Service department refused to repair my new car purchased their. I cant even get them to call me to explain why I had to take it another dealer to have it repaired. If this is how treat you after they sell you a new car, I would not recommend anyone do business with them. Since this a negative review it will probably not be posted.

My oil change was supposed to include a tire rotation. Tires were rotated, but I was charged an additional fee. When I purchased my Malibu, I was told them some services were included. I have yet to receive a free maintenance service from Country Club. Also, the service technicians did not put paper liners on the floor before they got in my car nor did they put a seat liner on the drivers seat. Mechanics and service technicians always get oil, grease, etc. on their clothes (hazards of the position), so they should take care to cover the floors and seats when they are servicing vehicles.
Stefan was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He even checks in with me periodically (after the sale) to make sure I am happy with my purchase. Country club has a welcoming, family atmosphere. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle.
Should be a 0 star!! Went there today to see what dealership would buy my vehicle for, rinsed car down nicely with hose an hour before heading there. The vehicle is in great shape never really drive it except on weekends. It’s a 2018 with 16,000 miles on it no scratches or Knicks or dents.They took it for a ride with out me and when it came back, they told me the price. Said it was because of scratch on passenger side.Their is no way that scratch was there when I brought it to them.It’s very slight but enough to make them say it would have to be buffed and had to account for that in price.Shocked and confused how this could happen.
The Salesman, Stefan Segelken was absolutely phenomenal! I was waiting for one of the new 2021 GMC Terrains to arrive and he called me immediately to let me know it had come in. I was 40 weeks pregnant and was going in to have my baby the next day and he did everything he could do and made sure I was able to leave the same day with my new vehicle! He was very personable and easy to work with! I tell everyone who is looking to get a new vehicle that it is worth the drive and they should go to Country Club! I had the best experience there and will continue to do business with them in the future.
Very easy to make an appointment. I was greeted promptly upon my arrival. Service was done very efficiently and quickly. Tech went over my concerns very thoroughly.
Service fee is very expensive. My car AC did not ran the cool air. They charged $200 just for diagnostic on why AC air does not general cool air ! We were recommended another car service which is very reasonable.
This dealership is the biggest joke. No matter what is going on the service is terrible. My Acadia has tires on it that your dealership sold me last year that have lasted MAYBE 10,000 miles and will no longer pass inspection and everyone has decided it’s not their problem. When my Acadia lease is up I will never give this dealership my business again and I will make sure everyone knows how terrible the service is here.

I had my Corvette inspected, as well as the oil & filter changed. Everything was done on time, quickly, and perfectly.My only concern is NOT with C.C. Motors, but rather with Chevrolet. It was my 1st oil change for this vehicle, and because it was 1yr. after being sold, it was no longer FREE. This is a seasonal vehicle, and cant be driven all year long. Therefore, due to the low miles, changing the oil is a once a year service. I really feel that Chevrolet needs to extend the time period for the 2 free oil changes ( maybe 2yrs? ) As it stands now, I never got to use even one !! I hope Chevrolet will contact me back over this issue.
Everyone was so welcoming and the atmosphere was so relaxed and I genuinely enjoyed my experience. Most dealership the salesmen are way too pushy and don’t really let you develop your own opinion. The individuals here were fantastic and intimate. Jesse who was my salesman was very thorough and helped me through the whole process. They go above and beyond.
I had my car brought to CCM to fix a broken warranted part because that is where I bought it les then a year earlier and it coast $400 and they had it for more then a week and the car has made a odd noise ever since. I talked to the owner him self and he completely brushed me off. Id rather walk to the Norwich chevy dealer then give them any business again.

Had oil and tires rotated but they forgot to reset tire monitor system. I asked for the to come to my work just down the street to fix it and they wouldnt. Now im leaving on a trip pulling a camper with no idea what my tire pressure is in any of my tires.

We went to purchase a truck, sales person was good and prompt working well with other staff to get us the best deal. We were there a long time looking, test driving, paperwork - we were never offered water or coffee or a snack as lunch came and went but they did a good job on saving us money with discounts and coupons and extras.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. The dealership is a DUMP! The amount of time employees spend there fooling around and swearing at each other is unbelievable! I dont think Ive heard that many curse words at a major sporting even than what I heard the hour I was there. I was even within ear shot of the manager (I think thats who he was Doug maybe) and heard him telling a story to his salesman about how he had his girlfriend/wife bent over and railing her from behind and even though shes up there in age, boy shes got some nice ti*ties. I WAS MORTIFIED! Who talks like that? Especially at work. While I was there, a customer came in pissed off that he was sold a car with no owners manual. The manager said, They dont make them for those cars anymore. As is. You bought the car as is. I ran out of there. Its filthy, the mouths on the good ole boys are filthy, they are lewd, crude and I cant believe there isnt more negative reviews than this. I hope the owners see this and take some action. With those people you got working for you, youll be out of business in no time. My review of this dealership is, make the drive elsewhere. DO NOT BUY here. Dont even drive in the lot.
I love Country Club. Every time I go there I get treated well and I feel the staff is looking out after me. This time, I had some service done. The staff was very knowledgable, and even pointed out a deal to me that I was unaware in regards to my tires. I drive an hour to get there, but its worth every mile. Service like this you just dont find every day.

I was very pleased with my experience minus the fact that I paid $29.99 for a front license plate bracket & it didn’t include the screws to hang the plate. I just felt that was odd & should have been part of the bracket. Especially given it isn’t my fault my 2020 vehicle didn’t come with a front plate bracket. So I needed to make a second stop at another store to get the screws which was very inconvenient.

First time there ever. I bought my new car at the chevy dealership in NC where I live. My car needed its first oil change, got me in with appt time and out pretty fast. Thank you for a great first visit .
I know that this is a busy season, but I had an appointment on January 5 at 1:00 pm. I stopped by to see what was going on and I was told that they were overwhelmed and they would get to it the next day. I never received a call to let me know what was going on. Thursday night, two days later, I stopped in and was told that they dont know when they could get to it. It was indicated to me that it would be another week or more. Thursday night I went home and ponder my options and came to the conclusion that I need to take my truck somewhere else. Friday morning I walked into the dealership and asked for my keys. No questions were asked and went outside where I had a tow truck waiting and removed it from the dealership.

I just bought my first ever vehicle from a dealership, something I didn’t expect to ever do. Jesse Dahms was excellent to work with, we sent an email with an idea of what we were looking for, he promptly answered and we came in to meet up. They had a few good options to choose from and we wound up putting money down then and there. James was super helpful in finding a loan for me and working with my finances. Over the next few days I worked together with Jesse and James via phone to sort insurance and registration stuff out and we brought the truck home Friday! Overall a great experience and helpful and happy staff, would certainly come back but hope this truck will last me many years before I have too!

Wow, extremely expensive diagnostic fee ($200). And the quote for the repair was ridiculous as well. Suggest you check fees before you drop your vehicle or you will be disappointed. I did not use them for the repair.

I have a 2017 Chevy Sierra 1500 44500 miles and I bought it as a demo truck with 5000+ miles on it. I had an appointment to have a leaky antenna fixed and they told me over the phone it was a common problem. I have an extended warranty on my truck and I am only 3000 miles over the GM warranty. They told me the extended warranty does not cover leaks. So I was going to have to shell out the $300+ dollars to fix this defective part. They did offer to pay for $150 of the bill. I opted not to do the repair as I dont feel that I should be the one paying for any part or labor due to a GM defect especially when I have an extended warranty. This is something that will make me reconsider buying GM when I am ready to buy a new truck as this is my second buying from this dealership and also a car. They could have told me over the phone before the appointment that they wouldnt cover the repairs instead of making me drive an hour round trip and wasting more money in fuel. Also if this is a common issue then why is it not being addressed. I will not be paying for extended warranties in the future either.Update: I did talk to one of the owners and he said the sales department would help with another $50 of the bill. Thats not good enough for me. Ive lost faith in GM and their product. I was not cause of the leaky roof and for an extended warranty not to cover this is beyond my comprehension.

Was told to bring a company truck here for random misfire, limp mode and a transmission shifting issue. Sat there for about a month and a half(my fault never called them back oops) but no work was done to it. Said they couldn’t replicate the issues and charged 160 dollars to tell us no more than we already knew. Called them about a week before I needed it, hoping to at least get a new plug wire (cylinder number 6 kept popping off) couldn’t get the parts in time. Advance had them in stock, go figure. About 15 minutes into my 20 minute drive home the truck went into limp mode and had to be towed. I’m by no means a mechanic rocket surgeon but managed to figure out what was wrong in less than 30 minutes. Every single plug wire was corroded beyond belief, Easy fix. But here’s the fun part the trans hold a little over 10 quarts well it was 5 quarts low. Shifts like a dream now that it’s actually full.

Ive been going there for the last 5 years bought my cars there. And i used to have great experience. This time around however was horrible. Went for an inspection and have my tire sensors put on. Then my car needed work. My husband used to work on cars and knows what should be done. Had a new steering rack put in but then they put on my old tie rod ends. now my car wont pass inspection because they were not replaced so more money needs to be spent.they did however cover half of the bill because my husband complained. But then they couldnt bother to call me when my car was done. So i had no car till the next day. Then my tire sensors were not cleared and mybtures were not rotated and my sensors were never changed.complimentary wash. Not that it matters i guess our time and money spent there the last 5 years doesnt count. I will be going elsewhere after this experience. I expected better professional service after that mishap.

This has to be the worst service I have ever received. They had my car for 2 weeks. I was told the car would definitely would be done on Friday. Well Friday came and went no car. Then I was told it would definitely be done Monday morning. I called Monday morning still not done. Regina then tells me for the third time, It will definitely be done Monday afternoon. The car still wasnt done in the afternoon. Regina for the fourth time said, It would definitely be done Monday evening. Needless to say it wasnt done by then. Finally Tuesday the car was finished. Called asked for a bill so it could be paid. She said she would email it to me. The day went on and no email. So I called and told them I had someone coming over in the evening to pick it up. She told me it would be left outside with the keys in it. When the person got there to pick it up. The car was unlocked with no keys in it. Someone did me a favor and I just wasted there time. Called Wednesday and she said it was my fault because I never paid the bill. But she never sent me the bill. So do yourself a favor and stay as far away as you can from Country Club Motors.

I had bought every vehicle I owned from Country Club since the late 1970s. And I had always been very happy with the company, but the past 2 years everything has changed. We were told that things were replaced with new parts, when they hadnt been. They just rebuilt the old parts. We bought a brand new 2017 Chevy Silverado, which was an expensive vehicle and for them to not honor the warranty or their word is not acceptable.
We have been doing business with them since 2003 and just bought our 3rd new Chevy vehicle from them. They have also performed most of the maintenance on our vehicles as well over the years. Mark Fairchild is the man to see in sales. He gets stuff done and done fast and is very easy to work with when buying a vehicle. The finance dept are also very good at what they do and work very fast and hard to get you approved. In the customer service dept, Penny is the girl to see who is very knowledgeable with cars and will keep you updated on the progress when your car is in the shop being worked on. The folks in the garage know what they are doing and if there is a problem with your vehicle they will find it and also bring things to your attention that will need to be addressed in the near future.

Bought a 2014 Silverado. Great truck. However, when the veihcle was sold to me they claimed I could get a lease option pay for it for 5 years and get another one at the end or I could buy this vehicle by refinancing the baloon payment. I have made EVERY SINGLE PAYMENT ON TIME AND PAID OVER THE AMOUNT DUE. Well the banks will not refinance and they cant get me financed for a new truck. I believe they duped us into the lease finance option by telling us that as long as we made our payments we would be able to get financed again. Beware of them and their close ties to the predatory lending of SFCU.

Called to get help with my buick and needed mechanical advice. the SECRETARY was trying to tell me they couldnt help me and then HUNG UP ON ME. so I called to speak to the manager and HE, in less than two seconds was telling me that my approach was all wrong and that she was well trained. It will be a cold day in hell before I ask help from them again!
Great sales team... Service leaves much to be desired. 2.5 hours for an oil change (took over an hour just to get the car inside) and quite pricey especially considering the wait.
Car started having issues. Their mechanics could find nothing wrong. Found the transmission fluid to be black when I was able to crawl under it. According to the car book, the transmission should be serviced every 50,000 miles. I bought this car after 50,000. It is obvious that no one has touched this transmission in a long time.
