Put an online order in, received an email cancellation the next day due to fraud. My billing and shipping addresses are different Customer service rep stated I should wait a few days, and try again.. Card was charged twice even though I placed order once, two weeks later with no product they told me to take it up with the bank Order FAO136360. Tracking still months later states authorized and unfulfilled. Called to place it as a phone order due to needing the tool and this company was the only one not back ordered. Multiple days later I still havent heard from the company regarding if the item shipped this time or if they think its fraud again. Sad Ive given them my business and would not recommend.
