This is the way a company should be run!!!!! I purchased a shift lever for my 1968 Mustang about three years ago during a restoration, but never installed it. I finally got to the point where it was installed and after the first drive the reverse lockout broke. I called CPC to discuss the issue and was referred to Ron. You always go into this situation with hope, but with guarded expectations due to the purchase being so long ago. Ron was nothing but fantastic!!! He said they had a manufacturing problem and would take care of me, but please be patient until they could retool to fix the problem. He was not going to replace until they got it right!!! Long story short...I needed to wait a couple of months, but they got it right and not only did Ron return my shift lever in correct working condition, he also threw in a new shift boot to replace my old one that ripped when I need to remove it before shipping to him. Thank you Ron!!! CPC parts are made in the USA and they stand by their products. I will continue to seek out their products.

I ordered a Cal Pony Car battery cover and brake cylinder cover for my 2014 Mustang GT and broke the plastic tabs during winter storage. Talked to a Cal Pony representative about it and they are sending me some new plastic tabs. Appreciate it!
