They were fast! Got the part and repaired my cars ac all in one steamy August day.

I took my vehicle to get an estimate and repair. Was told, with a quick look over, he could see there was most likely more issues and it would need a more thorough inspection . That was the last time I spoke to anyone. Two months passed and my vehicle just sat there entire time. I never received a call from anyone. I went to pick my vehicle up and the mechanic at the desk didnt know anything about it. I just took it to another shop. I HATE leaving bad reviews, but I felt like it was the most unprofessional situation Ive ever experienced.

When Im unable to handle any vehicle repairs or maintenance myself I always turn to Hill Automotive for anything I need which I feel I can handle myself. These guys are honest in their work and fair in their prices and above all Hill will NOT give you any kind of run around or try to get over on you with stating you other [unnecessary] repairs. Very professional and courteous compared to other Automotive mechanics in the area. I will continue to use Hill Automotive for my vehicle needs!

They took my car and fixed what was wrong and since the problem was deeper (and ended up being more than the car is worth) they told me the truth and didnt charge me for looking and working. I am so thankful and will never go to anyone else!

Automotive repairs is an area where customers can easily be cheated because the automotive repairman could spin the verdict of whats wrong with your vehicle and youd never know the truth. I trust Hill Automotive 100% because (1) they were referred to me by trustworthy people and (2) they have proved that they are trustworthy over time and (3) they have helped repair vehicles for needy people in our community without charging a dime. That is very rare.

Im from out of state, i purchased a truck off an individual near this shop and i contacted James at Hill to do an inspection of the truck before i bought it since i was shipping the truck to me and couldnt look at it myself. They looked it over for me gave me and honest opinion and even when i said i wanted to pay they said no and did it for free. I am very grateful for that.
