These guys werent very helpful. When I asked them if they could get a sink support and a deck plate for my sink and faucet they said that they didnt make them or couldnt get them, didnt even look. Went to Ferguson, Sue was able to find everything I was looking for, just took a couple of minutes on her computer. I guess standard employees are there for a paycheck not do a little work on the computer for a customer.Wont go there ever again and wouldnt suggest anyone else does unless you are buying something they have sitting on the showroom floor.

They looked at my photo and listened to my problem. They showed me on a floor model all the parts and how they were assembled and disassembled. I bought the correct parts that I needed. My problem was fixed in a few minutes. I’m grateful and appreciate their knowledge and time. Next time, I’m going there first.

Wow, walked in with a handful of parts (for a motor home) needing replaced. Of course all it them were obsolete. Not only did they help reconfiguring how to do the job they also recommended a much easier and more convenient way to complete the problem. Once installed no leaks, yippee!! So helpful, kind and patient. The only place to go.

I called on a Saturday morning when all of the other guys were closed (except the big box store) and John was happy to help, and had the toilet I wanted in stock for a good price. Before I had fully backed up to the store and parked, John had brought everything out the door and loaded it all in my SUV. Wow! Thats customer service! Then, as I was paying for the toilet, he offered my son some candy (as he asked me first). I will check these guys out first for whatever I need in the future.
