Had such an amazing experience with this dealership!! We’ve had several poor services from other dealerships but this one went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and informed. They took their time and explain any/all details needed for our new car and our salesman Micheal was very informative and knew all details we asked, super friendly, easy to talk to, and just all around incredible salesman!! Thank you to the entire group at this location for an incredible experience and for the new car we got!P.S. I hope Micheal and Chris both receive a bonus or raise or some kind of incentive for their excellent service!! Both are incredible and attentive employees!!

Terrible service!! Worst service I ever experienced!My 2019 Ghibli S which was leased in March 2020 was broken last Thursday while I was driving on the freeway, it was scary that all of a sudden, lot of lights turned on such as the engine light and battery light, and the speed went from 70mph to 40mph within a few seconds, it was very dangerous, so I got off the freeway right away and had the car towed to Ontario Maserati dealership which I regret the most!!Chris the service people obviously doesnt want to help, the first thing he said was our appointment has to be 1 week and a half in advance I hope the car will tell me it will break down on the freeway 1 week and a half in advance, too. I have to leave the car there and they also dont provide a loaner car. It was last Thursday, the next day which was Friday, Chris called and said some belt was broken and I will have to pay for it (it was about $745) because it is not covered under warranty. I was so surprised to hear that the belt broke on a 15k miles car, isnt it a quality issue? I contacted my sales person at Maserati Anaheim hills and was told I CAN get it fixed there and they wont charge, he was so nice and also offered to contact Ontario for me, and he was told they will try to see if they can cover.However, after waiting an entire week without a car, I called Chris to check on the car today, he told me the same thing he said last Friday, which is that I have to pay to fix it, or I can contact Maserati headquarters to solve it. If so, why didnt they contact me last week to at least let me know! So I dont have to wait for 1 week for nothing! If I dont call them, who knows how long I will still have to wait?!  As of right now, my cars still sitting there at the dealership and Im definitely gonna contact the Maserati headquarter!Poor quality of the car and this terrible service are both unacceptable!!

After shopping around for quite some time, the deal at Maserati of Ontario just cant be beat. Jay provided fantastic buying experience, he was able to simplify everything, put my wife and I right at ease. highly recommend Maserati of Ontario if youre in the market for premium luxury vehicles and an equally premium buying experience..... then definitely look no further

My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with our Maserati purchase. Michael was helpful in our initial greeting and Jay Jalal was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Jay took the time to be fully transparent, honest and share all the vital information we needed to know to be confident in moving forward with our Maserati purchase. It was Jay’s extensive knowledge and commitment to helping us that sealed the deal! Jay ensured we were provided the best customer experience and even took the time to stay late and show us additional features that the vehicle had which is something we were not originally aware of. Surprisingly, they had the 2 used cars that i am looking for. I was able to compare each model on the spot.It was a very convenient opportunity and Im so happy that I invested the time to visit.The sales team were very helpful. Not pushy and not salesy, also there was a tech there that showed me how he removes small dings from the car bodys. He took his time to show me his tools and technique and chat with me. That was very cool.Oh. They handle the used cars for Christler (across the street), that was what I was there for.

Terrible customer services! Really regretted bought the car here.Went there today for a car wash, this is how my car looks after their wash. And the guy said that’s all they can do. This is the worst automobile service center I’ve ever experienced.

This is the worst place ever to take your vehicle to for a repair . They over charge you and the don’t complete the work. I was charged almost $600 to install a new battery and for the labor. I just happened to look at my battery a day later and it was the my same old battery. The even charged me 205 just to put a missing alternator bolt in my alternator. When I gave them then a alternator bolt. This places should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people and overcharging then during a pandemic. Never take your car there

Chris Arce in the Service department provided me with the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. He actively listened to my concerns and took care of all the issues. He made me feel important. Chris scheduled my next service the same day and gave me sound advice for maintaining my car! I was also offered Pellegrino sparking water while I waited for my car to be serviced. The general manager greeted each customer and offered us a cold drink. I highly recommend this dealership. From now on, I will purchase my cars and use this service department for all my Maserati needs. They just earned themselves a customer for life!Dr. Young

Horrible ! Horrible! I’m calling from an auto repair shop I was trying to get parts for my clients car . And no one answer! I tried calling almost 10 times and no one answers. What kind of customer service is this. This is a dealership at least answer me and put me on hold if your busy.

Salesman Gary’s product knowledge of Maserati is exceptional. His presentation of the Ghibli both test drive and technology demonstration was/is mastery level. Of all the car brands that I have owned and driven, never has a dealership provided this level of sales/service excellence. Chris and his Service Team did an amazing job with the E C Bond, tech updates and educating me with product knowledge from a Service and Maintenance stand point. Management at Maserati of Ontario was supportive of staff decisions, about business and played NO GAMES! I look forward to a great experience with this brand and dealership.

I am a Dealer, I was looking for a car for client of mine, and with the auction being like it is, I called to see if you have the car I was looking for and if you was willing the whole sale it, when speaking to the gentleman trying to get him to hold sell the car he was extremely rude, dealers who sell to other dealers all the time but I couldnt understand why he was being so rude, bad customer service

My husband and I went in with a mindset of taking a car home and thats what we did. Thanks to Mir Jalal for really trying to help us. He assisted us from point A-Z. I have to say what an amazing experience we had purchasing our Ghibli from this dealership. Very respectful, friendly yet professional team. Brain and Cristian from management and the salesman who started his career recently in the US, we wish you all the best Mr Mir Jalal, he even introduced us to Service department so I won’t feel like a stranger when I come for my service. Very poor customer service.short staffed. Went to test drive today and the representative would not help.very arrogant and told me to come back later when there was nobody else waiting to be serviced. Would not give his name when told that I wa going to write a bad review.I am currently leasing an Audi A8 and was looking for a new lease and explained this to the rep. Says would not help me now as my lease is still on for 2 months and that I would not be leasing today anyways. I reminded him that I could be a potential client....... anyways, spoke with maserati of Anaheim Hills and give them the business.If this is their attitude before buying from them, I cannot imagine how the service could be.Never seen a luxury car rep act so bad.

I went to 4 different maserati dealerships. I have to admit all of them were actually really nice. There was one that had a usual car dealership vibe. There was one that was nice but did not have the pricing flexibility that the others did. Then there were two and both of them were very helpful. I settled on Masarati of Ontario as it was a great deal that we basically worked out over the phone. When I arrived at dealership to pick the car up everything was exactly as we agreed. There was one minor and I do mean minor detail that we agreed on and when I brought it to their attention it was fixed immediately. I have been to dealership all over the US and I do not think there has ever been a time when there was 💯 truth in what I was told to 💯 percent what was on paper. I do not write reviews often so if you are looking for an honest and trustworthy dealership, go to Masarati of Ontario. I sure was happy I did!

Have the cars MAF sensor replaced there. Took them a month to get the part. And ended up with more problems that needed to be fixed.1. When their service tech drove out of the parking lot, they went straight impacted the front bumper with the sloped pavement. Everyone knows you have to do a 45 degree turn to avoid scrape. The car came back with scrapes on the front bumper. Also, while they were existing, they sped through the speed bumps. In the end, the TPMS light was on.2.When they serviced the car, they backed into something in the shop. Resulting in indentation scrape and 2 screws missing in the diffuser and rear bumper.3. They drove to a restaurant, and parked in a no parking zone. Thats no way of respecting a customers car. What if there is ticket given during that time?4. Shuttle was never on time, nor do they want to provide loaners. Scheduled shuttle for picking up the car when service was done. The shuttle was scheduled to arrive in the morning for me to avoid missing work. Had to waited for an hour and called in, then to realized they wont come until an hour later.5. They disconnected the internal electronics resulting in equipment not functioning properly afterwards.6. Parked the car in the tumble weed. Told the GM, GM raised voice and told me Do you even know whats tumble weed? Have you seem the wind these days?Talked to their GM and director, both wouldnt take responsibility nor admit their faults. They told me they wont work with me in the future. And I am fine with that.I had seem this dealership established on the first day. And I have referred several of my friends to Tony to buy cars from them. I am also the only one that actually tells people about their dealership in the car community while no one knows there is one in Ontario.I loved this dealership and I trusted them. In the end, they had to treat my car and I with no respect. This is rather unfortunate with much disappointment.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I dared to question the labor cost / labor rate they did not answer & my follow up calls also went unanswered.They are rude and over charge even by Maserati standards.I would sooner drive hundreds of miles to another Dealer then to ever have them service my Maserati again.

Absolutely horrendous and disappointing customer service !I brought in a car for a detailed inspection with a clear list of specific requests that I E-mailed to service manager Chris Arce ahead of time. Despite an unexpected delay of 3 days (which he never apologized for), some of my requests still remained unanswered.He was very arrogant stating that in California nobody can force him to do anything. I politely replied this is part of customer service and that I asked for those items. He then promised to call me back with answers a few days later but never followed-up !I tried calling him multiple times but he is impossible to get a hold off. I left voice messages, sent E-mails and even tried to contact the general manager Brian Goodermont and he also failed to call me back.Moreover, I suspect fraud since the invoice I was issued (11871) was not even made to my name but some other car company.You are representing a luxury brand and this is a completely unacceptable behavior ! A custom car inspection worth 1000$ should have had all the information I requested in a timely fashion.
