Stay away from this place they sell lemons. Over priced cars with an insane amount of miles on them with rigged parts that run up until you get them home👎🏽
Viviana was a delight to work with! After I took my vehicle home and noticed the alignment was off. I reached out to Viviana and was expecting an Oh well, sales are final type of an answer. But instead she was more than willing to fix it. I got new tires and alignment fixed the next day, free of charge!! Good experience overall and no complaints whatsoever

The reason I ended up here and purchasing a car was looking online and reading the carfax and getting a idea of the history of the car . I was lucky enough to find a 1 previous owner, no accidents... all maintenance records up to date .I couldnt be happier, 3 days in to driving the car around the ignition got stuck. And I reached out to the owner and she handled it professionally no questions asked helped me with the repair bill because I had it towed to my local shop.Other then the ignition the car runs like new only 131k miles . I love the car and I saw a couple other clean cars there. I wouldnt hesitate to come here... the people who work here are extremely nice and professional and will do anything they can to make you happy
I would not suggest purchasing an auto from this Dealership. I purchased an auto back in January 09, 2019. From the day I drove it home, in the first 45 miles, the auto started to shake and have some different front end noise. I ended up taking it the very next day to our Mechanic, where he had to replace the CONTROL ARM in the front end. This ended up costing over a $1,000.00. I ended up calling Remate to give them an update, and because I took it to our Mechanic, they refused to do anything to offset any of the expenses. They would have preferred me to drive it back up to them, with a entire Broken Control Arm and MAYBE...THEY WOULD HAVE HELPED ME OUT. Due to how dangerous this could be, I was not going to do that. My error in this whole fiasco was I kept asking the sales person all kinds of questions about the car, checking and double checking the scope of the car, and he tried to assure me in very broken English...Yes..it was a good car! My mistake was believing him...which I totally get, I am buying a used car, and they are selling a used car. However, since he did not speak English well, and I do not speak Spanish, the communication was poor. I really should have just gone elsewhere, and I know that now. My advise to you, is unless you are fluent in Spanish and can do your own assessment, and not trust the sales person, I would advise you to look elsewhere...maybe another Dealership, where communication and commitment to service is respected and honored. To add icing to this frustrating situation, it is now 2, almost 3 months from the date of the transaction, and I am still waiting on DMV paperwork, pink slip and current tags. I have tried to call and email the dealership, for some assistance with the Pink Slip and current tags, and I have yet to get a response......so this is why my rating only supports 2 stars...and with that, I feel I am being generous. The only reason I give it 2 starts is because Viviana had a least made contact with me in the past, and perhaps represented to the Owner, on my behalf, the situation as it was. However, the outcome was not favorable, at least she tried to communicate for me, allegedly. Good luck on your experience.

BUYER BEWARE: If there are ANY lights on, on that dash ensure they are looked after before leaving. Just bought a VW Golf here and noticed the washer fluid light was on. Thinking nothing of it, as it is just washer fluid, I did not insist on having it filled before we drove off of the lot. We went to top off the fluid when we got home... and it was a WATERFALL coming from the bottom of the car. NOT a tiny, slow leak. There is NO WAY anyone who inspected this car could have missed this.
Purchased a car 6/28/19, today is 7/29/19, my car has been in the shop in and out so much that I lost track how many times its had to go back. Im trying to be patient with this dealership since they are attempting to fix the problem but its getting to the point that its affecting my job, my home, my life in general! This is so stressful, buying a car even if a used car should not come with all this stress because I was sold a car that was not ready to be on the road. Asking for rides from friends and family, using Uber/Lyft because the car I purchased isnt working is just not okay. They gladly took my money and I dont have a fully functional car. My job is being affected by this so much, its been a month and the problem is still not fixed! I need to see this dealership take action, get my part NOW fix my car the RIGHT way and get it done NOW regardless of what it cost them!
Bought my charger for $5400. Have paid almost $5000+ in repairs due to issues that shouldve been taken care of and not covered up. Internal engine issues that I wouldnt have seen myself. The check engine light came on a day or 2 after buying and when I brought it up to them, they told me they could do nothing for me, and told me to call the warranty service, when I called them, they told me they had no record of my car or me purchasing the warranty. Would never reccomend this business
Dude was nice but I felt like that werent being honest. Guess thats expected but they didnt seem transparent about the warranty on the car we were looking at and that made us uneasy. The deal on the table fell apart from there

Purchased my dodge ram in june, warranty expired and now i have spent 2500 dollars new clutch (the bearings fell out on my way to work)differential needed a gasket throttle body dirty cleaned 400 $ also they did not do an oil change before i drove off the lot I would like some money back for the repairs I think that would be only fair I have spent time from work I have been stranded and inconvenienced and i am truly upset bout this .
