Bought my Alfa here, and love it! Had to go back and drop off a key i forgot to bring during trade in and because of the sales experience I had, I actually looked forward to going back! Mr. Jalal was my salesman and a lot of salesmen claim to be transparent, but he actually proved to be! Showed me everything upfront, and even went out of his way to locate a promotional interest rate that wasn’t showing up in the system at the time!Can’t wait to buy another car there in the future!

I have had an awesome experience buying my dream car, Maserati from this showroom. Micheal Cornell went above and beyond to help us with the purchase. He spent hours, including staying 3 hours over to ensure that we get to drive out of there with our new car. He was thorough, extremely pleasant, very easy to work with, and absolutely transparent about everything we needed to know. Also want to give a shout-out to Michael’s manager, Brian Goodermont, who was equally helpful and great to work with.

I went there for the 1st time this morning not knowing what to expect. CHRIS and his team made me feel at home and they were very knowledgeable about my vehicle. Their customer service is unmatched and I just wanted to take time out of my day to give them praise because customer service is really hard to find these days and they treat you like family!

They never communicate. I try inquiring about purchasing a vehicle and actually went down there to appraise my trade-in and the sales associate told me he would message me with the quote in about a week. I didn’t hear from him for about a month, so I called a few times in a week and never got a hold of anyone. No responses to my emails either. I’m so bothered because I was so serious about buying a Guilia. Anyway, fast forward a few months later... I let bygones be bygones and try again. I still don’t get any information or responses in a timely manner. I do not recommend contacting this dealership if you are looking for an attentive sales staff that will actually help you get a new car.

Who likes buying new cars. I hate it with a passion!!! Until now. I just bought a Stelveo, with help from Gary and Jay. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and this is the first time I will gladly go back to the dealership. Gary is top notch. He is knowledgeable, which you would expect, but his down to earth low pressure approach was exactly what is takes to sell me a car. These cars kinda sell themselves, but take one step in the showroom and youll understand. Highly appreciate and recommend these guys!!!

Absolutely the best dealership experience I’ve ever had, everyone here is professional! I traded me Kia stinger GT2 for a Alfa Romeo Giulia and jay (Salesmen) made it so easy and went above and beyond for me. He did everything he could to get me to where I wanted to be in payment, and never gave up! He is persistence. The managers and management team is amazing they are kind and not snobby like other dealerships! This dealer will not waste you’re time nor haggle you. I never thought I’d say this but these guys look out for you VS themselves. Highly Recommend getting you’re new Alfa from here especially with jay, give them a call and ask for jay he’s the best!

Chris in Service is the best! I drive from Palm Desert for service on my 2018 Giulia and Chris treats me like weve known each other for years. The dealership makes service customers very comfortable and the work thats done and the followup is top notch.

I drove over 75 miles to the Alfa Romeo of Ontario dealer because I had found the exact Stelvio that I wanted on their website. Sadly, when I arrived the car had been sold. I left the dealer a bit disappointed because the car I wanted was no longer available, but also felt assured because I knew that Jay would find the Stelvio that was meant for me. There are a half dozen Alfa Romeo dealers closer to me than Ontario, but that didnt matter because working with Jay was so pleasant. He was incredibly accommodating! In the end, I got the Stelvio I wanted and Jay made the process so easy. I would recommend buying your next car from Alfa Romeo of Ontario and if you are lucky enough- youll get to work with Jay.

Stopped in to buy all weather mats for my Giulia and talk to service manager about my complimentary first service. Was warmly greeted by Dave one of the service managers. He assured me they would be happy to take care of that service even though I did not purchase the car from them. They also had the mats in stock so I was able to install them before the rain. I have purchased two Fiat 500 from this store in the past and have always had great service. Looking forward to doing business with them in the near future.

We are in our mid 60’s and have bought/leased many many cars. This deal we made with Jay Jalal was hands down the most pleasant experience we have ever had. We called the day before to ask about numbers for leasing a 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia. When we came the next day to close the deal there were NO surprises. The numbers he quoted were exactly as he has told us over the phone. Also, there was no up selling. He was the most pleasant human I have had the pleasure to meet in a very long time. If you’re in the market for an Alfa do yourself a favor, no matter where you live, go to Alfa Romeo in Ontario and ask for Jay.

We drove up in an old car, some places probably wouldnt have given us the time of day but Mir came right up to us and answered all our questions about the Stelvio which is the vehicle we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about these vehicles, with all the options and new technology, he was an expert at all of it. We are still learning things about the car and we have had our Stelvio for several months now. We felt no pressure at all from Mir he just gave us the facts and let us decide, he was very personable, we really liked him and wish more sales people were like him. We feel he gave us a more than fair deal, the car is awesome, we cant say enough good things about Mir, this dealership, and the guys in service, who are also great. Thanks for a pleasant experience. Bought my Alfa on June 26th. No hassles, games, or gimmicks. I could get a car anywhere but the level of transparency with out the BS makes this place worth it. I was out of there is less than an hour.

Easy going / no pressure salesman Gary made it a fun experience....going from BMW to my first Alfa Romeo.

Drove in with the purpose to buy a car, parked, walked out to the lot, looked at cars, walked back to my car, drove out. Not a single person approached me. I called the store, the sales person that spoke to me said he must have been on the computer, that they were a family owned store, I guess to suggest they dont have enough people to be able to help unless you go into the store! I told him they had just lost a potential buyer! Hung up, the same guy called me back and ask if I was the one driving the blue car? I said yes, his tone changed and was a bit more helpful, asked me to give him a chance but if I didnt he would understand. Perhaps I didnt look like a buyer, perhaps they are so small they can afford to lose clients, bottom line it is bad service!

Went in ready to buy a stelvio quadrofoglio, place had 0 sales people working and the general manager didnt want to leave his desk across the street to make a sale. Steer away from this place.To respond: no need to email you, i went to audi and a salesperson greeted me right away. Ended up purchasing a rs5, you guys did me a favor. Thank you!

If I had the option I would give this place a minus 5 star and their personnel a lower rate, I went to purchase a giulia ti and not one of all the sales people there approached me to help me, I was in their lot for well over 45 minutes looking and deciding which one I was going to get and not one POS came out, I ended buying mine at Alfa Romeo of Downey and Mitchell helped me and I drove out with my brand new baby... alfa roso with brown and black interior.
