Marlon was great, he was very responsive to my needs and returned phone calls promptly. Arranging the deal on our 2016 Ford Explorer Limited from hours away can carry some challenges, but they were easily overcome by Marlon and Steven. We showed up about 30 minutes before closing and they gladly stayed a little extra to get us taken care of.Also worth noting that you drive down Holt and there are several small dealers, I was kinda surprised at the level of great inventory and cleanliness of Vista when compared to its neighbors.Solid experience highly recommend the Vista team!

Ive never written a bad review, not really into the whole negativity thing and frankly i dont think the owner cares .Staff are efficient and freindly,but the owner lives up to reputation in industry as lacking integraty.agreed to an expensive price, went to much effort but owner lives in dark ages and as other reviewer stated lacks the ability to go to fed ex or doc u sign and after agreeing to terms, vetoed the sale when i went to pay and was in process of selling to another customer .I went to a major dealer ship that same day, and bought a new vehicle for more money and deal was done 24 hours by bank wire and docusign.i was warned by other dealers, but the front end staff were so good, but hes the bosss so its his right to turn business away

Kevin has to be one of the laziest and sleaziest car salesmen I’ve encountered. Made an appointment at 10am to see the car at 6pm the same day. I arrived and the vehicle I was interested in was not ready to be seen nor washed.(even though he called me 4 times that day to confirm ?) After waiting for him to get the car ready, which he should’ve done before, I realized the car was in an accident which wasn’t reflected on the carfax nor disclosed by the dealer. Despite this I still wanted to give them a chance with another car. When we went to do the paperwork for the other car the dealer charges a “mandatory” $900 fee for their alarm. They wouldnt budge on that cost so I went to a dealer down the street and got another vehicle without the frills, and they treated me much better than Kevin and his manager. Lost a sale over their pride and “alarm”

I appreciate George, our sales rep for making the transaction process very simple and painless. He was very kind, honest and up front from the beginning. I had an excellent experience with George. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional. When I was inspecting the car, George was very respectful of my space and time with the vehicle. I felt absolutely zero pressure from George to buy anything, which i really appreciate. Some of the other dealerships I went to,I could feel breathing down my neck when I was just looking at the car. George was very transparent, any questions I had, he would answer; and if he didnt know, he was honest about it. Also worth noting that when I requested the vehicle history report, he gave me 3 reports from different sources, which is a HUGE plus. (Ive been to dealerships where they refused to give me a history report unless i was a serious buyer.)Overall, My experience with George could not have been better and I strongly recommend requesting him to help you. I viewed him more as an associate than a salesman. Nothing but good vibes from him and the dealership.

An issue was brought up on the truck I was purchasing, no AC. They warrantied it for 90 days after the purchase date, and sure enough had to complete repairs on their dime. Pure scam. I went there to buy a Golf GTI 2011 that they advertised in good conditions. The very next day it was dripping oil in my driveway. I took it back the very next day and they refused to give me my money back and offered to fix the car. The so called fix lasted like 30 days and their repair shop is refusing to pick up the car to fix it again. Its been a nightmare. Dont waste your time and money, go somewhere else.

I was a little apprehensive about buying a truck from a used car lot, but I have to say Moe and George were top notch, they let me take the truck to a diesel mechanic for 2 hours so they could go through it. This is an absolutely horrible car dealership. I inquired about a vehicle that is somewhat rare planning to pay cash and have it shipped to my home in Omaha Nebraska. Even though there is a pandemic going on they do not have any provision for signing paperwork remotely. The sales rep was rude and frankly, they recently changed the price from 8999 to 9999. I have never in my life left a poor review for a company. That is how unhappy I am with the service I did NOT receive from this car dealership.

I recently purchased a truck here and I must say how efficient and friendly the process was. The truck was immediately ready for my inspection and test drive when I arrived. This was communicated ahead of time. I came in with my own financing...however they were able to reduce my interest rate by another full percent! The purchase process and financing took less than an hour. And was a very pleasant experience!!

No stars, purchased a car months ago, still havent received my tags, been pulled over 2x and given a ticket. I get the run around when I call or they simply hang up on me. Not cool. Not to mention 3 days after purchasing the car I find out both front rotors are cracked and needed to be replaced. This place has ignore my calls, they claim DMV mailed me my reg but the only thing I received was a letter saying the tags are now due. Would not recommend this place to an enemy. A bunch of shady people hiding behind phones and hang ups. Buyer be aware. They have a ton of bad reviews for a very valid reason.**** You are absolutely right it was a pleasure which is why Im not understanding why Im getting the run around with my tags??? Is it because I no longer work there that you guys dont wanna do the Tags? Because I was charged for them in the initial contract, regard less of whether or not I worked there a customer is still a customer! And it speaks volumes of a place that will do this to even the people that work for them!

Vista motors is showcasing a Volvo XC90 online for $9,000. Based on some research, I called and made an offer for $8,100 out the door. The salesman took my information, ask me my ZIP code, and returned my call saying that instead of $9,000 plus license and doc fee, its is now $10,400 plus license and fees firm, in an attempt to play hardball. My assumption is they were upset that I tried to negotiate. I politely said no thank you and hung up the phone. I called back asking the reason for the increase, and the same salesman apparently didnt like my tone and hung the phone up. He told me if Im going to talk mess, I should come down to the dealership and talk mess to his face. Apparently, theyre tough guys and car salesman. LOL! Buyer beware. They dont like when youre educated. They want you to shut up and take what they give you. Apparently, they dont like educated buyers. Buyer beware

Angie who claims she is part of the Management team at Vista Motors is very unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping a customer be at ease with their recent vehicle purchase, she brushes off our reimbursement and says that it takes a while. Someone who works in business should be able to gauge a time frame of when youll received your reimbursement or your new care registration.This lady should attend a Customer Service skill seminar course. Hopefully that will help her speak to customers with the same respect she is spoken with. Or maybe she was just HANGRY!!!???
