Very knowledgeable. Describes the problem and explains what he did to fix it. Very thorough and someone I can trust--which is most important to me and my daughters, who also bring their cars to him.

I would have given Jose 0 stars but I had to give him one star in order to write a review on here. He claims that he knows what the problem is on your vehicle and attempts to fix it but then when something else goes wrong because of what he did he claims that it was a pre-existing condition before he started working on the vehicle and wants more money from a person to continue to look into the problem. I went in to get my two oxygen sensors replaced and have the check engine light cleared and now he is saying that there is a wiring issue and that there is no power to the front of my car and that he has to look into it when theres more time and asked me to come back, and that it will cost more money for him to look into it. I paid him $366 only to have the oxygen sensors replaced but the car not working as it should. The check engine light is still on so I guess I will have to live with that. I recommend that nobody go to this guy until he has so few customers that he loses his business because people like that should not be allowed to own a business in this country!

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with Jose, he gets straight to the problem and he is very thorough in the work he does to diagnose your vehicle. Jose knows what hes doing.i usually do most of the work on my own cars but for the price and warranty on parts Tuned Performance is to hard to pass up Jose also finished when he said he would and is a man of his word. I will be using his services again . thank you tuned Performance

Very bad experience. Jose made matters into a horrible situation. He proved to me and my family that hes all about the money!!! My truck is at a complete loss. Jose replace my engine with a faulty engine and when I drive my vehicle it starts smoking from the engine n it will not pick up speed. Jose dont want to do any more repairs on my car but he did keep my 2,000 dollars. Jose claimed that there is nothing else that he can do and if he did that he would have to charge more money. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!

25 years of consistent reliable service

So I came up to Ontario for subiefest and my Subaru decided to stall on meI found this place not to far from my hotel and he said he can work on Subarus and bring it in asap so he can get started on it brought it in At 9am n he worked on it all day and hes a miracle tension bolt broke off into the engine n he retreaded it and took the bolt out and replaced the broken part it was 5 pm when we finally got the car to start so he said he was going to finish up and come in tomorrow early so he can finish putting everything back together he got at the shop at 6am when he doesnt open till 8. Which we appreciate bc subiefest is at 8 🙌🙌 ur such a life saver thanks he gets the job done
