Im a guy. Just a few words to say how happy that I am with Fantastic Sams, and their great stylist, Lupita Nieves.Shes been my personal stylist for over 30 years!. I follow her where ever she works. She knows exactly how I want my haircut, and does it.Ive never been disappointed in her work. Her professionalism as a stylist is beyond compare. I urge anyone, men, women or children to give her a try. You wont be disappointed!

They were polite enough to let me know that they have not updated the hours on their website, but they really need to talk to whoever runs the website. I made an appointment online for 6 pm, which was confirmed through email. When I arrived at 5:30, they informed me that they close at 6 pm and would not be able to take my appointment. I would not recommend booking through their online appointment system.Updating to 4 stars in appreciation of the owner’s responsiveness.

During Covid you really should make an appt, or you may be turned away.

I had an appointment and tried to arrive 5 minutes early because I wanted to start working towards blonde highlights, I know that can get complicated to talk through to find plan. But within the first minute of me walking in it basically turned into an interrogation, i was asked for pics, what i wanted, etc.. I understood the reasoning was she wanted to make sure they could do what I asked but it was just a little overwhelming considering I didnt really have a plan of what i wanted, i know i have dark hair so i wanted to be able to ask the stylist what shed be able to do. I had ONE picture of the chuck highlights i wanted and was immediately told “NO we cant do that”.. ive been taking my hair red, dark brown to blonde highlights for over 7 years and understand the process with no unrealistic expectations but walking in, being interrogated and being told no all within the first minute without a chance to sit down and go through what my expectation was just made me really uncomfortable and i ended up leaving..(I already feel really guilty for that) I think consultation should be done maybe in the chair not at the door in front of other customers there, that made me feel a little embarrassed. I cant really rate on service just my experience. If you have social anxiety I recommend maybe going elsewhere 💖

Lupita is an excellent stylist. She has really good people skills and can talk about any or everything. Aside from that, she performs her job in a professional manner, performing exactly the you want your style. She is a great vocalist singing in English and Spanish. The store owner just treasure this find, and be glad of the cliental she brings in...

The lady who cut my sons hair was very patient she did such a great job wasnt rude at all most people get frustrated when cuttings kids hair because they dont sit still, but she was very patient & gave my son exactly what style he wanted. I wish I remembered her name!

Been going to FS over 15 years and been happy.My normal stylist not there and after 3 months I was desperate Suppose to get blow out after color. Today they didnt. I asked why and was told no. You cant see the color you paid for with wet hair. I asked if i would get credit or discount and was told no blow dry is complimentary. Already feels dry.

Great service. Good hair cuts & styling. Perms, coloring, bleaching, all done here. I had a professional do my hair that actually worked/trained with Princess Dianas stylist. He was filing in at this location for the week. Loved it.

I love Falisia (I hope I spelled it right)! I have been coming to her for years. I don’t let any one else touch my hair, my mothers hair and my daughter hair. She does exactly what you want, how you want it, with her eye close!!

Monica is the Best Pick. I truly thought I lost her when she was at salon by me that closed. I could not get my haircut so grew out of control. I rocked the hat look for months. I called couple other salons because I was so determined to find Monica. I knew Monica was Great asset to the salon. There would be no way she wouldnt be working at another location nearby. Score I Found Monica!! I just want to finish by saying Monica is perfect for many reason but I love that she takes the time hear how want my hair cut each time I see her. Monica goes above and beyond to get my hair what I consider every time done Perfect. My hair is curly and challenge to cut. Truthfully when comes to my hair like most could agree I am stubborn and hard to please. However Monica is always been my Life Saver

I believe the staff are courteous and believes the health of clients hair is just as important as the styling and color.

I have been their costumer for a year now and so far it is a nice place to cut your hair and even have a nice rinse. Costumer service is really kind but waiting time can make you leave sometimes, still good service.

Not very friendly hair stylists. I didn’t realize until we were gone but the top of my kids hair was super uneven.

I stopped by early in the morning on Saturday and they were open!! I had to get a hair cut before going to a funeral. Wasnt having a good morning and my stylist Marina was so nice and professional. She did a wonderful job and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you Marina, my hair looks great!!!!!

Went in to get a style and nobody here knows how to use a razor. saved myself from a butcher job and went elsewhere. if you want your hair styled in any style that isnt trendy, this is not the place for you

It will not be exaggerated to say that I’m their regular customer. I come here for my hair cut because I am always greeted with kind customer service. Its not a fancy salon but you can get all the hair styles done there. I really enjoy this location because it’s near to my home and my hair is pretty simple style to cut. If you live in Rancho Cucamonga / Ontario and you want a new style or a simple haircut, Fantastic Sams is great.

Always friendly! Never had to wait more than 10 mins to be in the chair! Felicia is awesome-very quality cut and very personable, too :) This location is a bit far from my house in Upland, but I like the people and its right next to Target, Kohls and the Mills mall, so perfect location for errand days!

3 cuts in a row done by 3 different people, and all of them did it wrong. I asked for it to be blended. Its not that hard. Ive had to fix it myself multiple times now. I gave 2 stars because they are nice and friendly, but still very frustrating to get it wrong so much.

Terrible.. there were two people left in the store and it was about 5:50 when I walked in just to get told that they were closed.. sign says 6 p.m is close time. Lock the doors the next time you decide to close early. 😬😡😡
