I came in for a 3 inch body lift to add to my 6 inch Pro Comp lift and new tires to mount and balance. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed and functioning correctly before I came to pick it up! Excellent communication from Dylan in the office who updated me every step of the way! They came highly recommended from my buddy Eric at Cap World and Im really glad I let the professionals handle this install because there were some length issues with a couple of hoses that were ordered and installed by the next day!! And based on my correlations the last couple of days they even calibrated my speedometer for me! Thanks so much guys and I will definitely be back when Im ready to go higher with my suspension some time in the near future!

I had bought a new truck at Arlington Toyota and in less than 10 days one of the tires blew out. The dealership refused to provide me with new tires even though their tires that passed inspection tried to put me in the intercoastal when it blew on wonderwood bridge.All-Starz to the rescue, the tires I ordered came in sooner than expected and they are fixing the issue the dealership wont. Ive been using All-Starz for years and theyve never let me down.

Got all 4 new tires and a leveling kit in the front and couldnt be happier with the work that got done. I dropped off the truck in the morning and they told me it would take about half of the day and sure enough they held up on that timeframe. Great customer service and decent pricing! Long wait, 1st time I waited 2hrs to then be told parts did not come in. They ordered them 1 week and a half ago. Thinking they really forgot to order them but fine.2nd time, another 4 hour wait to be told they ordered the wrong size shocks. Didnt realize that I had a 4 in lift instead of 2.5.1st time could have been avoided if they checked that they received parts as soon as I handed over the keys. Or a day prior to my apt.2nd time could have been avoided, again... If they physically checked to see how high my lift was.It all comes down to simple logistics and attention to detail. Its a shame because they would have had a solid dedicated customer ready to spend some serious cash on mods.

All the people here are super friendly, had me in and out with a new set of tires in just over an hour. Comfortable/clean waiting room as well! Will come back for future business.

Went to several places to get my tire fixed, because I had a screw in one of my tires. Three places said they couldnt do it and were trying to sell me a new tire. These guys were amazing. This store is a joke i highly recommend people avoid this place, they seem great until they get your vehicle. And after spending $6,000 getting a truck lifted i get a truck back with loose bolts and shocks literally falling off my truck. They told me to bring it back in 500 miles but it didnt even make it 200 miles.

Went in for an alignment cause it was off and you could tell by the eye it was off. Sat there for 1.5 hrs to get my truck back the same way I dropped it off. I paid and then walked out and looked at the truck and it was still the same the guy said just drive on it and it will eventually go back to norma since i had positive camber 😂. Brought it back and demanded i watch them put it on the rack while they aligned it. Wont ever bring my truck there again. Rather pay more for better service at 4 wheel parts.

My husband always takes care of our tire needs and always goes to All-Starz. Today I ran over a big screw, so instead of waiting on my husband to get home and fix it I decided to go to All-Starz myself. They were extremely busy and quoted 45 minutes. I figured at least an hour so my 3 year old and I walked to Krystals and got some breakfast. We got back in about 30 minutes and I saw my truck sitting outside. My first thought was great they are going to tell me I need a new tire, the screw was big so it could have gone either way. Being a woman Im used to getting the up sell you dont know any better treatment. As we walked in the gentleman grabbed my keys and said youre good to go have a nice day. Not only did they NOT try to up sell me, they plugged my tire for free, and I was in and out in 30 minutes! Fast, friendly, respectful, honest service.. You cant beat All-Starz!!

Talk with sales man sat for 4 tires at 1688 tell them to get tires will come Monday to have them put on wife calls Monday to make sure they have tires and tell them she will be there with truck at 2. Wife shows up at 2 and was told to busy to try back tomorrow and to call first. I called spoke with josh told me he doesnt know what to say. Instead of a apology. Im glad your busy but you can send tires back will pick up tires somewhere else. Good customer service goes along way.

HORRIBLE!!! I was recommended to all star tire and have bought 2 sets of 4 tires in a 2 year span. They cover nothing under their warranty but rotation of tires and easy flat fixes. I have never had to buy so many tires in my life. Before them i used Sun Tire and never ever had a issue. They have a warranty with there tires and it always covers Hazard, flats no matter how easy or bad it maybe and rotation. I do not recommend this company to ANY ONE! Talked to a service rep there named Chris very rude told me its a corporate issue not his! I hope corporate office reads this review and know what kind of service they are giving out.

Im not from the area and do a lot of driving for work. While out working I had an immediate flat tire. I was driving by and saw this place. I asked if they could plug my tire and how much would it be. They said it was free! Ive never had a tire plug for free. I waited maybe 30ish minutes and was ready to go. Staff was decent and friendly. So they definitely helped me with the bad day I was having. Thank you so much. I wish you had another location in Jacksonville. 😊

We close in about 30 minutes..... but a spot is open we can get that done for you, no problem. I will never forget the AMAZING, above-what-is-required service I received last year right before they were about close for thanksgiving holiday. I was kind of frantic because every where else had closed or had turned me away, and I was about to go on a road trip to Ohio when I realized my car needed an oil change! I will always come back to this place because I will never forget how friendly and reassuring the staff was even when they were busy and it was right before the holiday. I was blown away and so relieved. So, for that favor, they will probably always get business from me. Good people that did a good job at a good price.

WOW ! bought tires from them, ended up with a bad tire that had a radial issue. Within first 5 minutes they took the stance they could do nothing for me due to the condition of the tires. Cupping was the problem they said. ( A bad tire is a bad tire i said. ) After 2 visits, an alignment, and 2 balancings they could not get the truck to roll smooth at all, Truck was beating me to death. They claimed they had no ability to make it right with this tire manufacturer. They were not a certified dealer for this tire they sold me. ( They gladly sold me the tires. ) Also claimed the tire Manufacturer was difficult to deal with.Within 5 minutes on the phone, I resolved the problem with the manufacturer and had the whole issue resolved thru one of there competitors. They claim to value and want you to do business with local community small businessmen ! I would agree with that, However, They need to value there community customers as well ! They certainly wont go out of there way for you !! They NEVER even made an attempt to contact the tire manufacturer. !I WILL NOT be doing any future business with them.

This is the sorriest place to take your auto my brother took his truck in Monday morning said they would look at that evening called at 4:00 Josh said he would call back went there this morning Josh was at the front desk said he would be with my brother in a second went out to the bay and started working on another auto my brother had to ask twice for his keys this place does not deserve any stars. To the owner’s reply you have had his phone number every since he took the truck up there Monday no call you could have called him!!!!

Had a Cv Joint/ Axel problem. Gave me an online quote for an Adel. Took it in and their quote was right on except I needed both front axles which I pretty much knew. I SAY 3 STRIKES AND YOUR OUT! Maybe some people can give them a five star rating. That is if youre in theyre clique. My first experience was when my girlfriend went to their shop to get her Expedition aligned. They informed her that they would not align her truck and that she needed some things repaired on the front end before they would do it. They proceeded to tell her that they would not do an alignment on a truck and gave her an estimate for $500 in front end parts. They said after replacing these parts they would align her truck. Now I know that things werent perfect on that truck but it definitely could have been aligned. As a matter of fact TK did do an alignment on it LOL.The first time I went in there was for a rotate balance and alignment. They knew that I was working next door and had a specific amount of time before I had to leave. They said that would not be a problem. After three hours had passed and I went to pick up my truck. They told me that the rotate and balance is done but they hadnt aligned it yet. That it would be another hour hour and a half before it would be complete. Of course that wasnt going to work because I had other job site I had to get to.Fast forward a year later. I now have a 4-door long bed F250 and needed to get an alignment on it. Most shops dont have an alignment rack long enough to fit my truck. I called to find out if they could align my truck with their rack. I was informed yes they could but that it would be about 3 hours before they could do it and that I would be better off trying to get in tomorrow. I called back on day 2. They told me that alignments are first come first serve. They said there is about an hour wait for an alignment. I informed them I was 30 minutes away but had some errands to run. After 1 hour I started to drive their way and called. I was informed that they close at 5 oclock they couldnt get me in ( Ive never heard of a tire shop that closes at 5 oclock in the afternoon). So then today knowing that the alignments are first come first serve I drive 30 miles up to the shop. Arrive about 2:45. There is one guy in the office. After waiting for a few minutes he acknowledges that Im there and says Ill be with you in just a minute. I let him know that I just need an alignment. He proceeded to inform me that I just cant do anymore alignments today. this place is a waste of time!

I had a 3 lift put on my Jeep Wrangler. First time out the door the Four wheel drive would not go into Four Low. I was told that they would have to cut out a little of the surrounding plastic so the lever would go back enough to engage the four wheel drive. They cut out a hole around the entire gear shifter, much bigger than what was needed. Secondly I took it back because I kept hearing a knocking sound. I dropped it off to be called several hours later and told the problem was fixed. Driving home I noticed the knocking sound was still there. After I got home I crawled under the Jeep and found the rear sway bar links were loose and the bolt that was in them was no where near the right diameter to fit the bushing. I made and appointment, told them what I believed the problem to be and returned for service. Again, several hours later I was called and told it was the rear sway bar links that were loose, the problem was fixed and the Jeep was ready for pick up. Driving home I noticed the knocking sound was still there (It is after 5PM and the store is closed). Finally I went to a local Bolt and Supply and fixed the problem myself. If you cant fix something be honest and tell your customers.

Have had my truck serviced there many times. Good service and fair pricing. Staff is helpful. Just wish they were open on the weekends.

What a joke, tried making a appointment days earlier and was told to be there first thing in the morning and they will get right on replacing control arm bushing. I was there when they opened up. I stayed in waiting room for 1.5 hrs and they havent looked at my truck yet. I asked how much longer and was told it would be at least another hour or so before looking at it. There were 3 behind counter YAPPING and 2 guys doing all the work. Needless to say I left. I would never recommend these people

Poor service, went there to get an alignment done on my Honda Pilot because it was pulling to the right, waited for like 3 hours, then they call me up and told me that my car had problems with the caster and a bushing and something like that and only the car dealer ship could fix it because they couldnt find it in their manuals, then told me they made other adjustments so they could charger me full price, so pretty much they brain wash me and then i went on and paid, while driving the car guess what? still the car pulled to the right, so in conclusion they didnt fix anything, pls dont waste your money going to that poor place.P.s took it today to the dealership and they didnt have any problems fixing it, never taking my car to that place again, not even to get a refund because also to give you heads up they look like a bunch of thugs.
