS you wouldnt be in business. There are a lot of places to go for phone service. Change your website at this location. If you open at 12pm then state that on website... But Antonio you were awsome. I appreciate sells reps like you. You did your best to make things fair and right. To bad selectel only wanted to give me $10 off a new phone that I had to buy due to there emoyees neglegince.

Received a call from this location saying I had been selected although when I agreed to come in they had none of my information including name. Cold call came in on 9/4/18 around 2pm. I dont know what kind of business this is, but cold calls like this are inherently worthless and stupid.

Terrible Fremont service. 2x they have disconnected one of our phones and we have auto bank withdraw. you call customer service and no answer? No resolution and the Nebraska better business bureau do nothing.

Worse work schedule ever, they open at 11AM!
