I have never had a bad experience at a car dealership before but if you want to have your first go here. I was here to get my vehicle serviced which is warranted and when it came time to pick up my car, it said I owed money on the vehicle for “fuel”. #1 my car was not on E when they picked it up and #2 it was basically on E when I got it. So I’m signing papers and it says fuel charge however the total on the paper says I owe “0” dollars. The lady at the desk calls her manager, Eric over and he tells me I should be grateful I got everything covered because it usually costs a lot more. First off this car is warranted and second this car has had more problems than any other car I’ve experienced and I have only had it for about a year. So, at this point I’m over the conversation and just pay and leave the shop. However on my way out another worker of the dealership comes up to me and asks me where I got the car from and if I bought the car. Like what? This experience was definitely one of my worst and I will definitely be reporting this incident. As a customer service rep you should make your customers feel more welcome and not humiliate them in any way. Its clear my experience being a black woman was clearly discrimination.

I am a customer and have been a customer for a number of years. I have to say the service department has never failed to disappoint me. Always professional and are reasonably priced. I recently went in to get a cosmetic repair done on the lower front end vent cover that popped out of place from road debris kick back from another vehicle. This would have cost over $300 to remove the front end to repair. However, Maritza, the service rep was able to have the repair done without removing the front end. In other words, they could have charged me for over $300 for the repair and did virtually the same thing and I would have never known. This goes to the honesty and integrity of the service department, especially Maritza. Thank you for your professionalism and valuing a long time customer.

I went in for an airbag recall & they were very professional & polite. The wait was so comforting & peaceful. They also did an inspection on my car which showed me things I need to get done to my car. I will be taking my car to them for now on & they also give complimentary car washes after they fixed your car for the recall.

Took my car in for the routine oil change and tire rotation, also mentioned about some intermittent rattling noise in ac unit. Jerome made sure that the car was checked out properly and replaced. Noise is gone, car is running good. I am happy. The level of attention that Jerome put in checking the problem like it was his own car to me showed a genuine care for his customers and pride for what he does and pride of the company. Wish all dealers will clone Jerome and deploy him everywhere.

Just got home from an 8 hrs of waiting for my vehicle to have it serviced. I surely wished there is another dealer near my place where I could go to. From the get go I wished the service girl or lady has given me an idea of how long do I have to wait even if I said I was going to wait for my vehicle after they found out more repairs needed. I wished they have checked my brakes first since I told them about it already. I wanted to wait for my vehicle since Infinit does not offer a ride home and pick up service coz of covid but Toyota does? I thought I have a luxury vehicle...I wanted to wait bit surely not 8 long hours common where is the customers service here for a luxury vehicle no food available in the dealership only coffee tsk and afterwards I have to pay 2k added agony to all this experience. Thank god infiniti qx60 has no hybrid nor electric version coz that would be my next vehicle and Im so done with infinit brand! Im exhausted after all day sitting

I called in earlier today to schedule an appointment for oil change. The girl over the phone was very helpful and told me to bring in my car at 4 and that they will take care of it. I do so, I arrive to the dealership 5 minutes before my scheduled time, parked in the service area after a representative told me to do so. I waited in my car for few minutes waiting for someone to come and help me but no one did. After approximately 4 minutes a car comes behind mine, a customer comes out of the car and walked in. I decided to follow him right away. I go in and a representative walked out to greet us. The other customer said I am here to get my car serviced, I said I am here for service as well. She asked if we had an appointment, he said no, I said that I called in earlier and that I have arrived before the other customer. She said she will get us checked in. We both waited in the lounge area for 5 minutes. Another representative walks straight to the other customer and took him to one of the cubicle and get him helped. I have waited so far for 50 minutes and yet to be checked in. After 30 minutes, I went to the same representative that helped us earlier when we walked in, and asked her why haven’t I been checked in yet, and why the other customer got service before me. She said the other customer had an appointment (which is a complete lie) and that I will be checked-in in couple of minutes. 20 minutes later I am still in the lobby and no one seems to care about my existence. Very poor customer service. The funny part, when we first walked in, she didn’t ask for our names, but magically the other customer all of the sudden had an appointment 🤦‍♂️.

We test drove two Q50 vehicles, and ultimately decided to buy one. John Maina was very accommodating, very professional and very polite and courteous through the entire buying process. Every one was very friendly. I had one major concern with the vehicle, and when I mentioned it, it was handled quickly and without hesitation. Overall, the best car buying experience Ive had (this is my 6th car in 18 years)

My service rep Mike is a great guy and if I was rating him, Id give him 5 stars. He assured me that I would be able to drive out of the service center by noon. He kept me updated every step of the way. I brought the car in for routine/scheduled maintenance and some issues showed up (eg brake pads needs replacement, etc), and each time I asked, I was reassured that we would be done by noon.I needed to be sure because I had another appointment in the afternoon. Unfortunately, in spite of their best efforts, it was after 1pm when I finally was able to take the car (even after leaving the wheel alignment for next time). As a result, I missed my afternoon appointment and had to reschedule for 2 weeks later.

I love the new Infinity service and dealership in Ontario.Back on the Big Show soon as you make a service appointment you automatically get a text they have a loan car waiting for you and best of all when you walk in you have soft chocolate chip cookies banana cake and Starbucks Coffee waiting for you.It is a dealership so the prices you will pay for repairs or a little more than youll pay outside of the dealership but at least you know youre going to get the right parts and the repairs are done right.

We had a great experience with our Sales rep John. We had looked around multiple infiniti dealers for the Qx80 we wanted but no one had the specific one we wanted ... while other dealers reached out to us to tell us they COULD get it (there was only 1 within a 100 mile radius) John reached out to us to tell us he DID get it. Spoke to him Tuesday evening... was driving out their lot with my brand new Qx80 Wednesday night. I had such a great experience at Infinity of Ontario. I came to check out a Hyundai Tucson that we had seen online. Unlike many other car dealerships that I had been to, the car was priced as it was online. There were no ad ons with the exception of DMV fees (of course) but all the other dealerships had ad ons that were not included in the price prior to go seeing and would charge about $800-$1000 more than advertised. Saul and TJ were really nice and got things done as quickly as possible. Overall a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone I knew.

At 40 miles this was the closest dealer. We came to have recalls corrected and some minor service. Jerome suggested a day that he could offer courtesy car since it was going to take the whole day. I picked up my car the next morning cleaned and ready to go. Me coming from a Dealership background I was really impressed by the whole experience.

I was having issues with my QX80 battery keeping charge. I arrived early morning without an appointment and Mike was very attentive and clearly explained the inspection and options available.I returned a second time the following Monday to have tires placed. I had the pleasure of purchasing from Mauris, and finance was TJ. Mouris Haddad seemed honest and straightforward. He got me a satisfactory APR, waited for me to arrive as I travelled from the hi-desert to get there. He stayed past his schedule. He had the ball rolling before ai arrived, which made the process fairly quick. TJ was informative through out as well. Great dealership. I wouldnt hesitate to go there for my next purchase.
